Buzz and Patty run the finest wild game processing operation I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. They’re some of the nicest and hardworking people you’ll ever meet. Each time we’ve brought elk to them, they’ve gone above and beyond to meet our time constraints; and the meat is always fantastic. Couldn’t imagine looking elsewhere in the Bozeman area for a wild game butcher.

They’ve been processing my game for the last 7 years and have done a tremendous job. You can tell you’re getting your own meat, which is important if you’re take care of it properly in the field. I took one deer to a different processor in central MT on a hunting trip and will never do so again. Their salami and snack sticks are favorites of my friends and family.

Couldn’t be happier with how good everything always turns out. This is hands down the best shop I have ever brought my wild game to. The vacuum sealed packages keeps everything fresh for a lot longer than the traditional freezer paper. They are also so friendly and kind that I always feel welcome in there. Try the jalapeño cheddar brats they are amazing.

Usually do all our own from having bad experiences at other places, but this year we decided to try them as we have heard great things about them. They have done a wonderful job! Between us and our friends they have done like 14 animals for all of us this season. Would highly recommend them!
