They handle the renewal quick and great customer service. I just moved and I can honestly say the elc from palm beach is way better in communication and customer service and quickness compare to the elc in my new county.

I completed my renewal application online as recommended by their staff about 1 month ago. I still haven’t received the certificates back yet or a phone call for that matter. I call every day and they claim they will email a manager. School starts next week and i don’t know what to do. This has never happened to me before. I can’t go to work yet until I have child care. How will I be able to pay rent? They do not care at all. I am at my wits end and don’t know what to do. I went into 2 locations only for them to turn me around. This never used to happen to me when it was called family central. Worst experience I’ve ever been through.

Its been a wonderful experience with the Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach.Me and my wife needed help with our daughter, and they were able to help us in every way they could. We only met wonderful people with warm welcome from the front to the back.It was such a great impression that I remember every single person that helped us.Thank you Tori for providing such a great standard in that public institution.Thank you Zayra and Lorraine for being so kind and professional. Finally it would be a mistake to omit the receptionists; they tried to help us in various way while keeping their framework.Thank you guys keep up the good work.

I went into the Palm Springs location yesterday 06/12 to pick up my kids certificate, but I wasnt able to because of the new changes. I asked to speak to a Supervisor because I was advised by the customer service center to come down in person to pick up the certificate.After expressing my situation and concerns to Paola, she apologized and assured me that she would do everything to make sure I would be able to put my kids in school the following day. This was at 8:30 a.m., by 2:30 p.m. Paola came through as promised and I am grateful to her.Thanks to her empathy and ability to recognize and resolve a problem created by the ELC I no longer have to worry about my kids being in an unsafe place. Her mannerism and professionalism says a lot and I hope the ELC employs more people like her!!

I walked into the west palm beach office yesterday to update my childrens information.The professional and courtesy of attending me in a timely matter was very appreciated.I walked in with a plan to stay for a while .The staff was very courteous and informative of hiw to handle my case.Thankyou.

Very unorganized, rude, unprofessional employees. Not convenient. Long wait times. No walk ins like with Family Central. Closed Fridays. Really a downgrade from Family Central.

Races, discrimination, unprofessional, very very rude, only made for black, they never help white kids even for the sake of God, just wonder if there is any head department to review there work and investigate all files been terminated.

Worst experience ever after waiting on a waiting list for one year to be approved and I just get terminated for no reason because they could not reach the employer with one phone call they are suppose to help people not terminate People for no reason they are unfair they are very unprofessional they need a whole new crew that are understandable and are patience with there job on assistant others now thanks to them Im back on the waiting list.

I have been trying for almost a year and I still havent received any information when I call I get no answer.
