Have to say Ive never really been a buffet type, however... The food here is really really good. Stopped in while Christmas 🌲 shopping and was very impressed with the quality and freshness of the buffet items, especially the fried chicken, definitely not restaurant made. This is homemade. All the items and desserts looked homemade and tasted just as great. Super clean, friendly waitresses and the food is better than any fast food or most 4 star restaurants to be honest. The owners are doing something right.

It was disappointing for sure!I went in on the tail end of the lunch hour so it was definitely not very late in the day but many of the foods looked like they had been sitting for many hours and did not look appetizing. Even dessert was disappointing... I went to get some soft serve ice cream and even though it was then only about 1:20pm both the caramel and hot fudge dispensers were empty leaving me with plain vanilla soft serve to finish out the meal. I wont be going back.

We were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was! We havent been there in years and assumed it would be like most other long-standing restaurants in Bradenton (going downhill). It was quite the opposite! Had steak, fried chicken, pot roast lots of different sides and lots of deserts. Everything was amazing!! We will definitely be back more often.

Service was excellent. Some foods were not good or poorly cooked. Baked potatoes like a rock. Fried chicken dried out. Steak almost always cooked to be very dry. Salad and deserts good. Also roast beef, fish and shrimp.

Years ago this was a favorite of my kids to go eat, now after 10+ years my husband and I decided to eat here again. The food was between 1 & 10 Id give it a 3 1/2. The plates where dirty. Thank goodness I only eat off plastic silverware. The waitress was pleasant and accomadating.

Went on a Sunday for brunch and thoroughly enjoyed all the food! This one is slightly better re-modeled than others. Will return!

The food on the buffet was great. Perfect seasoning taste for everything. Love coming here for the food. Our waitress Shiyra, I could b wrong with the spelling of her name, went above and beyond for us. She was on top of making sure we had drinks and took our dirty plates promptly so our table was not cluttered.

Great variety and the fried chicken is really good and service is excellent!

My complements to the chief.. my steak was grilled on openflams and was absolutely delicious, also the deep fried okra was wonderful, deep fried shrimp 🍤 yum.. yeast rolls and honey butter to die for, mashed potatoes, gravies, saute mushrooms, onions, in ausue , so many different choices ,from Mexican to Chinese, southern styles, seafood, chicken, pork, beef, frog legs, salad galore, chips, and dips, desserts just unbelievable... Oh PS. Servers are all so friendly to EACH and EVERY single person, and Wheelchair accessible.. All you can buffet, public bathroom available.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great place for those with iron stomachs! Take an imodium before you come here. Otherwise its awesome, lots of variety, pretty affordable for a buffet.

I love the food of this place and the taste is original. You cant stop eating Steak. And here I found a new Chiken with Chesse Top. I frequently come to this place since it is very well located, so access is very easy. The place is spacious but the best is when you finish eating and go to the bakery for your dessert ... I recommend going during flexible hours since the place is quite busy during the hours of greater audience. And the prices are quite good.

The food has become boring not even white chicken breast anywhere without smothering it in gravy, minimal vegetables, could only get lemonade without sugar, no specialty cut meats being cooked only somebody burning the hamburgers. Do not go there again, horrible experience. 😑 Not even cake available for dessert basically only pies and jello. They must upgrade their options if going to survive! I ended up eating less than a McDonalds meal and had to drink water because only had soda! Take ur dollars elsewhere even Chinese takeout with 2 entree sizes costs less and u can eat that for 2 days with 2 people! Srsy away!!!!!

Terrible since they got new managers. New guy cant set the bar up right. Nothing on the bar. I got 1 plate and no seconds due to the fact none was provided. My first plate u could tell was made hours ago. And this was 6pm dinner rush. Smh... I live right behind this location and it got to the point where Id rather drive 2 hours to sebring and visit that location. This place is always disgusting when Dan is not there. Keep him and renew your new managers.

Our waiter Junior was awesome. I am handicapped and he was a great help... But food was sub-par at best. Everything was almost tasteless and COLD!

