I came to this tire center as a first time customer the other day to get my rear tire repaired. Upon entering the building, I was immediately greeted by the two gentleman behind the counter whose names were Marc and Doug. Both of these guys were super friendly, very efficient, helpful and professional. I was so impressed with their customer service. I have gone to other tire centers in the last few years but this was definitely my best tire experience and I’ll definitely be going back when needed. Service and staff is just top notch. Highly recommend.

Kevin at the front desk was super helpful help me select my tires order them up with no issues it showed up like the next day and they installed them on my van outside in the parking lot because it was too big for the lift and they did it in record time.

I have been dealing with Easy Pay Tire Store (Good Year ) in Boynton Beach FL for about 40 years . I have always found them to be fair,honest, and helpful. Their products are top of the line and they really stand behind their tires and mechanical repairs. I honestly trust their work to keep me free of problems when traveling. Im 80 years old and travel a lot on all kinds of roads in snow,heavy rain as well as crowded high speed I 95 between here and the high country in NC. Tires and their installation and monitoring and rotation at oil changes ease my mind. These guys are pros..!

I thought I needed a new tire after a nail got stuck on the tire wall.Easy Pay ordered the matching tire for me. When I came in to have it replaced they told me the nail was removed and THEY WERE ABLE to patch the leaking tire. These guys are HONEST and awesome.

My father had been coming to this place for years. Recently his high-performance tire (with less than 18,000 miles and still under warranty) literally blew in the middle of Jog road. Took it in to show what had happened, the owner - DOUG - was just coming in, and was called over. He takes a look at the tire and says You drove on a flat tire, thats what happened. Really? Is that what happens when you blow a tire? I said So thats it? He says Ive been doing this 30 years. Which is irrelevant to my complaint . This is about awful customer service. Plain and simple. I asked him to speak to us with respect and again told him that this is a high-performance tire still under-warranty (which should have prompted AT LEAST a thorough inspection, and warrants some sort of explanation). There was none of that. He replied with Ill give you another minute here and then Im done with all this. All this? Im sorry, did I inconvenience you, as a customer? As I asked him for his name and card - and that corporate would certainly be hearing about this - he said You know, I was thinking about replacing the tire, but you two dont deserve it. Nice. Corporate did hear about it.

Dropped off my car for tires around 11 am, live close by so I walked home and they said they would call when its done. Didnt get a call all day so at 4:30 I walked back and to my surprise their closed and no way to get my car. Ive been using this Goodyear on and off for the last 15 years, theyve always closed at 5, and no one told me they were closing early, this will definitely be the last time they get my business.

Have lived in Florida for about a year before I decided to bring my car from Philadelphia to Florida, always had a great, honest family friend working on my car I was nervous to have my car looked at, especially with having out of state tags. I feared being taken advantage of and possible up charging. After the long drive i had belt issues, My boyfriends family recommended them to me and I am glad I listened. Great and friendly service from second I walked in to the second I left, also Prices were good, after calling few mechanics I know in Philadelphia I was told I was crazy to go anywhere else because the price was as low as it could get and it comes with a warranty. Always pleasant service and great mechanics.

Dont ever bring your car here. They have had mine since September 4th 2019. They fixed the blown engine weeks ago. They keep finding more and stuff wrong. I dont have a clue if I will ever get it back.

Updated: Fixed the problem with the pull and didnt charge for alignment which usually is included when you buy expensive tires, anyway spent $1500 on stuff that didnt need to be done, car is still loose and wobbly even after they said they replaced axles, Im not sure if they actually did. but they said I needed. replaced parts even though they werent really needed.

Went there for an alignment was told I need upper control arms on both sides . Only the drivers side tier was wearing, so I told them I would take it to my mechanic for that. When I picked it up they handed me a written estimate for 1203.00 saying I needed upper and lower control arms on both sides. I went somewhere else and got an alignment for 90 , truck rides like new . If you do go to this establishment for a certain product or service and they tell you that you need a bunch of other work go get a second opinion . They thought I was going to pay them for a lot of work I didnt need for parts they had no intention of replacing anyway and still charge me 80 for the alignment which is all I needed anyway. I already filed a complaint with the federal trade commission

Just a quick oil change, battery swap, and tire rotation. Took care of me in a timely manner on a Saturday and as I was leaving they were even staying late to help the last minute folks in need. I live in Loxahatchee, but its worth the drive to Boynton for some honesty.

If you are looking to get work done to your car, DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT go to this joke of an establishment. My girlfriend went for a tire rotation and oil change which now resulted in more money in damages. Ignition coil destroyed which is causing the car MAJOR issues and oil all over the exhaust manifold since they apparently cannot change oil correctly resulting in grinding of pistons and toxic fumes inside the cabin from burning oil on the exhaust manifold. The older man with the mustache is an absolute jerk and unpleasant to deal deal with, and not to mention the treatment of a woman is an absolute disgrace trying to charge her $50 to put a new cabin filter in. Also, prepare to throw the rest of your day away since they cant do any work in a timely fashion and do not inform customers how long the world will take. I will never go back there again and would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. DISGRACE

Doug that runs the front counter was extreamly helpful and knowledgeable and went out of his way when he didn’t have to when I was in a bind. I had just bought a very expensive McLaren MP4-12c that needed tires very bad as I was traveling home to TN as soon as they were put on. They went out of their way to get them from another location so I could be on the road in just a few hours. Not to mention they took great care of my $300k car and the techs were very careful and I couldnt say thanks enough.
