We remodeled our kitchen and master bath. Most importantly, both projects stayed in budget. We were provided a very detailed schedule. They stuck to the schedule and worked neatly and were very good about communication. The staff were very professional.

From start to finish thee entire staff and crews were wonderful. Any problem or glitch (on my part) was handled and accomplished. Carlym Aiden and Chris Meltini went above and beyond. I cant say enough about thier caring and concern. Every member of the crew was AWESOME. I would use thenm again in a heartbeat!!

The people who installed the new cabinets, electricity, carpentry and lighting were all very skilled and everything was completed on time. We had Meltini remodel our kitchen and pantry/utility room which they did a good job. There were some issues that appeared right after the old cabinets were removed. These issues were not from Meltini but from the original home builder. Meltini came up with a plan to address these issues which helped us to move forward on the remodeling. These issues did create a problem with the original scheduling. It was at this point we had issues with returned phone calls. It was hard try to schedule things not knowing when the crews were going to show up. There was also a communication issue that did not arise until the cabinets were installed. This showed up in our pantry/utility room where we thought we were getting the same depth cabinets that we originally had. The new cabinets were shallower in depth. Overall my wife and I are very pleased with the new kitchen and pantry/utility room.

Meltini Kitchen & Bath did a fantastic job on my kitchen renovation, quite literally transforming my home with the design, products and workmanship. The designer I worked with was patient, attentive and understood my budget and similar homes in the area, leading to a design that is functional, beautiful, and appropriate for the neighborhood. The installers who worked in my home were very clean, professional, polite and personable if/when I had questions. While there were some minor hiccups with the on-site project supervisor, company owner Chris stepped in as necessary, professionally addressed things and made adjustments as needed. I was given a full schedule prior to the start of work, so I’d always know when to expect installers at the house, and the schedule was kept and honored. Overall, this is a company that I’d hire again for a major project, and I’m very happy with the work that was done.

I used Meltini Kitchen and Bath to redo a major part of a Condo in Palm Beach. A new bathroom with walk in shower, three rooms of new flooring, new doors and trim, and all related electric and lighting. My contact person was Andy and my foreman was Aidan. Andy is very design creative and had lots of suggestions that were excellent with things I hadnt even thought of. Aidan is very detail orientated and made certain every aspect of the renovation was done correctly. He constantly checked all the work being done, including construction details I also didnt think of. Both were real gentlemen throughout the entire job. They made many visits and were always accessible. The materials used were first rate, plumbing and electric were all over and above my specifications and every single worker was pleasant, most respectful and totally trustworthy. I felt the price was fair. I can be pretty exacting on what I want and they understood and were very patient, helping me with decorator ideas as well. They totally got it and nailed the job. I had a great experience with this Kitchen Experts. I needed a complete overhaul of my kitchen and figured it would be a nightmare, taking a dreadfully Long time for a completed projects. Meltini Experts shocked me. Not only did they remodel exactly how I wanted, they completed the entire project in just a month, they wear gloves and mask all the time and I felt very comfortable to let them come in. the work ethic of their team is incredible. I just had my kitchen finished from Meltini and they were really good. I went to showroom thinking that I may not be able to do the kitchen and Chris showed me so many different things I could do. We stayed close to our budget, slightly higher, but worth it. I was impressed with how organized they are. I have three children and they worked around my schedule. They were very clean in our home and polite. When we go to do our bathrooms, I will feel so much better knowing how they work.

Meltini K&B redid our entire apartment while we were still living in NJ. They did an excellent job and 8 years later everything still practically looks like new! They are responsive and even to this day will come by to fix a minor problem gratis.

The quality is superb! While this renovation was pricey, I am thrilled with the outcome, and I got good value.Every crafts person was very professional—they knew what was necessary to accomplish their tasks and proceeded accordingly. There was almost no need for extra responsiveness, but every question was answered politely and with appropriate responses. EVERY person arrived punctually and finished in the time frame suggested.

Thanks to Andy I now have more counter space and more usable cabinets. His suggestion for the black splash proved to be the frosting on the cake. This company has a great crew of skilled craftsman who proved to me over and over again I went with the right contractor.

