I just got off of the phone with one of the agents while looking for a homeowners quote. I have never been spoken to in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner as I was just now. I wish I had caught this womans name. Needless to say you can keep your quote. Anyone who employs someone in the customer service field who has 0 customer service skills is not someone I would do business with.
