I have lots of praise for the honesty of this shop. They fixed my Subarus breaks and computer system. Was thinking this was going to be super expensive, as you probably do not want to go cheap on repairing your breaks. But they explained that they knew a few Subaru secrets and had me out of there with just paying for 1.5 hours of a techs time. I brought my car there by chance, my last shop was taking appointments over two weeks out. Could not wait that long and took a shot with Tire-Rama and am sure glad I did. If I recall it was Ryan on the front of house that took care of me. Big shout out to you for getting my car fixed!

These guys are a very busy shop, so plan accordingly.However, the staff is friendly and works to make any issue right for the customer.I had to make three separate trips to work out an issue with one tire, which was odd. However, the crew was very helpful.

These guys were super nice and helpful. I was on a road trip through the country and realized my rear tires were shot, and didnt have a choice as to where to stop. They happened to be the only tire shop in town that had 245/45/18 tires in stock, and were able to replace them all in a bit over an hour at a reasonable price. The only downside was their policy of refusing to replace only 2 tires on an all wheel drive Audi for liability reasons, so I had to bump up to 4, but I can understand corporate policy and their need to adhere to it. Regardless, they did a great job, and their tech even knew to store the new tire pressures in the Audis system.

Lane was great! While traveling across country I noticed a little wear on the front tires and wanted an experts opinion on what to do. With no appointment Lane greeted me with a smile at 7:30 am, suggested a tire rotation and balance. I was out of there by 10 am and back on the road for $32 and feeling much better about our trip. These guys rock! 😁 They are always very helpful and have always been able to help diagnose and fix all the problems I was having with our Subaru (Brakes,Tires,brake caliper,fixed oil leaking from head gaskets,timing belt,power steering,along with the rack and pinion boots) and it runs like a champ now and loving it! Used to be good. Stopped by today, tires were bought through them but in Billings, one tire was going flat in a hurry, they refused me, said they were too busy. I only asked them to help me take it off and put my spare on, I’d go back to Billings and fix it...but nope. So I went to Eagle Tire, they got me right in and fixed my tire.

Had summer tires swapped over. Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable about my car.

The people at Tire-Rama are exceptional! I bent steel rim on a roundabout and they were able to repair the rim well enough for me to drive a thousand miles home. Ordering a replacement rim would have been 2-3 days. I highly recommend this tire store!

Lane, and the staff at East Main Tire Rama, are what one hopes to find in an automobile service center. After having the oil changed/tire rotation on my truck, I was waiting for my son to bring another car to the shop for an oil change. While waiting, another customer came to the shop, he and Lane walked out to his rig, poked around at the front end of the work truck, and went back inside together. As they walked back to the office the customer put his hand on Lanes shoulder. Moments later I saw my son arriving, got out and started walking to the office, and passed the other guy as he was walking back to his rig. I said I love these guys. and the other guy responded, I do to, Lane has been the best every time. Im writing this motivated by that interaction. Over the years I have brought in boat trailers, trucks, and cars. I have had the bearings checked on my trailers only to be told that I did not need to have them serviced, but they topped off the grease for free because we were already checking it out. Seeing how happy the other guy was made me realize East Main Tire Rama deserves every star awarded. The fourth oil change is free.

Ive been getting my tires at this store for a decade or more now and have always been happy with their products, service, price...everything. This past weekend I had a friend passing through town with a new car that had a tire with a slow leak. She had taken it to another tire shop on her way to Bozeman, but they failed to find the leak and it was just getting worse. The folks at Tire Rama figured out the problem (a poorly installed tire weight) and got her safely on the road with their usually promptness and professionalism. I love this tire shop!

Lane and Matt do great job of getting you what you need. My go to place for tires and oil the livingston location is an option as well if they are too busy here ...

Only Tire Rama or store in general that had the tires we needed within 500 miles and we were super late because of construction, bad tires, Etc. and we made it 30min before close and they made even pulling my travel trailer easy into the lot easy for me. These guys go above the standard and it shows! Definitely go here.

I would recommend this place to family and friends if they want great service and the best tires.

