Hy-Tek Active Network LLC. does not deserve a single star based on their lack of customer service.This is BY FAR the WORST company I have ever had to work with getting products and licenses ordered for a school district. I spoke with 3 different people at this company, each telling me that I need to do something different in order to complete my order. I was hung up on twice just today and have had to call 8 times in total (just today).I highly recommend that no one order from this company again unless they would appreciate confusion, contradictory statements and the most unhelpful employees to work with.If you indeed decide to order from this company, best of luck to you as you will, without a doubt, need it.
