I have been going to Alessandra’s for years (probably almost 10 years now) for salon and spa services. Since changing ownership, the overall quality of the spa and staff has declined greatly. When I walked in, there was an entire crew of people gossiping and eating up front. The bathrooms are super dirty, the toilet handle broken. Even the soap container was dirty. Overall feels low end and no longer the quality spa experience from the overall look of the spa, lack of cleanliness, to lack of professional staff. Massage was ok, but not as good as in the past by far. People laughing and taking all throughout massage made it difficult to relax, music too low so it didn’t drown out what works be normal noise. I’ve also recommended several times throughout the years. I most likely won’t go back and certainly won’t send anyone else. It’s sad, there really aren’t many spas out there and this was my go to. On the hunt for a new place. Definitely not worth the price I paid!!!!!

This place is amazing! The ladies are always so nice and make you feel comfortable. My daughter and I have both had our hair cut and styled by Bonnie. She listened to what we wanted, asked questions and went to work. The end result has been perfect for both of us! Price is comparable to most other places and worth it if you come out with an excellent hairstyle. We will definitely be back for our next cut! 💗 Thank you Bonnie!

I like the spa area, I think they have a better service if you compare it with the salon, they are very strict with the schedule, and not cheap

Staff kicked me out, because she needed to go home early. Spoke to manager in regards to it and nothing was done. Was a loyal customer for many many years. Felt like the manager who handled the situation was very unprofessional.

I love coming to this place. I have a great experience every time. The prices are so reasonable-Ive gotten hours worth of treatments including facial, pedicure, hair cut/style and more for less than $250. A 1 hour pedicure was only $35...without the rushed factory style nail salon. You wont go wrong booking here.

I went in over the weekend on a referral from another salon, I was told Bonnie would be able to work with my daughters very full, thick, long, curly hair. Bonnie did an AMAZING job with the cut/blow dry! She was clearly very passionate about her job, very artsy, and had that beautiful smile that could light up any room she stepped into, like that smile that makes the men fall in love at first site in all the movies! 🎥 Not to mention the shop is beautiful, modern, and a one stop shop for all your beauty/spa needs, and the prices arent outrageous either!! Highly recommend!

Ive had my hair cut and highlights twice now by Anita. She does an excellent job with everything and makes sure you are happy with your hair. The prices are pretty much the same range as other nice salons in the area. They have a great variety of hair products for sale. All of the staff is very nice and friendly. The artwork inside is also very nice, I was told it was all done by the owner!

Dominique is my stylus and I have to say she is absolutely amazing! I have struggled with getting the right color blonde in the past and what she does is absolute magic. I’ve been seeing her for a while and my hair is in the best condition that it has ever been.Most definitely my best hair experience and I’m never disappointed. I always feel amazing when I leave and get so many compliments.

I went to this salon after hearing great things about it in Facebook group I belong to. The salon was very nice and reasonably priced-plus if youre a new customer you can get a coupon for $20 off your first visit! Adam was my stylist and cut and highlighted my hair. He did an amazing job and I couldnt be happier with my cut or highlights! Oh and dont forget the wine. I highly recommend making an appointment with Adam!

I had the best cut and color of my life today with Adam. I went in with terrible color, grey roots and a cut with no shape or style .I left with such an amazing cut and color that compliments me better than any Ive ever had. Adam cut EVERY single hair so precisely that no matter which way I flip, turn or brush it falls back into the most flattering shape! Im beyond thrilled and so very thankful!!! Ive never been the girl who gets stopped and asked who does your hair?? Well in the last 3 hours since leaving the salon, Ive been asked 4 times. Simply amazing!

I am absolutely delighted with my cut! I had an appointment with gaby. I was early, and he didn’t make me wait. The salon is Beautiful and I felt like a princess. I showed him a few pictures. I was going from shoulder length to short, so I knew I needed a master stylist. He said no problem, asked a few questions and got to work. The outcome is EXACTLY what I wanted. I highly recommended you see him if you are particular and want the best.

Worst service ever and highway robbery on the cost of services. Ive given them the benefit of the doubt and continued to. Go there because of the head stylist, Sebastián. But my last experience was 2 weekes ago where I received A HALF A HAIRCUT FROM HIM, SOMEONE ELSE BLEW OUT MY HAIR, then when I got home and washed my hair the next day, THE AGAIN LEFT COLORING IN MY HAIR ANDTHE CUT LOOKED NOTHING LIKETHE PICTURE I GAVE SEBASTIN. PERHAPS if he had finished my cut, things would have been better, but this was my breaking point, I CALLED THE SALON AND TOLD THEM ALL THE ABOVE AND INSISTED THIS BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY AND THEY TELL ME SEBASTIN WONT BE BACK FOR 4 WEEKS!!!!!!! RUN FROM THIS PLACE! I paid over $200 with tips for this service. Will never step foot in there again.

From reception to your tech these are thoughtful people who know their clients are looking to feel better about themselves and honest feedback of how services can improve them. Marcia Lopez is thoughtful and thorough and her attention to detail is exceptional and I am lucky to have her do my paws and claws.

