Car wash price $ 43, for this price you can buy unlimited for a month. Washed in 10 minutes, the quality of work is just awful, I do not recommend this car wash!

Terrible job and expensive for SUVs. My wheels are still dirty. Also very rude.

Used them today for the first time. I will use them from now on. My car has been so neglected for months like seriously about 10. The car was filthy inside and out. Did the works wash, wax vacuum and clean interior and leather care treatment. My car looks new. Thank you so much.

The wax job was well done. Inside couldve been a little less rushed but definitely clean and worth it.

Brought my Dodge Ram in today which really needed a good cleaning. My wheels (as picture) were stained with dirt, even after being washed and scrubbed by hand with soap. The owner assured me they could take care of the issue. They proceeded to polish the wheels one at a time by hand and I was beyond pleased with the result. Their attention to detail and caring attitude towards the customers is unmatched by any other wash I have been too. Will definitely return! Below is a before and after picture I took.

Total wash took 10 min and for 5 min of it he was chit chatting with his buddy. Obviously couldn’t care less about what he was doing or the quality of the wash. Used dirty towels to dry the car. If you want to spend way too much on a terrible car wash, this is your spot!

Went for the first and last time. They did good with the carpets but the rest of the car left a lot to be desired. My cup holder wasnt thoroughly cleaned at all, they missed a spot of bird poop at the top, I had to wipe my radio console since it was still wet with lint, and they missed cleaning the left rear side of the car.

Wash and wax, missed washing large areas on wheels and also minimal wax coat applied with areas missed completely. Its just OK for a quick wash and wax but I doubt Ill go back.

Employees started a verbal confrontation with another co-worker when they found out that I only wanted a simple wash. I understand they got mad at because I refused to accept the other services.One of them refused to wash the car, his body language and the tone of his voice ( I don’t understand creole ) and a third worker came in and offered to wash the car. There was a female worker that was ashamed because of them, and asked them to stop arguing.I suggest the business owners or managers to inspect these employees. Hire people with good manners. I’m not suggesting that they need to have a college degree. If I will pay for a service at least I want the appropriate costumer service.As I was approaching the car, I notice he didn’t soak the car enough. I found soap foam by the doors and tires.“It is expensive for the service, and the costumer services.”

Went there with my Honda Pilot last Sunday , they charged $50 , the cleaning last 20min max, they didn’t even go through my third seat row, all cup holders wasn’t cleaned , nothing by the doors inside was cleaned,not even wiped, all the leather rugs I have inside wasn’t washed. They just vaccum on top without even take them out. Worst cleaning I had and expensive, guy was kind of rude . And I only brought my car there because first time I was there, I loved it , but they were all different people now .

Love this set up! This is my third time using Mr. Hand Wax - twice for a wash and wax and once for a wash. They do an excellent job inside and out and work quickly. They’re in the parking lot of the Boynton Beach Mall which is nice when the wait is longer than I want to sit outside for. I recommend supporting this small business if your dirty car needs to be cleaned!

I brought my truck here for this first time a few days ago after going to many different places for a few years now and MrHandWax was a much better experience and cleaning then I’ve ever received from all the others. This place treated me professionally and did an exceptional job waxing and detailing my truck. I will definitely come here from now on for my vehicles. Great customer service goes a long way. The owner even noticed what he felt was a missed vacuumed spot and he himself vacuumed over it again.

All of these car washes run your car through and automatic wash and pay little attention to detail but charge you more than Mr. Hand Wax. He was able to wax out all of the battle wounds my car had acquired from shopping carts and such...I cant say enough good things about this place, it was fast, reasonably priced and my car looks beautiful again! A friend of mine has been going here for years and loves it. She recommended me to try it out so when I did, I ended up leaving there extremely satisfied with the job done on my car. I had driven my car through dirt roads this past week and my car was extremely dirty. Mr. Hand Wax did an amazing job at making it like new again and giving it back to me in great condition. I wont be going anywhere else but to Mr. Hand Wax now! They did a great job, and the entire team works very well and prompt to finish your car in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend!

