We consider ourselves very fortunate to have been recommended to Craig and the professionals at Property Damage Consultants. We had a serious roof issue and we were concerned about placing a claim with our insurer. While we consider ourselves intelligent people, we did not have the expertise to deal with the hidden things, mold, hidden watger damage etc. Craig and his team scheduled all the experts for each discipline and thoroughly detailed the areas that were impacted. They produced professional reports that were evaluated and accepted by the insurance company and their own appraisers. Professional responses whenever we had questions, and very knowledgeable. We received a payment from the insurance company about 2 weeks ago and we are able to repair what we need to effwectively. We cannot recommend Craig and his folks any stronger. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I sent the owner a check and he promised that as soon as he got it he would deposit it so I paid and had it rush delivered and after they received it they held on to it and deposited it a week latter. I also used the lawyer they recommended to me and it turned out to be just as bad. The entire experience was horrible from start to finish. I used many insurance adjusters and this by far had been my worst experience. Nothing was done they way they they said. They got my check and held on to it for no good reason. Didnt even care a less to respond to any of the emails I sent them. Poor communication, poor service!

Our insurance company wouldnt give us a dime. Craig worked to get us the maximum amount allowed--and we got it! It was good to know that we didnt have to deal with any extra stressful situations because they did it. Once our settlement was organized, payment was prompt.

What a relief it was not to have to deal with the Insurance Company and answer their zillion questions.