I had a 43 year background in construction and was able to determine what was a quality job and what isnt a quality job. The project took longer than expected because of an error in ordering supplies for the job. Minor issues along the way that were quickly corrected. I would not recommend Meltini for any remodel based on our project with them. Horrible communication, abandonment of the project at points, faulty material problems, a never present GC, and improper work.While we are happy with the end product, the process was a nightmare due to problems with Meltini.We were given a timeline of 5-6 weeks starting the last week of October 2020 and ending in the middle of December. We ordered our cabinets in September as this was taking up to 6 weeks for delivery due to COVID. Our project wasn’t completed until June of the following year. Our 6 week project took close to 8 months to complete. There were weeks, including the ENTIRE month of January, where nobody from the company came out to perform/continue work. Half completed drywall, electrical projects, and repairs for damage they caused sat for months. We have a toddler and this left us without a complete kitchen for over half a year, when we had made arrangements to live off-site for 2 months.Issues we experienced:First and foremost our brand new Quartz countertops cracked twice within the first 30 days they were installed. The company repaired the countertops after the first crack, which was a bit ridiculous, they should have been replaced. After the counter cracked the 2nd time about 2 weeks later, we had to demand they replace that section. After the section was replaced the company left an unfinished seam and damaged the portion of the cabinets that had been installed- we had to demand both be repaired.It took over 6 months to get all of our cabinets in. This includes waiting the 6 week period 3 times as the cabinets would come in with mismatching styles and colors.We had a 3 foot long hole in our wall under a countertop that we had demand be repaired. Yes, a 3 foot wide hole in our wall, which was part of their remodel- we had to fight with them to repair.There was little-to-no communication between the designer, GC, and workmen. A design would be changed as the project evolved (more on that later) and the workmen would begin the old design 2-3 weeks later. We would had to remind contractors that THEIR designer had changed things. This would cause additional delays as the new work would have to be demo’d before the correct work could begin. The problem was most likely that the GC would never come to the project. We would be told that the GC was at our house or had been at our house- when it was clear he hadn’t been as we were there and nobody else was.Early in the project a pipe was found in one of the walls being removed. The pipe wasn’t in our building plans so it wasn’t something Meltini could predict. However, the only solution they could provide was to rebuild the wall they demolished around the pipe. Which meant we still had to pay for the demo and now had to pay for the new wall- which we wanted removed and was a major part of our remodel. We had hired a tile company separately. Our tiler was working while Meltini was advising the only option was to rebuild the wall. After the Meltini employee left our tiler approached us and advised that the pipe wasn’t a real water pipe but was a vent pipe and could easily be re-routed. After advising Meltini of this we were told “oh yeah that makes sense.” Our tiler installer was able to solve a problem that the Meltini GC couldn’t.Open electrical boxes with exposed wires were left for MONTHS in our home, despite us reminding them constantly that we had a toddler. This was after that portion of the project had been completed. Meltini just wouldn’t send an electrician to finish the work.On a few occasions we would have to go to home depot for parts because their workers wouldn’t have correct or complete parts, while the workers sat and waited for us.The experience was a nightmare.The only silver lining was the Meltini designer Tony was great, and I would highly recommend involving a designer for your kitchen remodel.

This is our second time using Meltini.We worked with Luis and he did a beautiful design for us. From the beginning to the end of the project, they were like clockwork. The schedule was followed to the T. The contractors were friendly and efficient and professional. All wore masks and kept my home neat and clean.We did a built in bar and a buffet wall with upper and lowers in our dining room.It looks and performs perfectly. I keep walking in there just to look at it😂😂😂We are doing the kitchen next year and we will definitely return to Meltini and Luis for a third time!Highly recommend them👍

Meltini completely transformed our old 1974 condo! This was me and my husband’s first ever experience with remodeling and we’ve heard nightmare stories of companies taking the money and taking off, never to be seen again, especially here in south Florida. Since our families have no remodeling experience, we were left to research online and found Meltini. We figured with 3 locations and good reviews, we wouldn’t get scammed. Phil DeBrito was our design manager and understood our vision, which he brought to life! His recommendations were always thoughtful to our limited budget and expensive taste. He really helped us get the biggest bang for our buck. We also appreciated how helpful everyone at Meltini was when we ran into COA and permit issues (our fault) that delayed the project. During our demo, they dealt with a mentally unstable neighbor that called their showroom (several times, apparently impersonating our property manager. She wasn’t petting her emotional support dog hard enough 🙄). These situations had my stomach in a knot, but Carly and Carol Ann reassured me that it would all work out and it did! They had to revamp the schedule several times, which must’ve been a hassle, and did it without complaint.The guys who did the work were awesome!! The demo was as neat as a demo could be. Francisco and Manuel, the electricians, brought our old kitchen up to code. Francisco was always so patient with our questions and requests and made it all happen, no matter how many times he had to come back! The plumber, Mike was also awesome. He had to bring the plumbing up to code and made all of the call backs necessary to get the job done! Ceasar’s precision and meticulous work ethic ensured that all of our fancy accessories were installed perfectly! The tiles and backsplash were beautiful in the end. The few problems we had with tile imperfections were handled by meltini. They stand by their work and replaced the few tiles we were not happy with. The cambria quartz countertops are absolutely stunning...pictures do not do them justice. They sparkle and were installed expertly! The cabinets are great quality and also expertly installed. Meltini really sticks to the schedule and whenever we had a problem, they made sure they sent someone out to remedy it. Lance and later, Aiden, our project managers, were both so personable and accommodating. They made sure everything was up to snuff at varying stages of the process. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and bath and how Meltini brought them both into the 21st century. Thank you 😊