I took my SUV there Friday to get washed up. I stood patiently at the podium waiting, for almost a minute without any acknowledgement I was there, for the person working there to stop texting on his phone, I thought to myself obviously he doesn’t care about my business I should just go somewhere else, then he looked up. I was obviously bothering him as he had attitude that I was at a car wash place wanting my car washed. Against my better judgment, I left my Jeep to get washed. My kids and I went into the mall for about 45 minutes and then returned. My car was still being cleaned. About 15 minutes later, it was finished and pulled back in front. As I stood there paying, I noticed the entire bottom piece of my car still had dirt/mud all over it. I asked the guy nicely if they could take care of it. Again he was extremely irritated that I had asked them to touch up my car. The lady came over and wiped the dirt off. At this point, I am the irritated one. I work in the service industry so my patience level is very high. Once I got home I noticed everything else that was neglected. For example, the back was never opened, they never vacuumed or cleaned the back of my Jeep. It’s very disappointing that someone would run a business like this. Please don’t waste your time and money on this place, they obviously don’t care about their customers or the service they provide.

Today I brought my daughters car for a wash and wax. I have been going to Mr Hand Wax for over ten years and you cannot beat the job that Jim and his team do. I travel about 25 minutes to get the cars detailed because it is worth the drive and my cars always look great. Go to Mr Hand Wax... you will lot be disappointed!!!

Stopped by with my motorcycle. The manager/owner was there, walked right up and took care of my bike himself. Looked great, super friendly and could tell he cared about each car looking great for every customer there. Recommend without a doubt to anyone.

I took my car to this place because I had heard great things. I have to say I was extremely disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend it to any one I know. I had recently bought My car and the previous owner was extremely dirty so I figured a car wash by a professional was the right fit for the job. Apparently not. I paid $111 including tips which I paid before I even took a look at my car because I had trusted that they would do a wonderful job, My mistake. The price was ridiculous for the work that they did, but I had figured that maybe they were just that good and that was the reason for their inflated prices. But to my disgrace they did a horrible job in those two hours and a half. The outside was “washed” and “waxed” by hand. The tire rims are still dirty and there was left over wax or polish on the surface , very noticeable and not a great job. The interior was the worst. The inside looked exactly the same but just with a bunch of polish or oil idk what on top of all the dirtiness. There was still dirt in the steering wheel, compartments of the car, the ceiling, the seats and the cup holders and in between the seats. I even found a wrapper!! The windows looked foggy and you could see the streaks of oils and paper. So you can guess they did a “wonderful” detailing and vacuuming. I was in a hurry when I went to pick it up, so Once I got in the car I noticed all that, but I left because I had an appointment. I contacted the car wash owner or who ever answers the phone and I they told me to take it back. they assured me it would be taken care off. This time they cleaned the steering wheel better added more polish or oil and they vacuumed it more but the compartments, the windows, the seat belts and the seats were still dirty and not properly vacuumed. I don’t know but to me it seems like there is a lack of attention, lack of focus, carelessness, lack of honesty and poor work.

Terrible job. Too expensive for the service. Rude service. Never go here.

By far the best car wash in South Florida! Jim and his staff always do an immaculate job! Ive taken my jeep in there after every off-road excursion and they never fail to make it look as if its never seen a dirt road. Their skills and work ethic aside, the customer service is some of the best Ive come across in any business. Sajun always makes the experience a great one(make sure to ask him to tell you a joke)! I wouldnt trust my vehicles with any other car wash and I will continue to be a patron of Mr. Hand Wax for the rest of my days.

This place is amazing. It removed the lettering on my husbands work truck and made it look like it was never there. The customer service was also wonderful and everyone was very friendly. I would highly recommend them.

I payed $110 to get a full detail on my new Mustang Rouge, once I got to my car I realized that they buffed off the clear coat on a couple of places. This is a very expensive repair that I now have to pay for because the owner didn’t want to take responsibility when I confronted him. If you care about your car, don’t go to this place because they don’t take care of it at all.

Charged me $60 for a wash/wax and vacuum. I’m young with a dodge charger so they probably thought im not picky or something. So i ended up with a barley washed license plate still dirty type of car. Only an hour after the wash i noticed spots come out. Someone else had to wash it after i left. Worst car wash ever.

Brought my 2020 not so hard to clean. Dirty rims bad vacuum dirty inside. For the price job wasn’t done correct.

