What a great laundromat and super clean!

Ive used this place a handful of times in the last year to wash some oversized pillows, my moms comforter and a handful of dog beds. The last time I used them I thought was an anomaly as I got my items back all bagged up But... they werent dry... they were still damp. I let them know... they apologized. I had to dry them at home in my dryer.Today, my boyfriend attempted to drop off a medium sized dog bed. They wont take it. I will say that the management has always been very kind and professional When I was dealing with the management.I cant say I am not disappointed in them at this moment. If I still had a front loader, I would do it myself. Now, we are left to find a reputable place that can do this job. :(

Very clean and well priced. Long story but I had to take in my comforter, three sets of bedsheets and pillow covers, a ton of towels and blankets to get washed and laundered and I paid like $30. Everything was folded beautifully and ready within 2 days. It’s a simple luxury but worth it.

Its new but in addition, super helpful pleasant attendants, super clean , quick and great prices. Take my word for it and check out the pics. Best place to wash with great tunes and free Wi-Fi.

Commercial services are fabulous! They are super friendly. They always communicate and show up on time. There was an issue with pickup that was completely my fault but they didnt get frustrated with me; just tried again later. The owner has even showed up personally to my clinic. I really cant say enough good about this company.I cant believe I washed my own sheets for my acupuncture clinic for so long! I was starting to feel as though I was drowning in laundry due to COVID but Im loving my new normal and intend to keep letting them take care of the laundry.If you own a spa, club, clinic or any business that creates laundry please start an account with them you will not regret it.

I do not know if all Laundromat laundry manage services like that one in Boynton Beach and Congress avenue Hypoluxo. My experiences with this were not interesting. The only reason I went there to do laundry is because it is clean, after that the services are zero. The are no services there, no help in nothing, no management for customer. I put my stuff to dry in one of the machine, which was not working properly, nobody said they cannot do nothing and I have to pay again for everything, it is not a kind of business people have to go. They do not how to talk with customers. I do not really like the services those employees give. They don’t care about customers, they just want to make money and any issues are not their problem. I do not recommend people yo go to laundromat or specially that branch. You cannot talk to any managerial needed. This company is a beautiful odorless flower. That’s USA, the country gives you the opportunity to make money, you could not have a business in this country without taking into account the qualities of the services, the employees you hire, the technical problems that may arise. With this company all the problems you can meet, only customers who pay the costs, we are always the losers. We, customers have no place to file complaints, other than this platform where we can give our opinion. It is not normal. In getting this message across, I think I am helping in improving the service and that the people in charge of this must-say company are thinking about these kinds of situations. You have to trade to help your community and in return you get profit, but its not about making money at all costs.

Clean, friendly staff. TV and music to keep you occupied AND they have free wifi while youre doing your laundry. They also provide a wash/dry/fold service if youre too busy to stay. I definetly reccomend this place to anyone who needs to have their laundry done.

In reviewing their website before selecting them, I saw that they are very transparent with the fees and their service. WONDERFUL!Not just perfect washing and folding and reasonably priced but absolutely honest. Last week, I forgot a valuable necklace that I had put in a pocket during an Xray and then put in the wash. Upon picking up the load after getting the text that it was ready, there was an envelope saying found in the wash with my necklace inside. I am very grateful. This business will also pick up and deliver - which is an amazing service. A great asset to the community!

CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! I go out of my way to utilize the wash and fold and occasionally use the machines. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and you pick up laundry that is thoroughly dried, wrinkle free and SMELLS AWESOME. Special shout outs to Marie and Ericka. They do an AWESOME job! They are friendly and professional.

I used the wash and fold service, and my clothes were ruined. My gray and black pants turned red and black undergarments turned a dark ugly brown. I have called several times and keep being told a manager will call me. It has been over a week and I have not received a call.

Hands down the best home pickup and delivery laundromat I’ve ever used. Very professional. I did a test run with a smaller load of laundry and immediately scheduled another for the next day. Always punctual and communicative. Even offered to pick up my clothes early so that they’re done in time for a business trip I have tomorrow. If I could rate 10 out of 5 stars I would. Highly recommended.

