They are the worst with being punctual. The owner José has been attending me for the last 4 years and he always has problems with the time. I always have to wait. After a long time I decided to be 12 minutes late, the time it always takes him to attend to me and he refused because according to him he only has a 10 minute window waiting. I will never return to his place again. They are not professionals when it comes to customer service and hours, but he does a good job when comes to barber. By the way I have always tipped at least 20% there are sometimes I did 30%. Take care guys.

Very professional, clean environment. Barbers all very knowledgeable and have good insight on treatments for certain circumstances and specific cuts. Jose and his barbers all do a great job.

I didn’t even get a chance to get a haircut. I walked in and waited in there for 10 minutes and no one said anything to me, so I walked out took my business somewhere else. I’m not trying to hate I’m sure they cut well, but they need to work on their customer service and not just stand around like “cool guys.”Not to mention I had set an appointment and when I walked in all the barbers were taken. They could have told me it was walk ins only.Update from the same evening:The owner found me and messaged me apologizing for what happened. I accept, appreciate and thank him for the apology.

Called around 4:30 asking if they were open until 7:00 like Google stated. Was told they take their last appointment at 6:30, so I asked to make an appointment at that time. Was told “just come in at that time and someone will help you.”Left something I was doing an hour and half away to get there on time- called at 6:00pm (30 mins before they told me to be there by) asking exactly where it was because my gps said I had arrived but I couldn’t tell. The guy on the phone then tells me “well we won’t be able to see you anyways.” UHHHMMMM!?!?! How are you going to tell someone they don’t even need to make an appointment because they will definitely be seen and then turn them away after they dropped everything to get there on time!?HORRIBLE customer service! 😡😡😡

When scheduling appointments jose is also on time and always I leave satisfied with my haircut, highly recommended!!!!

I always appreciate their willingness to communicate personally and every time our family comes in from NY we have him get his hair cutAt Fade Factory. You gotta love and appreciate the reggaeton. The shop is clean. We suggest making an appointment using their appointment service online. Walk-ins are welcome, but with any barber, they have plans too or may have a series of bookings and you will have to wait. Nothing wrong with that, just gotta remember the world has graduated from random visits all day everyday. Always best to connect before you show up. Youre going to love the fade, there is no doubt. Full service. Prices are in line with hair artists in the area. Remember each additional service is a la carte. To avoid any confusion look at the price board and decide on your services before you get the cut. Awesome awesome barbers.

Took me 6 months to grow my hair out just to ask for a low fade and he legit cut off all my hair on the sides with the line running upwards to the back of my head. The worst part about it is i paid 45 bucks for the cut.🤦🏻‍♂️completely ruined my hair. Never TF again.😤😤

These guys are the real deal! I am a person that deals with detail alot in my profession, and thats what they bring to the table. I have been to alot of barber shops in town, and when it is finished, I can always spot out a flaw, but these guys did the whole 360° as if they cut my hair for years, even with the beard trim. If its a special night, vacation, or if you just like to have a fresh cut, I would recommend them any day of the week. Awesome job!!!