My sister and I have been going there for sometime. My sister over 20 years. I have been going for the last 8. Sebastian Trento does our hair and he is FANTASTIC. He got my hair color that I wanted instead of doing what he wanted. They do great facials and massages. The whole staff from when you walk in the door to when you leave are excellent. I highly recommend this place.

I booked an one hour massage and walked out of here feeling amazing! Julia was great and gave one of the best massages Ive ever had. Very warm and welcoming staff will have me returning monthly for a massage.

Dominique is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Her skill set is light years ahead of anyone Ive ever been to, or seen on anyone else. Please know that the picture doesnt even do her work justice. Shes the sweetest person, and a perfectionist at her craft. I have sent numerous people to her, all who have thanked me greatly for referring them to her. I will never trust anyone else with my hair. I have been going to her for about a year and a half now and Im so glad I found her! Cant thank her enough for extra boost of confidence she gives me!

Adam is the best! He has done my hair a few times now and always gets it perfect! I always get pictures to send to him as inspiration for what I want and he is always able to excite the style perfectly . From color , to cut , to balayage, he is phenomenal in every category . I was a New client making an appointment. Very next day they call to cancel because of a personal thing and no one else has time for you. What a nice way of saying that. I met with Adam after I had a bad color and haircut. Over the last four months he was able to turn my harsh dark color into a warm color that I love and correct a bad cut. I had lots of uneven areas with no real style but he was able to cut it in a way that my hair looks styled as it is growing out it. I see the light at the end of the tunnel. He is a professional that I trust to do whats best for me based on my hair type, face shape, coloring and personal style.

I have been away from the salon/spa experience for some time due to financial constraints, but have for the past 15 years have always trusted and been amazed by the team at Hot Heads and Alesandra so today when I wanted to jump back in the ring Alesandras was there to make my birthday request(they didnt know) for a last minute appointment a reality!!! Brandy gave me the amazing cut and color I had been dreaming of for the past year and they squeezed my 14 year old and her friend for an eyebrow waxing!!! The girls had never done this before and the tech took them after I went back and gave them age appropriate beautiful eyebrows. This is a family run business that defiantly cares about the genuine care and comfort of their guests!!!!!!

I have a wonderful operate Gaby who has been doing my hair for many years. In fact I followed him to Alesandra Salon from another salon. Several people have come over t me and asked where I have my hair done. I guess I have found the right person who knows what color and cut suits me.

Rosa is excellent. Unfortunately, Anita does not know how to do a mens haircut.

Ive been a client here for over 5 years. I love how Desiree does my hair, Ive also done spa services which are amazing. Everyone is professional and you definitely feel like youre being pampered. My only complaint are their prices, they are a little pricy, but I take advantage of their once a month specials :)

I made an appointment for a haircut and blow dry. My appointment was 9AM, at 9:18 AM the Stylist, Adam, still hadn’t yet come out to get me. I asked the front desk if they were running behind the schedule. One man at the front desk heard my conversation and said that he would go and get the Stylist. However, the Stylist came out and walked me to the shampoo area.After they shampoo, the Stylist asked me how I would like my blow dry. 2nd surprise came, because I had an appointment for a haircut and blow dry. Unfortunately he didn’t know what he is doing. I would NOT recommend this Salon to any online. They are unprofessional and disorganized !

Went to another salon Pyure and the head Haircutter hacked my hair so badly that I called Alesandra salon and luckily ADAM was available. He took 45 minutes to fix and style my hair. He was excellent and assured me that my hair would look great. Thank you ADAM! I’ve gone back to Adam several times since and he always give me the best color and cuts. I highly recommend his services.

They dont know one thing about eyebrow tinting I went there recently and it was a disaster omg. I moved up to boyton beach recently I cant find a good place in boynton beach....I am sticking to sky nails in ft Lauderdale

Gabby my hairstylist is wonderful and the young women at the sinks are amazing at the finishing processes and ensuring your comfort. Genya is superb with eyebrow waxes and very knowledgeable in the products the Spa sells. I have had a body massage treatment package and that too was exactly what I needed and performed by a true professional. I highly recommend this Salon and Spa.

Adam exceeded my expectations ! I went in for a consult for a color correction and big change to blonde! Alessndra spa is professional and clean. They have all of the amenities of a large spa in a smaller setting. I had a facial with Jenya and a massage with Julie and highly recommended both!I love the organic products that Alesandra uses by Eminence and plan on purchasing them.

The woman at the front desk, pretty sure her name was Gianna, was WONDERFUL! She ordered a shampoo for me, got called a few days later, excellent customer service, and she was VERY nice too.

Ive been to this salon before and had a positive experience but yesterday was not the same. I called to make an appointment, the person I requested was booked so I asked the girl if she could schedule me with someone who was very good with color. The man who did my hair was very unsure of things he was asking multiple stylist for help which made me nervous. He was sloppy and rushing the whole time. It took him maybe 5 minutes to do my cut he didnt even check the length to be sure it was even. After he rushed the blow dry and basically rushed me out of the chair I paid a lot I money and left . When I got home I realised that I had hair color all over my ears and neck and my scalp. So unprofessional and messy. Never ever going to him again!!
