I was not a fan of how this store was set up and how it was ran. The lines are the longest I have seen because they dictate which register you can go to without and signs or notice. I’m just glad this isn’t my full time store and I was just in town. Not to mention, they check your car as you’re walking in the door which I find odd because if you wanted to shop the other stores without a membership you’re just going to pay more.

Had a horrible trip today.... apparently no carts in liquor store now and they are really rude about even asking if they have somthing from the sliding doors, so I put my cold food in a hot car to walk all the way back just to find out they dont even have them, while another person w a cart walked right in w no attitude from the associate at the counter. Rediculous and Ill be talking to a manager next time. Atleast tell me if you even have them I wasnt even inside! I was trying to be respectful of the rules and the guy (Kinda looked like a manager) was just so rude. Mad Im locked in for a yr, may go to another bjs from now on

Bjs prices used to be great. Not so much for the last year or so. There are many products I used to buy at BJs that I find priced better at Walmart or Aldis now. Specifically many canned goods - vegetables and beans, half & half, chicken, butter, etc.

Invoice #1898105.NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE.This year may be the time I do not renew my membership.I have been a member for over three years and not once has anyone in the tire department answers the phone.Each and every time a 10 mile trip is needed to make an appointment or know if my tire has come in.The times Ive spoken with corporate has fallen on deaf ears.April 30 2021 12:00 Friday a replacement tire was ordered and paid for. Today is May 05 2021 Wednesday 16:13 again, no one answered, got through thanks to a member service employee, learning that the tire came in today. Appointment made for Friday,

Never have coupon items. Coupons never work. Getting worse and worse every time I go. No one to ask if they have a coupon item you cant find. Thinking about not joining next year.

I like shopping here a lot. The staff is friendly and they for the most part have what I need. There are not many options for warehouse stores in Boynton so this is really the only choice. Gas prices are good and they have an air pump for tires. I like that they continued with the digital coupons too.

We had to wait almost an 35 min for them to bring our order to the car.

I now know why Costco has such a large following, the customer service via phone at BJs is terrible. Every time I try to call, Im on hold forever!!!

Tire Center- Garrix is one of the best employees to go to for help. He’s very helpful, nice, and accommodating - makes the process a quick in and out. If you’re going in to get your tires changed, I would highly recommend to ask for Garrix. I would give my experience 5 stars solely because of how accommodating and helpful Garrix was. Very satisfied

Glad they have senior hours! Store was empty and I checked out quickly .

The elderly male receipt checker needs to be trained on consistency for all ages and races. A elderly white couple in front of me handed him their receipt and he quickly glanced and let them through. I was in line next as a solo mid twentys hispanic male and had my cart items re arranged and all counted as well as the date on my receipt reviewed. My experice took upwards of a minute whilst the couple in front of me with roughly the same amount of items passed through in under 10 seconds. I understand receipt checking is to benefit both ur store for loss prevention and the customer for duplicate charges but this instance felt like a clear example of profiling both age and race. This is not the first time encountering this issue with the same employee.

Excellent place to buy bluk at great prices

I went to BJs in Boynton Beach to get propane. Service was non-existent. One mechanic was trying to cover a car repair, the service desk, and propane. After 20 minutes with 4 people in line waiting for propane, he announced that he could not do propane. He claimed he did not have the key. I suspect it was just more than one person could handle.

Horrible reception and service in the propane department. employee states only 1 employee on duty and cannot help anyone until he finishes vehicle in shop, meanwhile all of your customers are in 95 degrees plus waiting. what a poor business model.hope this finds it way to someone that cares.

Dont waste your time on curbside delivery.They will just mark your order as complete and never bother bringing it to you curbside as promised.They really need work on double checking these online orders seriously!!

Online order pick up process is a hot mess. Have BJs management never, ever ordered online with Walmart or Amazon??? You are pretending to do what these competitors are executing flawlessly with an awesome customer experience, including a follow up survey of your experience!!!No text or email notification when order is ready. Two employees behind service desk doing nothing, direct me to a lady who checks in online order pick up, she’s also responsible for all cashiers and answers many customer and employee questions on the floor. Why aren’t all trained to execute these orders??BJs either commit to doing it right or stop pretending.Load the Walmart app see what real execution is like and copy it. That was easy!