Everything was fine except it was hot in there I just felt hot they need to turn the AC down colder when you have that many people and a hot cooking going on

We had a wonderful time here. We had an Awesome waitress I remember her from Duffs Buffet. She still is an Awesome Waitress! All the food was fresh 2 Perfection. Management is great there. I cant wait to go back! If your wondering what I ate. I had everything. Lol! My greedy ass😅

Although the table server was very attentive, the buffet was less than pleasing. LESSON OF THE DAY, do not go 1 hour before closing. The food was dry, selection was limited and what was available, only half full at best. Very disappointed 😞

This Golden Corral was surprisingly good, the food was fresh & hot. The banana pudding was delicious & The service was great. The reason I couldnt give five stars was that the side of the restaurant I was on had no air conditioning, its was downright stifling, but otherwise a really good dining experience. I can recommend this one & will be going back myself.

It was crazy busy on Easter yet the staff did an outstanding job keeping up with the demands in all areas! The food was REALLY good. I did seafood; hubby, son & friend did lots of red meat and grandkids did a little of everything and we all walked out of there happy & stuffed!! Thank you Golden Corral!

The food was ok...obviously quickly prepared without much care for flavor. However, obviously you sacrifice flavor and quality for variety at Buffet s. The dessert bar was just sad. The overall experience was as expected though I believe rather over-priced.

Always love Golden Corral. Huge selection. This one had the ice cream machine broken but other than that it was great. We went to celebrate my farther in law who became a new American citizen on October 25th

A great place to get breakfast On Saturday or Sunday. Such a variety and even can get Steak on Saturday after 11. On the weekends that they have roast beef definitely a bargain! Ask for Kasey on Saturdays And youll get excellent service

Nicely spaced out. Fresh food. Mask, gloves, sanitizer; visible and in use regularly. Clean restrooms. The essential employees were top notch. The trip from Palm Harbor was worth it.

Food was not good. Had to wait for medium rare steak for 15 minutes. When I got it it was tuff. Will not go back.

Its good foods but when you enter inside it smells like rotten eggs other wise foods good no complaints.

Busy place today 1st of the new year. Aside this is the one for buffet. Normally senior rates but business are in need right now. Clean inside and out. The employees were awesome. Next time I visit BRADENTON, I will come back. I did an carry out, smart or not but the food is good.

The food was great. We enjoyed the dinner. The server was fast enough to provide the utensils.We were a group of seven with six months old baby. So we remove one of the chairs and put the stroller in there. One of the cleaning guys didnt like it. The way he spoke, I did not appreciate. However, he was an elderly black person. Otherwise, I would have responded. Just let it go.Overall experience was amazing.

They need to fix there air conditioning. It always too hot.

We got there it was kind of hot after we sat down to order we went to the buffet the food was kind of okay but kind of dry the service was horrible she blamed it on they were busy she couldnt get to a sorry I had to get up and get my own soda refill and she got mad when I did I still tipped her five bucks told her I hope she has a great day sorry shes having a bad night so anyway not a very good experience

Our server and lady who was the cashier was the positive. They do have great C19 procedures in place.

It seems after covid-19 happend there food variety has greatly decreased, it’s also not very safe as everybody is basically touching the food since the tongs are the only access to it. I would advice you to wear gloves before taking food. But service here is extravagant.

My wife and I celebrated an early Thanksgiving with our family the weekend BEFORE the actual holiday. SO on a whim we decided to go to GC on Cortez. We were greeted as though we were the first, best guests of the staffs evening, which we CLEARLY were not and EVERY interaction with Staff was personalized and greeted with a Thanksgiving Day wish... Very genuine and heartfelt. We were both moved by the hearts of the people serving people on what would otherwise have been a holiday for themselves and their family. We felt like family coming, going and every minute within. Our appreciation is not fleeting and the memory will not be lost.Well Done GC team!P. S. The food was of course... Perfectly prepped and served with no empties to wait for. Service again... Spot on.

As usual, Golden Corral does not disappoint. Good array of foods, clean, friendly personnel, and practices social distancing during this Covid-19 period.

It was gross the best part of my meal was the salad and they couldnt even do the salad bar right honestly to spend $30 I would not go there again
