I believe my insurance is being handled very positively and professionally by my agent. I will continue to work with him for home and auto.I have been seeing TV ads about All-State dropping vehicle rates and am anxious to see if that includes me as I am paying just under $300 per month for a Subaru and pickup.

I was involved in an accident where my vehicle was totaled and didnt find out it had been written off as a total loss until about a week after they decided it... from a different individual than my agent entirely. I was in the middle of a cross-state move and had communicated my need for urgency in getting that information because you know, moving and all, and was told Id be contacted as immediately as new information came to light. Obviously that wasnt a trustworthy statement that ended up making the entire process of finding transportation and getting into a new car significantly more difficult.

Chet and Ethan are awesome. Handling changes to my policy in minutes instead of hours and completely happy to do so. Im a happy customer and will continue to use Chet for years to come.

I had a fender bender accident (still significant damage) just as I was also about to have knee surgery. The stress could have been off the chart, but Chet stepped in and made everything easy. I have never had an agent so willing to help me. They are not all the same. Chet is one of the best!
