Easy to get in and out. Staff is top notch.

Customer service is great, however I rented a 10x10 unit and got an 8x10. Turns out, the company thinks its ok to call 20% less than promised approximate. Im not happy with this company. I wonder if I could pay them 80% of my bill and call it approximately what I owe them? SMH

Great service, clean units.I needed a utility bill before I could get approval to lease my storage unit. A small request that most companies would rather not deal with. But Larry Miller Jr., the store manager, got it done for me.Good service is in short supply these days but not at this StorQuest. Much appreciated.

I called while the company was experiencing issues with their system. I finally got through and rented a 20x20 unit and spoke to a very pleasant Customer Service Representative. I then called back to see if I could rent a 10x20 as well and wanted the units to be close in proximity to one another so the moving truck didnt have to move too far to unload. I am still waiting for someone to call me back. I had a great experience thus far, I just need a call back. Thank you so much.

Its an ok storage place as storage places go. Roof leaks are a problem but understand a fix is underway.They charged me for an additional month after I had moved everything out and I have been attempting to get a refund for the past nine months. Dont use auto pay with this storage place.

Recent move from OH to FL, purchased a condo and realized we needed extra storage. Met with Dana at facility on 53rd Street but size of unit we wanted not available. Went on line and found facility on Manatee Ave, reserved a unit and very shortly after reservation I received a call from Larry, Store Manager. He was very friendly, professional and handled transaction right over phone. I stopped into office an hour later, viewed the unit, signed papers, purchased lock and we are on our way! Thank you, Larry, for your efficiency and making this an easy task for me!

139$for first month, ridiculous. Smallest room for rent. Was told under $70. and lease says $75, I noticed after getting home. Noone answer phones to address this. Had my own storage room lock, was not allowed to use. Had to purchase lock I cannot use again. This place is a rip off. If I wasnt in a hurry I would of went elsewhere. As it is Im being charged more than what I was quoted.

The clerk was very helpful, nice, and quick... But the 10x10 I rented is not 10x10! I measured it myself after thinking this dose not feel lile a 10x10. The actual dimensions of your units versus what you advertise, is a lie.

Just a note of recommendation for the StorQuest Storage facility in Bradenton...This is a very clean & secure storage establishment! I have been very happy with my decision of using this facility. And I was totally convinced when the Manager offered to meet or beat the other facilities with the monthly rates and fees. This facility is professionally managed by their friendly and caring staff and they always make you feel like a part of the family. Tha facility is clean and neat. The staff is very friendly and personable. The price online is somewhat misleading as they offer price online, then insist you buy their lock $20, get insurance (said it is Florida law) another $10, application (may be using wrong word) fee $25...etc. etc. I dont blame the people in the office as they are doing what they are told, but it left a bad taste in my mouth.

When we relocated from Tampa to our new home and still needed storage ! The manager, Mr Harrison has been nothing but helpful,concerned,keeps a very clean and welcoming facility..always there to help you if you need it,,I always feel safe when i have to go there at night with the cameras and lighting especially knowing hes right there on site..great job !!!

The place is VERY clean. Kevin is super nice and very helpful. He personally drove the moving truck to my property for us to load our belongings to be stored. The facility also has carts on wheels to move your things in to your storage unit. Made the moving process into the storage unit so much easier and quicker. Would definitely recommend using StorQuest.

Kevin the manager is very easy to work with. We have multiple units here. Wish the ordering phone number went directly to the location but goes to a call center instead. Prices are reasonable although I cant figure them out as sometimes smaller units are more expensive than larger with the same amenities. Keep up the good work.

We have had a storage unit for a long time at this facility. They had good customer service and treated us as though they wanted to keep our business! There was a management change about the same time that we were renting a second unit temporarily. The customer service took a serious nosedive! We were treated so rudely that we almost pulled everything out and moved to another storage facility. I have actually been keeping my eye out for good deals elsewhere. Then we went in to again rent a second unit temporarily and we were greeted by Lisa! She is friendly, pleasant, funny and acts like she appreciates and wants to keep customers! I hope that the upper management of this company knows what a great employee they have. I am no longer looking for another storage facility.(The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because they dont offer a truck that you can drive anymore).

Very disappointed.... corona strikes and they let go the janitor? First off people are still renting ( nothing changed with thier income) . Now those renting use a dirty bathroom! Never would the janitor see renters!

I looked at the Storquest on Manatee Ave East first since it was the closest to my home. But because I had never used a public storage facility before, I looked at six different ones in total and several more online. I ended up choosing Storequest. The staff was very helpful, explained fully every aspect of how they operate and were priced competitively. I ended up with a 10x15 climate-controlled unit. The movers had an easy access to the unit and it worked out well.

I was favorably impressed by Mrs Elizabeth Woolfs demeanor articulateness and competence in finding the appropiate unit for us.

This place is a joke. My unit was one of many that was broken in to. Their security cameras dont work. The petition wall in my unit is still down from where the crooks unscrewed it and stole my stuff in Sept 2017. You can request copies of the thefts filed with the Bradenton Police Dept. We have tried to contact the district mgr multiple times to have this issue rectified with no return call.
