Orchid Cleaning Service did a fantastic job in my in laws apartment in Delray Beach.I called Juan to ask for his help as I was getting on a flight from New York to Florida.By the time I arrived he had already arranged for a crew to be at apartment. The apartment complex had been fumigated for termites with strong pesticides and everything needed to be wiped down and cleaned.The ladies from Orchid did an amazing job. They worked efficiently, quickly and thoroughly cleaned everything. I found Orchid Cleaning Services by doing a google search. I had a few companies in mind but Orchids reviews lead the way so I decided to take a chance on them. I was super nervous because I have never in life used a cleaning company but decided to contact them by email. Juan followed up quickly and got me scheduled for the day that I wanted on a very short notice...like two day notice. He called me on a Sunday and I needed cleaning on a Tuesday.The cleaners were scheduled for 1 p.m but arrived about 20 minutes before (they called to let me know and I was ok with that). The ladies were so sweet. I was comfortable leaving my home. They finished about 30 minutes or so earlier than intended and I was well please with the results. They cleaned a 4 bedroom and 2 1/2 hour house (3 Stories) and it looked amazing. The house smelled great and looked great. They did extra things that I didnt know they would do was wash the dishes, organize my cabinets, organize my refrigerator, make my beds like I lived in a hotel, etc.Our house wasnt filthy but it hadnt been cleaned in a few weeks due to death in my family and us not being in town on the weekends - we were in and out. So having someone I could trust take care of this for me was a blessing.Juan gave me a follow up call to make sure I liked the service. I gave him two minor suggestions for the next visit and he gladly obliged with no questions asked. He also told me if I need other work done to our home he has recommendations.Since they got done early they only charged me what the work they completed and nothing more. This will be the only cleaning company I use. Thank you so much Juan and your team. I had a great experience!!!
