We had Impact Drafting draw plans for a foundation to move an existing home. The house was built, measurements should have been easy and needed to be exact. I now get to reconfigure a window in order to make the foundation work and Dave was so smug in stating he had no responsibility to get the plans right. He felt like my general contractor needed to verify all his measurements prior to pouring the concrete. What on earth was the $4,000 we paid to him for? Never, never again. And, if you want your plans to be correct, I suggest you opt for someone else.