I just dropped off a comforter for an elderly woman I was helping and they went above and beyond to accommodate her and she even received a little surprise that truly made her day. Clean place! There’s free WiFi so that’s a plus. It is a true coin laundry, I just wished the machines took debit cards in case you don’t have coins. Other than it’s a nice laundromat. $5 for regular washers and $7 for the more heavy duty machines

IF YOU GO TO THIS PLACE , DONT FORGET ANYTHING! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE IT BACK! I left a very expensive rug in the dryer . Realized as soon as I got home and called to let them know I would be back to pick it up . They identified my rug and said it was there, and I could come pick it up. I even asked for it to be put to the side . I came back to the facility and they said it must have been thrown away. I’m furious . The person there said there was nothing they could do and there is no manager available . That rug cost me a lot of money and I took the necessary precautions to get it back . This was very bad customer service in my opinion . On top of that who do I contact about this matter ? There is no HR OR customer concern number.

I have been coming here for the past month now. The customer service is second to none. Come see Erica shes very responsible, courteous, and FAST!!!!. I brought her a huge bag of clothing 2 weeks worth to be exact. She asked me for when i needed it and i told her as soon as possible. She didnt play no games. My clothes were done in 2 hours ready for pick up. I strongly advice to come here and get your cloths taken care of by Erica.

Nice clean place

The laundromat was clean, staff was friendly, turn around time was quick (same day), the price was just right for having them clean my laundry and most importantly my clothes were returned to me nicely folded and clean! They also apparently pick up your laundry for free and drop it off which I missed because I’m always in a rush lol. As a first time customer I had a great experience and will definitely be returning!

This is the best laundromat that I have found. There is a very nice attendant there, its clean, there is bathroom access, AC, TV and music. I travel a long distance to do my laundry here because all other laundromats are so miserable.

I was traveling from PR to NY with a stopover in Boca Raton, FL. I found them online and called to see if they would be able to accommodate a laundry service while I was in FL. I called the store and they said a manager will call me back. Within 15 minutes, Mitch (The Owner) called me to get the details. I had not realized that I was actually not going to be in their actual pickup area. Nonetheless, Mitch came out of his way on a Sunday afternoon and met me at my hotel for the pickup. He was very nice, very pleasant, and VERY accommodating throughout. He had the laundry returned to my hotel room the next morning freshly laundered and folded beautifully. The clothing had an awesome clean smell to them. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to others. Mitch is all about customer satisfaction! Best of luck Mitch, and thank you for the amazing service!

This was my first time going to the laundromat and it greatly exceeded my expectations! The attendant there was very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and modern, with amenities to help the time pass by.

I would give them a 5 star because i love them. But today i saw something that got to me. The blond attendant was harassing patrons at 730pm telling them the door locks at 930. Lights out. Now i know last wash is 930. Lights out at 11pm. A couple came in with sure a tun of whites at 8pm. All this attendant did was harrass them , give dirty looks and passed back and forth. Not cool. She must be new and rude. Love the usual lady with long brown hair.So normally a 5 star today not so much.I would like to add that this attendant did not just tell them about not leaving unattended. She huvered over him like a hawk. I understand about not leaving wash unattended. But this was over the top and rude in body language and verbal tone. There are politer ways to go about it. I do apreciate your response and will change to 3 stars. But she needs to learn how to communicate better to patrons.

I have never reviewed anything but have to today because i hope this new business sticks around and does well. My washer broke with piles and piles to go. I needed a coin laundry and found this one closeby through Google. I was expecting the coin laundry experiences from back in the day. You know hot, smelly, dingy and dirty around the edges, crowded so you had to eagle eye your wash, crappy vending machines and sketchy attendant that you would approach only if the stone age machine ate your quarters and shredded your clothes.THIS IS NOT THAT PLACE! This place is bright and super clean and friendly. The AC is great. The decor (yes decor) is bright and cheerdul and modern. There are plenty of every size brand new machines, attentive friendly attendants who go out of the way to help you, hold doors, show you features. There are numerous televisions with everything from sports to cartoons to daytime talk shows, a great sound system with great music, vending machines with something for the healthier crowd to the gotta have my laundry day chocolate fix. The bathrooms are clean as a whistle and the attendant opens them for you with a combination. They offer dry cleaning at very competitive prices too.I was dreading this chore but it turned out way better than i thought. My kids even helped out and werent beside themselves while waiting.The owner should be very proud of the place and the two young ladies that were working there today!