In July 2020 I hired Meltini Kitchen and Bath in Boynton Beach to replace cabinets and countertops in my kitchen, 2 bathrooms and bar area. I had used them in 2013 to do the same type of work. Everyone on the team was outstanding. Starting with the lead designer to the installation team leader and other team members to include demolition crew, plumber, electrician, drywall person, cabinet delivery men, cabinet installer, administrative staff, the primary objective was customer satisfaction and quality work. I would heed you to take caution before contracting this company for any type of renovations to your buildings, homes or frankly, the parakeets birdhouse that has taken up real estate in your front porch. I had asked this company to renovate my walls and kitchen cabinets and only after they finished, WE had realized that the cabinets do not sit flush on top of each other and would have to be reworked. After performing this shoddy workmanship they had the audacity of charging us for the entire rework of the structure! Please do not use this company as a contractor.

This is the second project we have completed with Meltini Kitchen and Bath and we are even more pleased now than before! (We totally renovated the master bathroom in October 2016 with Meltini. They did such an amazing job that we went back to them for our kitchen reno).Chris, the owner, sat with us from the beginning of this kitchen renovation and then called in his designer, Melba, to also work with us directly on the project. Melba came to our home, listened to our ideas, added some of her own ideas and suggestions to further enhance our plans and worked with us from start to finish. She went with us to the stone supplier to help us pick out the quartzite for our counter tops and taught us about what to look for to match the design we discussed. She also met us at the factory of the stone fabricator to plan out how the counter template would be placed to match the lines within the natural stone once it was cut.Upon completion of the job, Melba again came back to our home and examined every single aspect of the job to be sure that all went as planned. Even though I am very observant and noticed every detail, right or wrong, Melba picked up a few very minor things that needed to be corrected. She even noticed that a screw was missing from a bracket on a wall that was not part of the job! and she’s sending in one of workers to fix it!Given a rating scale of 1-5... 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest... this job rates a “10”.I’m already planning the job for the second bathroom and will DEFINITELY use Meltini Kitchen and Bath and hire Melba as the designer.

The kitchen is the central gathering point for our family. Following a leak and damage to our kitchen, we had the good fortune to work with Phil and the folks at Meltini. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the process so much easier than we could have imagined. Today, we have an upgraded kitchen that has gone beyond our dreams, and nearly 6 months later we are still in love with it.

They do great work, very reliable, when they say they will do something, they do it. Chris, the owner, was very polite and respectful and made us feel that they stand by their work. We had a small grout issue and they made arrangements and sent guy there quickly to fix. We really liked how they gave us and kept to there schedule. We have referred multiple friends that have also had there houses done with Meltini and they were really happy.

I retained Meltini Kitchen and Bath to perform a major renovation to my private home including new tiling, wall removal, wall paper removal, demolition, 3 new bathrooms, etc. all of which was phased to allow me to still live in my house while work was being done. The work was coordinated by Andy Vassilatos whom assured all work product was excellent. All the workers were professional and respectful. Overall I am very happy with the final outcome of my renovation.

After researching many bathroom renovators, we decided on Meltini Kitchen and Bath. The showroom on Military Trail in Boynton Beach had the selection of tile, countertop, plumbing, and exhaust fans we wanted. The custom vanities and cabinet Meltini offers also met our requirements. Phil, our salesman/designer, worked with us to set up a workable schedule which was emailed to us to let us know what was happening, the day and time. As with any renovation, the unforeseen can happen. Phil was there to put us back on schedule. We had to go up north before the bathroom was completed, but Phil took pictures of the completed work and emailed them to us to put our minds at ease. When we arrived back here in December, we were very happy to see the finished product, which until then, was only in our imagination and pictures. Anyone looking to renovate their kitchen or bathroom should definitely consider Meltini.

Quite frankly, the incompetence of this staff is astonishing. Awful job installing our new kitchen or bath. Surprised they’re still in business. Would’ve been better off buying an entirely new home.

