While we unfortunately had to cancel our booking fairly last minute due to travel restrictions and the resurging pandemic, but I had to give them a shout out. Their office was SO KIND and very understanding. It was so easy to book with them, and their cancelation policy was very straight forward. They answered their phones quickly, they found our reservation without any issue, and handled our cancelation with ease. Their website was also so informative and easy to use, especially for someone who doesnt know the area. We look forward to using their services when we are able to travel again. Thank you so much!

The Karst Stage bus came in place of the Skyline bus, and the bus quality was so much better than I thought the Skyline bus would be. It was very comfortable, and the driver didnt punch my Skyline bus card (thankfully, because they closed Big Sky the very first day I went, so I wouldve only had two punches in it if this driver did punch hole it). The bus was super late, but we got to the ski resort relatively on time. Bus driver wasnt very friendly though and seemed slightly annoyed. A passenger tried to talk to him but he just wasnt conversational at all. It was a comfortable ride though so at least theres that.

We enjoyed a very nice ride today with Casey. He met us promptly at the airport and drove us to the Big Sky resort. He was a fantastic driver and went out of his way to take us for lunch and groceries along the way. Highly recommend Karst!!!

Twice! Not once, twice these drivers saved my gear that I left on board and drove it back to me. Once was my ski gear and another was my phone. The office told me to wait until Monday for lost and found when the drivers knew what to do. The driver properly confirmed that it was mine before handing it over. On a recent trip to Big Ski we had the awesome driver Will! When Both buses for our group spun out on the super slick and non plowed roads on the way to the resort Will was so calm and reassuring! Some of our group was from out of state and was really worried. He was able to talk them through it and keep us all safe! Highly recommend Karst Stage and Will!

Great Community Support!Our Boy scout troop used Karst Stage to get to summer camp 850 miles away. They gave us a great price, and the 15-passenger vans were comfortable and reliable. We will definitely consider using them again!

From shuttles to Big Sky to tours through Yellowstone or traveling for school events, you cant go wrong with using Karst Stage. Theres something to be said about a company thats been around for a 100+ years!!

This is our second year using KARST for transportation from BOZEMAN Airport to Big Sky Huntley Lodge. Last year the shuttle was late in both directions but not to the severe extent as this year.This year the driver from the airport was rude to everyone and then did a random grocery store stop that probably added an extra 15 minutes to our trip.Today we were told to be in the Huntley lobby at 9:25. At 10:15 the 10:25 shuttle arrived but not our 9:25 shuttle. We eventually departed the Huntley at 10:25 before stopping at more lodges. We did not leave Big Sky until 10:38. The driver picked up one more passenger off resort at 10:53. At least this driver was polite. The 10:25 bus was empty and our 20 seat van was filled to the hilt with skis blocking the aisle. And the 10:25 bus made it to the airport before we did. How does this happen?And to end the story, the shuttle died at the airport—thankfully we made it before it died. Had to open the door with emergency latch since no power.

They dont return phone calls or emails in a timely manner, if ever. This is the 3rd time Ive needed their services in 4 months, and have once again received no return phone call or email. One time I was emailed more than a week after I contacted them, and my trip was already over. Other times it has been radio silence. If it was ever possible to talk to an owner or manager, I would. I recommend Uber or Valley Taxi. Yes theyll cost more, but you will actually get what you need.

Some of the worst and mean drivers. Marion is one and an older man with gray hair who wears overalls whom I call the bus Nazi. Hes just awful. Tim and will are fantastic drivers if you are lucky to get them. Hire an Uber instead.

Arrived at 930, had to wait until 11pm for next available shuttle. It would be much better if they gave you a shuttle time prior to booking.

On call service was very confusing and not helpful - hang phone on me not even letting me finish. Very unprofessional and quite rude