Very dirty. The parking lot and shopping carts are filled with trash. Someone here decided that having a huge line will somehow help with social distancing but it has the opposite effect. Expect to wait in line 20 minutes on a saturday

Love their smaller sizes in items dont have to buy 2 of some items

When I inquired about the routers they showed online I was informed at customer service they discontinued them because their clientele is much older than us referring to my wife and myself and then suggested that we go to their competition such as Best Buy they then shooed us off as they have a long line. As if I did not wait 5 minutes to ask you a question in the 1st place to get a rude answer my money is not well spent here. By far the rudest customer service Ive had to deal with and the gas is much cheaper at Costco.

The website for the Boynton Beach location has the hours for the gas station listed as closing at 9pm.I drove there tonight and pull in at 8:05, and it was already closed. Whoever does the website needs to correct it. What a waste of my time! Very aggravating. I rarely go into the store because it is so difficult trying to find things. The store isn’t set up properly. Customer service is pretty awful.I’d rather drive an extra 15 minutes and go to Costco.

Please update the store hours online. I understand the crisis thats going on however when I check online it still says youre closed at 9 pm versus the piece of paper posted at the door 8pm.

My family had a wonderful experience at BJs. This was the first time we had ever been there. It was not crowded. We found everything easily. We received a coupon book as soon as we got there. The people were friendly. It was an all around great experience.

Love the selection and prices. This location has a gas station which is great too. Lines for gas can be long but the price makes it so worth the wait.

I was sorry to see the scan guns disappear at self check out. It made the process so much longer. Otherwise, I love this place.Edit: Scan guns are back so review is back to 5-stars

Like shopping here,great fresh vegetables, meats and seafood. Only one problem not enough handicap parking. And handicap parking all in one area not all up front. To far to walk for some of us, being so busy.

Auto Center - disaster. Ordered 2 tires 8 days ago. No call from BJs. Came in today - Day 8, and they couldn’t find tires. Then found one -came in 3 days after order; 2nd tire 4 days after - no call from BJs. Sitting here for over an hour+ and they can’t find 2nd tire. Excuses I’ve gotten so far - receiving is down one person; receiving didn’t put special orders where they are suppose to; blah blah blah. And they say I need an appt to put them on- baby they are being installed today! 🤣

BJs is always fun. We got a decent parking space even on a busy weekend. They were plenty of carts and we had absolutely no hassle from the staff even though I had my well-behaved Chihuahua dog with me (not necessarily recommended)...The store was well stocked and organized. We found what we needed with little hassle. We asked several staff members various questions and they all responded with enthusiasm and eagerness to help. And with plenty of open registers, checkout was a breeze.I highly recommend this particular BJs.

I like the prices on some of the things. But I didnt like the prices on the baby clothes. For a 3 piece outfit they wanted $26.00 for a 24 month old. Thats ridiculous. In my book.

On point! This membership based club makes shopping fun (and addictive) ... I normally shop the BJs in North Jersey, but figured I could stock up the shore house with stuff - at an affordable price. ... and for whatever its worth, pick up the 5 layer dip! and some Tostitos Scoops. Day at the beach followed by some of this is awesome. Thank me later!

Update as of 2-7-2020. Finally got fed up with the bad service at this location and cancelled my membership. Don’t go here for a specific item—they are often out of products. Today I asked if a product was moved and no lightbulbs went off for two employees and a manager.. And the effort went no further. Customer service does not exist. Dont go to the Boynton Beach BJs if you expect even the lowest level of customer service and cleanliness.

Nothing like a Midweek mid day visit, only four stars because products disappear and are never seen again. Or your favorite national brand goes away and it becomes BJs brand. Not the same folks. But if you are having a party, you can stretch your budget

This place is a disaster , except for the staff. 2 separate coupon books to go through each time is to much.. BJs is stuck in a Time Warp.. Thats how the price club was 25 years ago.. Got a cheap membership but its not worth it for free.. Glad I go to Costco for last 20 years.. They do things right.. BJs shouldnt even be in business absolutely AWFUL!

You have to compare prices to see if its a good deal, big containers, large quantities, good for bulk purchasing, large groups. Like their brand of merchandise, good variety.

I prefer BJs over Sams & Costco. This location is similar to most others Ive visited really good deals on certain things and if youre looking for quantity, these are the places to go to.