We did the kitchen the master bath and the guest bathroom with Chris Meltini they were many issues ,however no matter what the issue was Chris came back and back and back and fixed it. He he was reliable as well ., all his work is now done. We have a Minor situation on a faucet and I know hes going to come back Ive recommended him to many people because he stands by his work he wants to please you. And he is accountable which to me means a lot

This is what happens when a company demands 90 percent up front. They installed the wrong tile in the shower. They didnt clean up at all, didnt cover clothing. We were told they only clean up big things. A box cutter was left on the floor. They did offer to put the correct tile up, I just couldnt take them being in our house another 6 weeks. Now I know dont give money up front... DONT USE THEM

We extended our island in the kitchen. They matched the existing cabinets and island with custom woodwork and we love the final result.

All I Gotta say the pictures say everything it was worth every bit of it The whole team is amazing and I went to 3 to 4 different places and they don’t even compare with the Company the material is amazing and the workmanship A+ He did my kitchen about five months ago And his installers amazing we definitely Shopped at the right place And my wife is super happy it’s not easy shopping around for a kitchen but we found the right place the pictures will say everything !!

We did a kitchen while we were away and it was done beautifully and clean. We are very happy with the overall kitchen and the quality of the workers. I have recommended them and we are also in the process of now doing our bathrooms.

After buying our villa we knew work was needed. We contacted several companies that were recommended and had mixed experiences. Some didnt return calls, keep appts, or submit estimates. We then called Meltini Kitchen and Bath Cabinetry in Boynton Beach and spoke to Phil. An appt was made, confirmed and kept. Since then, Phil has always returned our calls and has been there throughout the process. He was there to support our decisions, offer suggestions and fix mistakes (there are always some). When I had a panic attack over the tiles I chose, he came over the next day with the tiles so I could actually see how it would look. Phil was also flexible, so when I added or changed things, he made it happen. In addition, all of the workmen involved were professional and appeared to really care and have pride in the project and their work.The end result is that everything is beautiful. We plan to use Meltini and Phil again for our future projects.

These guys are untrustworthy, don’t believe any commitment to price that they give you. Will never do any work with these guys or recommend to anyone

I have never experienced such bad service with any contractor or service. I highly recommend against ever using this company to do any work for you. We had a very small job done. We redid a small pedestal sink in the bathroom and turned it into a vanity. The employees come when they want, the salesman, Phil, does not return calls. The sink came the wrong color. It was white, our toilet is almond. When I called them to complain, they NEVER once apologised. Instead, they turned up at my house with a white sink to prove me wrong. How is this customer service? They still did not apologize. The mirror frame was an inch too small, they had to redo that. The lights they put in were not central and looked ridiculous, they had to redo that. In essence, they had to redo everything. This resulted Im missing more work. More aggravation. Oh, and they still NEVER apologised. When I paid the final balance, I again expressed my upset with everything.... yet again, still no apology. NEVER USE MELTINI.

Designer Luiz Pacheco is very professional person

My wife and I went to Meltini Kitchen & Bath. We met with Philipe DeBrito who was referred to us to discuss renovating our two bathrooms.Philipe was very personable later to find out how wrong we were.He had plans drawn up to show what our bathrooms would look like when completed. We were happy with the plans and the bathroom fixtures we agreed to.He prepared a schedule for each phase of the renovations. There were delays in the schedule so the job was extended for an additional 3 weeks do to delays in receiving the fixtures and holidays. (Mind you we signed the contract on October 29th, 2018. But they didn’t order the fixtures until 2 weeks prior to the start of the job on December 3rd 2018.During this period he was unable to get the toilet we had requested, so we agreed on a different color.Then when the bathrooms finally gotten done and we arrived back here from NY. We found they had installed a sink that was not what we wanted or in our contract. When I questioned Philipe, he said he needed to get the job completed and he made the decision to install a different sink. (He had no authority to make that decision without consulting with us) His reason for his decision was because the vendor they deal with doesn’t manufacture the sink we wanted. However originally when he drew up the contract our original sink was quoted in the contract. (We visited other bathroom places and other manufacturers do make the one we were suppose to get).Also there was no supervision and Philipe agreed there was poor supervision on my job. But I have to say the craftsmen did a great job.Meltini had offer an alternative after we told them that’s not what we wanted, but the alternative wasn’t acceptable to us and even if it was, it would have cost as an additional $500.00. So we are settling with what was installed.So anyone wanting to do business especially with Philipe, be very carefully.

Had my guest bath vanity and counter tops done, they have a verity of quartz and cabinetry selection, I was able to get a beautiful custom vanity done.I will call Phil when the time comes to do my master bath.

We just had both our bathrooms, Master and Guest done by MELTINI of Boynton Beach, and several years ago we had our Kitchen done by MELTINI of Fort Lauderdale. Both locations did a great job and any adjustments that came up during the work were taken care of promptly. I would highly recommend MELTINI Kitchen & Bath.
