Great Real Estate office

I love century21...our realtor Lexsine is the best! She inspired us to desire a home about a year ago. Her home buyer work shops have been educating to say the least. She advised us on credit rebuilding and it has been hard but now we are within 90 days of buying our first home. I highly recommend her she will get you into a home and teach you how to keep it. I contacted the Office and Eric Greenberg was My Personal Realtor. He worked very hard and effortlessly in Finding the perfect New Home for Me. Eric is a Fantastic Guy and Realtor. He showed me several homes, gave advice both good and bad, worked until midnight at times. He guided me towards or away from homes to. Once we found Our Future Home, He was always available to answer questions, concerns, did majority of the paperwork, referred me to appraisers, inspectors and more. Very very professional group

I am a realtor and had a client wanting to lease a property listed with Berlida Tejada. The information on MLS was not sufficient as she required more than stated on MLS. The MLS should clearly list required docs needed. My client provided all documents and checks requested by Berlida in a TIMELY MANNER. Once Berlida received the documents there was no communication from her there after. I contacted her via email, cell, voicemails, text and no response. She read all text messages every day yet did not bother to give myself nor my client an update on her application. That is 100% unprofessional in our environment. I should not have to chase ( continuously call, email, text) a fellow realtor down to get a response. Now my client and myself has wasted time which is extremely valuable as we all know and money. We are 100% unhappy with Berlidas Tejadas service and recommend some training in customer service, professionalism and communication.

There people is very friendly and professional. If you want to sell or buy a house this is a perfect place.
