I really appreciated my service and treatment! Even when I first came in to make an appointment I was treated like I was the only customer they had. Cody went the extra mile to look at my car to make sure it was safe for me to be driving it home. My appointment went smoothly too. They really go the extra mile and treat you and your car like VIPs!!!

He not only fixed my daughter’s car quickly & efficiently but also took care of a worried & concerned mother in a different state; putting my mind at ease. This company charged $380 for a seasonal tire swap and oil change. Without asking for consent they performed a full vehicle inspection, which was a portion of the charge, but we did not ask for that service. the cost of the oil change and the swap were both double what other reputable businesses charge. Outrageous. The clerk at the desk took on a very sorry I dont make the prices, it is what it is attitude. I will never go back, and will make an effort to steer others away.

Took my sprinter in to get the lights fixed, over a month later and after hundreds of dollars, they fixed absolutely nothing. Feel like I was robbed, was just vaguely explained about the problems they had found but didn’t do anything about. Would take my vehicle in and call back days later to check up on it and they would not have even pulled it in to look at it. Even as they are understaffed, I would have hoped they could have done a better job of prioritizing vehicles to actually get things done.

My new to me 2000 BMW 528i needed the brain for the speedometer replaced. They had to order it but stored my car inside while we waited. Very professional and accommodating,shop and mechanics are clean and neat.Mechanics are very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to.

Extremely Rude!

Really great people that help you! They do wheel alignment with their brand new machine as well as put on new tires. They also do car repair so if you do need your car serviced they can handle it.

These guys were recommended to me so I call for a quote on replacing the timing belt and water pump in my Honda Pilot. They seemed fine on the phone and interested in the work but then I never heard from them. No big deal. Guess they are busy.

Theyre really nice. They gave me a ride home twice. Because I have had to leave my peice of junk car there 2 times.

I have been taking various cars to Greg and Straightaway Motors for a few years and they have always treated me with the kind of respect and good humor that is rare. And I have had some car issues! They are usually very busy - for good reasons - but having experienced other local garages I would advise anyone to wait and consult with them rather than go elsewhere.

I have gotten great service here. Not to sound prejudiced, but it can be hard to find an auto shop that treats young people and women respectfully. I have never been overcharged or ripped off at this place, and am very happy to reccomend it to anyone possible. I have received good, prompt, and fairly charged service from a shop that stands behind their work.

Excellent service! Kind, genuine, and they are very good at what they do! Highly recommend Straightaway Motors. I unexpectedly dropped by one day, and they were very willing to help with a quick fix on my car and even showed me how to do it myself!

These guys are great. They do good work at a fair price. They helped us out when we were in a bind. We were traveling across country and they got us taken care of right away so we could get back on the road.

Took my diesel there. They said the engine was shot and needed to be replaced. Said they did a compression test and some other things for 2.5 hours. Really?? 2.5 hours for a compression test?? Took the car to another shop for a second opinion and they said that cylinder 3 had low compression. Took the second shop 30 minutes to let me know.Would not recommend Straightaway for anything diesel related.

These guys are awesome! Sorry took me so long to write a review. Was moving cross country from Seattle, WA to Philadelphia, PA with my wife and our 2 small dogs. Stopped in Bozeman for breakfast on the road trip and after eating my wife’s car wouldn’t start. Jumped her battery and took it here since it was the closest auto shop. They came outside and took a look under the hood and quickly pulled out the alternator belt that had completely busted. We explained our cross county situation and agreed to squeeze us in to replace the alternator belt so we could get back on the road. Even tho they were busy and swamped with work at the time. (They originally said that wouldn’t be able to work on it for at least a week, thinking we were local or students at the university). We went and bought them coffee at Wild Joe’s (which was awesome btw) to show our appreciation and they had us back on the road in just a few hours. Thanks so much for being kind to a few people just passing in through and best of everything to all you guys!

Its been hit or miss lately. This time was a miss. Our server had a larger table of her friends she was attending to. She was more interested in hanging out with them than getting even one part of our order right. The manager did make a solid effort to fix our ticket, but its not the first time weve experienced poor service. Tonight we ordered a trio of appetizers, a hard cider, a cocktail, and a well-done pizza. The cider was the wrong one, I was told they didnt have what I ordered (the manager compd me the correct one at the end of our meal, they did have it after all) My hubs cocktail was a bucket of ice and mixer. One of our trio arrived, we asked if the other 2 were on their way, 15 minutes later our pizza arrived, which wasnt well-done... 🤔 Then the other 2 appetizers arrived. Mean while ditzy server is fawning over hipster friend table. So as were still eating and not necessarily done, ditzy server brings us the check. So ok, I guess we are done. Then hipster friend table announces loudly OMG Ive never seen this spiked seltzer in person, only on gram! ....... Um yeah, were going. 🤦

Talked a great game...couldnt deliver. After a couple of days of waiting to get a call back on an appointment I went in to talk to them. Said they would find out my code that afternoon and get back to me that day. I never heard from them again. Needless to say we went somewhere else. BMW of Idaho Falls...they were great!

Great shop. I was only in Bozeman for a week and despite being busy Greg got me in the shop, problem diagnosed and corrected all in one day. I got a call to explain the discovered problem and give an estimate. When I picked up the car the bill actually came in lower than the estimate. Finding a mechanic while out of town is always a little stressful but after meeting Greg I wasnt worried at all. Just one of those places that you know you will be treated well and honestly. I went to their shop because of severe engine problems, they repaired the car at a very fair price. They know how to work on Saabs. Friendly and honest.

Got my alternator/battery replaced there yesterday and they charged me less for the part than I could buy online. I drove away with a purring car but as soon as I got to where the sun wasnt glaring behind me I noticed my battery light was on. I let it go but my dad convinced me to call them, so I did call them this morning at 11 am, an hour before they close (on Fridays). They told me to bring it in right away so I left work and dropped it off then went across the street for lunch. They found right away that the new alternator was bad and they put another one in for me. I was back to work exactly 1 hour when I left. These guys have never let me down and time and again they prove trustworthy. Dont know what Id do without them!

Called to ask about parts and was refused a price because I had called around at other places asking about prices and were rude and hung up on me.

Rude and unhelpful - when I politely queried the part price was 3 times what Id seen online he suggested I get my online mechanic to fix it as well!