WORST WHOLESALER TO GET A MEMBERSHIP FROM. Opened a membership late March after Sams club closed. I made three trips for 3 different items: famine products, secret powered deodorant and than Nido Nestle powered milk , none were available to purchase on each occasion. When I told Tom a higher head at the Boynton beach location about me wanting to cancle, he didnt even bother to ask why, .hes response was to simply go to the customer service desk for a respond and that Sams club and BJs are totally different lmao.. worst business company ever

Worst membership services ever, tried calling ahead to find out if they exchange or fill propane tanks, went through the automated loop 5 times when someone finally answered abruptly put me on hold for more than 10 min, finally hung up and tried again with same outcome..... phone being rudely answered and thrown on hold before I could even say anything. I knew I should have spent the money to join Costco instead!!! So disappointing!!

I like the club. however have had one problem after another with their coupons. first they dont send them to me in the mail. the store is always out them and the staff tell me to call main office. I did and went to their site and printed out 3 to use today went to the bought the three items and the clerk only scan one coupon I didnt check my receipt until later. The two she didnt scan were for 3.00 and 2.00.Do I have any recourse.

For a simple tire patch they wanted me to buy a membership , or they would patch it without membership for an extra charge of 20 %, stealers!The service advisor and the technician where very helpful and theyd tried their best, but their hands were tight due to an obsolete company policy, very disappointed.

Awesome membership wholesale club. Youd swear you were at Sams Club, and I often have to remind myself that Im at BJs, not Sams. BJs has things Ive always wanted Sams to carry, like Iams cat food. I love this store. It even has a Dunkin Donuts inside! Cheapest gas around, too.

Prices are getting as high as other places and today I went there at noon and there was a lot of people there and 3 registers open. The whole place was backed up and it took forever to get out of there. Ill be rethinking my next visit.

BJs robbed me of $119 the purchase didnt wanna go through so it had to be cancel but for some odd reason they still charged my card the $119 . I brought my statement to them they do recognize the mixed up but they say I have to call corporate for a refund. So I did but corporate said that wasnt there problem anyways till this day I still havent receive my refund so I filed a complaint with my card company so they can take action themselves. I did love BJ s I am very disappointed in them I know if I take an item and try to walk out with it without paying for it Im going to go straight to jail . So why is ok for them to keep my money for that long this happened march 31 2017 inexcusable nothing can justify what they did . And God knows how many other people theyve done this to . It seems the majority of businesses these days are run on lies and cheating I am so disgusted with BJs .

I love this particular store - most people that work there are very nice and so helpful! It is small, but they carry a lot. People tha go there are usually nice as well. The parking lot is almost never busy and there is not a long time to wait in lines, like in Costco, where the parking lot is a disaster. But there are quit a few reasons why they are less busy. The prices are bit higher and not that much organic, non gmo verified staff, not that much fresh fish, not that many healthier options.There are some good staff too as I do not like to spend a lot of time in the store. I choose to have bjs membership. But got disappointed. They took away the hand scanners from the self checkout machines. I always buy water and those cases are bigger then me to carry - to wait in always full line with people buying half of the store is absolutely dissatisfying and time wasting to me when i have 3-4 items in my shopping cart - we buy cat litter, water cases, coconut water. mixed greens and thats eat normally. Sometimes seafood(snow or king crab, us shrimp, trout. wish fresh salmon was wild cought from alaska not farmed) or meat products(rarely - we prefer bell and evens that bjs do not carry) It is cool to use scanner to scan everything so you do not even have to put everything away from cart, count how much items you have and leave. But now I am spending so much more time waiting in line. So it is huge downside - when i come to the store from work, all tired, I am happy to save money but if I am wasting more time or have to pick up water cases(40pack each) I am not excited.Also I love their campari tomatoes. They started to do more organic tomatoes, too. Thats a huge plus.Really not excited that some items are disappearing - there is no good olive oil anymore. There is no New Zealand Mussels(we buy a pack every week so now we shop somewhere else), canned Poll and troll caught Tuna.But good thing they got canned wild alaskan salmon for good price. Bottom line - Before I was buying more things. they switched a lot, but some were still worth it - but without a self scanner is it really worth to spend your time waiting in lines? If you afraid of steeling put a camera - but do not take them off. It is weird to make people do membership with some equipment and after take them away and make people not use them.

No long waits on Wednesday before 10:30.