Got my car cleaned here today and was very impressed. They took their time to make sure the dog hair was completely taken out and returned my car back to me sparkling. Will be back again!

The worse wax job I’ve ever had. Went to get my car waxed about 2 weeks ago. I was even Upsold to even do the leather conditioning. Total bill came to $75(includes tip) which I paid before even getting the car wax. Before the guy took my car I asked him if they can remove the bugs from the front of the car. He said no problem. When I returned an hour later, my car was supposedly done. I looked at the front of the car and it still had the same bugs there. How did you wax a car or even wash the car with bugs still on it. Did they wax over the bugs. I’m not sure if they even wax the car because I left the car there. I told the guy and he said his bad I’ll send someone over to remove the bugs. It was better than before but still all the bugs wasn’t gone. My car looked like it was put through a gas station car wash and not a $75 wash. Will never return again. Wasted money. Also mirrors wasn’t really cleaned, Tires was half way cleaned.

Thank goodness for Mr. Hand Wax and these reviews that helped me make a decision when I needed a car wash and detailing. Reliable service at a great price! My car was a hot mess and Jim and his team cleaned it up so good that I almost didnt realize it was mine! Plus, I was able to kill time at the mall next door- awesome location!

Worst place to ever take your vehicle..... first of all he’s rude and doesn’t listen to you when telling him what you need to get done and then charges you $28 for what!!!! And the kids he have working for you are rude just like him.

They used the same cloth to wipe the tires and inside the car. The owner didn’t even want to listen when I asked him to have his staff use a clean cloth. Very bad service. I will never go back to this place and I strongly advise others to never go to MR HAND WAX.

Been coming here for 7 years. These guys do a bang-up job and are priced fairly. The mall and other retail / restaurants are nearby to occupy your time while you wait. They accept credit cards and will call you when your vehicle is done.

I got a hand wax. After I got my car home I noticed leftover wax and soap all over. There were many marks and spots left that I could easily remove with my fingernail. Getting a hand wash was a waste of money at this place. There is no attention to detail.

These guys are right around the corner from my house and I always have gone here for the last year! They buffed out a huge scratch on my car that no one could get out and always make it look pristine!

I WAS REFERRED TO MR. HAND WAX AFTER MY NEW CAR HAD DAMAGE FROM TREE SAP. I WAS TOLD BY ANOTHER DETAILER IT WOULD NEED EXTENSIVE WORK. MR. HAND WAX COMPLETELY REMOVED ALL OF THE SAP DAMAGE AND RESTORED THE FINISH OF MY PAINT TO SHOWROOM CONDITION. BETTER THAN NEW. I WILL BE BRINGING ALL OF MY VEHICLES TO THEM IN THE FUTURE.

After a long ride to Vero and back, my brand new Ram 1500 4x4 was completely covered by dead bugs. The bumper, grill, hood and tow mirrors had layers of bugs on them. I brought my truck to Mr. Hand Wax because they always do a great job for a fair price. Needless to say I not only left a happy customer, but Im back again having my Kia Sportage cleaned and detailed. Thanks again, great job, guys!

Took a couple of my toys to be cleaned after a long dirty weekend. These guys went above and beyond the call of duty. They looked like they just rolled off the showroom floor. I was expecting to pay a lot more but their prices were well below what I was expecting for a hand wash and full service.I will be sending all my clients and friends there.

The African American guy that was in the booth was really rude. He wanted me to pay before getting service. He spoke to me as if I owed him money. I hope he doesn’t think he is the only car wash worker in Palm beach. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Washed my car there today and I had to go elsewhere afterwards to wash off the leftover soap. $27 for nothing. The manager’s response was: anywhere you wash your car it will look the same. Very bad service! DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE; IT’S A RIPOFF!!!

Do not go to this place. They are rude and disrespectful. And to top it off they damage my car, and when I asked them to fix the problem they wanted to give me a gift card. Are you kidding me, I didnt want a gift card I wanted them to fix the damages. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

We took our car to mr.hand wax for a complete detail ($120), we got home, turned around (15 minutes) went back, they redid the inside of the car, the next day noticed more things they missed .WOULD NOT RECOMMEND .
