After the required parts for the repair finally arrived, which the shop had no control over, the work was done with great speed and turned out beautifully. Highly recommended.

Mary and Keith Dumdei were so amazing to work with in getting my car repaired. I was in a fender bender with the other driver at fault, it took over a month to settle the claim. Once settled, Mary completed the estimate and sent it off to my insurance company. She scheduled me right then and there, and offered to take me to car rental company in her own personal vehicle. GT Graphics were great to work with repairing my vehicle from a small fender bender. They got me in for an estimate same day, I brought the car back two days later and picked it back the following day. A total of four days from estimate to completion. They worked with my insurance and it was so seamless. Mary even gave me a ride to pick up my rental car. My car looks amazing! You would never know it had been repaired and painted. They were also very reasonably priced whether I paid out of pocket or billing insurance, same price. If I ever need body work again I won’t consider anyone else to work with but GT Graphics. Great people!

Did an amazing job on my Jeep that was rear ended, it looks like brand new!! I am so happy with the service they provided. Mary was so very helpful with information on the insurance claim. She really gave me a lot of helpful advice. I am driving my Jeep that I love ....It could have been totaled , but instead I was able to get it fixed!!

There is nothing better than walking into an auto repair business with a 20 year old car and immediately feel comfortable knowing they are going to take care of your baby. Keith and Mary Dumdei made a great impression on me. Mary made me feel at ease and took her time with me and my questions. She basically arranged everything I needed including giving me a ride to the car rental agency and stopping for coffee! Keith did a phenomenal job on my car...which had been t-boned. We also negotiated on a few minor retouches outside of the accident. Very reasonable. My car looks 10 years younger!!! I highly recommend them if you are looking for a business that does excellent work and makes you feel like a respected member of the family, then this is the company. I wish them continued success and much prosperity. I am so happy with my car.

Called to have them give me a price to paint a trunk deck. I originally thought they didnt call me back. I checked my spam voicemail and found they did call me back. But they quoted me $600 to $700 to paint a trunk lid? Maybe the price of paint went up but this seems like highway robbery. Im guessing most of their business comes from insurance claims and insurance companies pay these prices. How about maybe cutting local small cash jobs a break? Better luck next time. Changed from 1 to 2 stars for atleast calling me back.

I am super happy with the work they did on my car. Above that, this is a husband and wife team, and both were incredibly freindly while maintaining professionalism. Mary helped me through every step of the insurance process and even gave me a ride to Hertz for my rental. My car was finished a day early. Overall I am so happy with my choice to go through these guys!

Keith and Mary are the most down to earth folks that I have had the pleasure to meet. My rear end damage to my 18 Honda Odyssey was fixed very quickly and with top notch quality precision work. Very difficult paint color to work with but Keith worked his magic on it and it looks better than factory. Just had my 2018 Highlander repaired at G.T. Graphics... Someone had backed into it while we were at restaurant and left without notifying us. With a $500 deductible didnt seem worth it to go through insurance. G.T. graphics repaired it and did a great job for a excellent price. Keith and Mary kept me informed all through the process and are really nice & pleasant people.

Great place,, I had 2 of my windows smashed out, call all the glass places all told me it would take 10 days to get the glass..GT took great care of me.. they found both window had them the very next day and had them in stalled in just a couple hours... Thanks again!!!

Brought my daughters VW there a few weeks ago with damage, Keith/Mary and staff were great and friendly they worked directly with State Farm insurance to make sure car was better than new. Highly recommend local shop.

Went in for front end damage. Came out with a.c. not working and radiator hose leaking. Then tells the insurance company its just hear say weather the a.c. was or wasnt working. So after footing the $500 deductible for initial repairs, I was left footing the $789 repair for the a.c. and can not dispute the claim because they are state farm approved claims shop. Mind you with no a.c equipment, but can claim weather it was working or no. Also was left with no car for roughly 4 weeks while sorting this out.Update. The tire they replaced still not does hold air, because the rim was damaged, and that was also not replaced.

These guys are excellent. Got rear ended a couple of months ago, GT Graphics was recommended by another shop owner. It took them 3 days to fix my damaged rear end. Excellent really isnt a good term to describe their work, I would call it superlative. He was able to perfectly match my sublime green paint and did a great job straightening out all the problem areas. They treat you like family over there!Rock on guys!
