Took the car in for a suspected oxygen sensor problem and he diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently.Throughout the process, I was kept updated and I could feel my car was in great hands. During the fixing though, something else popped up and he quickly let me know. I applaud him for not just letting it get worse and louder and forcing me to get it checked up again. I cant even remember, without going back and looking at my receipt how much these guys did for me. What I can say is that they were professional from beginning to end, along with being informative and prompt. Has his customer’s best interest at heart!! I took my 2004 Audi there for oil leak and a weird sound. Ivan did a check and told me it might be best to not spend the money it would cost to repair it because it could just lead to even more required work.He could have easily done the work or as some shops do, not disclose the scope of the problem until they have your car taken apart and you are stuck. Although I did not have anything done to the car, I am grateful he was honest and upfront so that I didn’t chase good money after bad. It’s hard to find any service company that will look out for you, but this place does!! Thank you!

This shop is amazing!! i had my BMW towed here for several reasons but mainly brakes. I knew there was a lot wrong with it but wanted a second opinion from someone (not a dealership) but professional mechanic who knows about bmw’s. I worked directly with the owner and he was amazing. He was completely upfront, informative, and more than honest about my car and what needed to be done. I highly recommend this shop!

After getting a financial shakedown at a local Mercedes dealership, I learned about this shop. The prices at Euro Auto Service are drastically cheaper than the dealership, but they do great work in a timely manner and do not try to continuously up-sell additional parts and repairs. I learned that the dealership is basically adding $1,000 to the prices of many of the services provided at Euro Auto Service (EAS). Examples: Transmission Flush, dealership $1,600, EAS $600, Mercedes A Service, dealership $1,300, EAS $250 or less!!! I could go on and on. Do yourself a favor; for quality, professional work done at a fair price, skip the dealership and call Ivan at Euro Auto Service.

On my first visit the diagnosed an improper brake pad install. Yep, Mercedes Benz had actually installed a brake pad backwards on one of my rear wheels. No joke. Last week they performed my oil service. Fast, fair, and efficient. Why go to the dealer? Worth a visit!

I am so thankful I was introduced to this business. Ivan was very detailed and exceeded my expectations. My BMW 335d being diesel, requires an experience mechanic and for that reason I used to take the car to dealer all the time. I had a “SERVICE ENGINE SOON” light on and the car was very far from running normal. I decided to take the car to Euro Auto service which was referred to me by a friend. I was greeted immediately by Ivin and Danny. I am not very familiar with cars and had a hard time explaining what was wrong with my car. They assure me that they will check everything on the car and address anything that requires attention. I can say with confidence that, this was the best decision about mechanic shop I ever made in my entire life. These guys treat you like family. They were in contact with me as early as 30 minutes after leaving the car with them and through the entire 2 days that they had my car. What sets them apart from any other shops or even the dealer is that they take proud of their work, they are caring, attentive, polite and most importantly KNOWLEDGEABLE. They know import cars in and out. Every part that needed to be repair or changed, they send me the before and after pictures. As a consumer this was very unique to me as I never had this experience before. They handle 7 concerns on my car in less than two days. I have made lots of memories with my car and consider it as part of my family and seeing it drive better than when I bought it from the dealership meant so much to me. To sum it up, after Ivin gave me the itemized receipt I called the dealer out of curiosity to see how much the same jobs would cost me with them and it was 6 times more expensive that what Euro Auto Service charged me. Highly recommended. It is hard to find both Expertise and fairness these days but Euro Auto service showed me that there are still people that operate that way. I am going to send all my friends and family there going forward.

I recently moved to So. FL and searched for a shop that would care for my 1987 MB 560 SL. I visited numerous shops and just didnt get the feeling that I needed to care for my vintage car...until I met Ivan at Euro Auto Service. From the initial, Hey Boston... as it turns out, Ivan is from Boston, I immediately got the feeling that this gentleman understood the importance of my car and my desire to keep her purring in the years ahead. I set a day to drop her off for a bumper-to-bumper check-up with a focus on a few issues that I knew existed. When I dropped the car off I was greeted with professionalism and clear attention to detail. Within 2 hours Ivan called to discuss a number of items that required attention. Everything was explained in great detail, and fortunately some of these issues were absolutely hidden threats to the safety on me driving on the highway. I did not feel that anything was unreasonable, and instead, I am so glad that these issues were discovered before causing a tragedy. Upon completion (well within the time frame that I expected) the invoice was in great detail and based on my previous experience (I have driven European automobiles for the better part of 30 years) it was appropriaate for the work that was completed. Overall & without reservation, I highly recommend Euro Auto Service and now that I am residing full time in S. FL I willl not bring my MB or Rover anywhere else!

Ivan is the absolute best ever! He went out of his way to communicate with me and to diagnose the problem with my car. At a time when I was desperate and terrified of possibly not being able to afford a repair, he went out of his way to help me and even called me after the repair was completed just as a courtesy to see if everything was ok. Said they will only install their own parts due to liability issues. Would not install factory OEM parts shipped directly from Audi since they werent purchased through them at an up charge. They will only service your car with parts you purchase from them at an up charge. Do NOT recommend this shop if you want your vehicle fixed with quality, OEM parts. If you want to overpay for their parts this is the place for you!EDIT: Since leaving this review a week ago this shop has spam called my phone 19 times harassing me to remove the review. 8 times they called today (March 5th) over a week later to continue harassing me! I have since blocked the number and will be contacting the police to file a police report for harassment. Any further contact will be used as evidence in such case.CUSTOMER BEWARE

My first Mercedes purchase, and go figure I had to go with a pre-owned 2007 S-Class. For those who dont know the cost of keeping this car running and maintained at the dealer... well lets not go there. No beef with my dealer at all, but the maintenance cost is the same as the maintenance cost for a brand new S Class which costs over 200k.The only 2 good things about owning this used dream machine is 1 - the incredible driving experience and 2 - is knowing someone like George at Euro Auto Service. Its a bit of a drive for me up to Boynton, but well worth it.George has maintained and repaired my car for almost 2 years now. From required maintenance to needed repairs, computer diagnostics, I receive consistent professional service every single time. He is a true Mercedes-Benz professional mechanic with integrity who gives me the piece of mind I need to continue driving this vehicle at a maintenance cost I can afford.Keep up the great job guys! 5 stars no doubt!

Bruce is the best! I got a quote for my 2008 BMW before coming here and it was 5k. Bruce looked over my car - items that the other person said were broken were not broken etc etc. I feel this story is as old as time - female getting screwed over by a car mechanic. Bruce didnt dick me over. He fixed my car for $1100 using German auto parts and its running like a dream. Its hard to find a mechanic for a European car let alone one who treats a woman with respect and you can trust. Im sending him all my female friends.

Great experience thus far,I was indeed impressed when I drove in for a scheduled maintenance and George had only met me over the phone...He immediately saidMichelle and then Bruce walks in...I knew right then and there that these guys had my total trust with my C 230 ...And guess what I dont pickup until tomorrow!

He saw me at the very last minute and gave me a free diagnostic with the professional Mercedes diagnostic tool; not snapon or other generic diagnostic tool. I do basic repairs myself. When I do not have the tools which is more often then not I will go to somewhere that knows what they are doing. This was my first time here but wont be my last.