To whom it concerns;I just arrived in Bozeman for the 2019-2020 ski season and needed some snow tires for my car. While out walking my dog I noticed Tire o Rama. I stopped in to see what my options would be. I was immediately greeted and taken care of. Lane explained what was the best option for my vehicle, pros and cons. He quickly ordered and scheduled an appointment. I returned a few days later and had new snow tires and studs. These guys are great, fast, honest, personable. Ps. Had great service and got the tires I wanted. But they scratched all four of my rims in the process. Looks like someone used the claw side of a hammer to change the tires. I would recommend going somewhere else to get tires in the Bozeman area.

Do not get an oil change here. They ended up overtightening my drain plug and severely cracked the oil pan. They also put the wrong oil filter on which caused my van to leak even more oil. They refused to take responsibility for the cracked oil pan which ended up costing me another $700+.I also got new tires from them as I thought my old ones were leaking and needed to be changed out. They completely failed to see that the leak was happening in the rims and sent us down the road with the same safety issue. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle elsewhere.

Great place

I took my Jeep in to this place about 3 weeks ago because my brakes were squeaking and I needed an oil change. After they did my oil change, I was informed that my brakes were still at 50% and that I had nothing to worry about. I just had to take my Jeep into a different shop to get repair work done, and all 4 of my brakes were metal on metal and I had to replace the brake pads and rotors. The shop showed me the brakes and it was obvious they were gone. How can you hire staff that cant tell when brakes are shot. Its more of a safety issue than anything but I will NEVER be back to this shop and I advise anyone else to stay away. There are much better shops in Bozeman that are actually trustworthy and have a clue about what they are doing.

Fantastic shop. Ive been here many times over the years, and always been happy. Theyre fairly busy, but its well worth the wait most days. The prices are reasonable, and the work is done well.

We were driving from Toronto ON, to Vancouver BC (so accross the country) and found ourselves with 2 bald tires on a Saturday in the middle of a state we have never been in. We happened upon Tire-rama and I cannot thank them enough. Matt came to our rescue on a Saturday, and got us everything we needed which ended up being 4 tires, an oil change and a back wiper which I was previously told back home I could not replace!? So thank you to Matt and his team for getting us back on the road without breaking my Credit Card in under 2 hours! You guys really saved our trip and got us safely to our destination. We will forever be grateful!

In Bozeman for work. Flat tire. Who to go to for repair? Good reviews for Tire-Rama. They were true. Had me up and running in 20 minutes and refused to charge me. They wouldnt even take a tip. Made a bad day into a good one. Top notch.

The place was clean and staff was very proffesional. My ford f150 gave them problems with balancing the tires. It took me 3 visits to get this resolved, but they took every effort to insure i was totally satisfied.

I drove down to Bozeman from Canada for a short vacation and took advantage of the lower tire prices compared to Canada. I dealt with Stan and Tony here at Tire-Rama and they were incredible. Great customer service, especially from Lane. They all went above and beyond my expectations.

If you have an all wheel drive vehicle this is the place for you. Ask about their all wheel drive tire insurance. It can be added for a minimal fee. If any one tire needs to be replaced the other 3 will be included if they are out of tred depth range. This service is a live saver for all wheel drive cars. Not to mention the service: its top of the line.

We have had nothing but good experiences here and I highly recommend this Tire-Rama.They swap out my snow/summer tires 2x year and are courteous and prompt. My wife recently had a puncture on her Subaru tire and when we brought it in they asked us if we had bought the tires from them. We told them we hadnt but they didnt charge us anyway.This past summer I brought my one-of-a-kind kit car to them and asked them to do a front wheel balance hoping to solve a front-end vibration I was having. The first balance didnt work so they promptly offered to do all 4 wheels using a much more complex and time-consuming balance method. This didnt work either (they were more upset about it than I was) and they didnt charge me although I asked for this specific remedy. Later I learned that the vibration was caused by something they never could have seen or uncovered. I wont hesitate to return for any product/service I need that they offer.

Got a standard oil change and they put synthetic in which cost almost twice as much.My options were to pay full price for their mistake and/or wait for them to remove the synthetic and replace with standard.In my opinion, they should have made it right and charged what I requested at the time of my appointment.

Wonderful service!!! Cant say enough good things about these guys. I received a bad alignment from a Tire Rama in Missoula. I called the Bozeman location asking what would be the best way to go about fixing it. They called the Missoula store and got the information they needed and ended up re-aligning my vehicle for no charge. Ive always used them for my tire needs and Ill never go anywhere else.
