We’ve had the pleasure of using Appliance King of America a few times and you just can’t compare the service that they proved to anyone else. They are honest, reasonable and get the job done! At one point they even stepped in to help where another company just couldnt get the job figured out ( a high end GE monogram issue that kept coming back over and over until David came in!). David, Julie and the whole team are just awesome and they truly are the best of the best!

Would love to share the wonderful experience we had with appliance king of America. The staff is super polite and punctual. Jared Dinoto was our tech and he was wonderful. We had the awesome pleasure of meeting the owner of this company. He came and they installed the new washer with Jared, because I need it to be installed in a second floor. They went above and beyond to make sure that things were done correctly. The machine was properly installed and showed me how to use it. Then went above and beyond and installed our closet doors that a prior company that had to come to the house to check out our appliance had damage our doors. They devoted an extra 10-15 minutes to make sure the closet doors were back installed for me. As i shared that the door had fallen on my son and night before. I am very thankful for the service because anybody would’ve just left that as it was. I highly recommend them they are sufficient they are polite to get the work done there on time and they have great communication to when they are coming. They respect your time and your appointment.

I came home on a Sunday to find my refrigerator and freezer had quit working. I called a few places that were open on Sunday, but no one could come out that day. First thing Monday morning I called Appliance King of America and Diane was able to fit me in that day for a repair consultation. Ryan came out that afternoon and assessed that I needed a new appliance (cheaper and quicker than it would be to fix the model I had). He took the measurements, sent them to Diane, and they found me a new refrigerator to be delivered the next day! I purchased it and Jared installed the new one, removed the old one, and less than 48 hours later, I had a new working refrigerator! All three representatives were professional, friendly, efficient, and just wonderful to work with. This company is a treasure to have in the community! I highly recommend Appliance King of America.

What an amazing company to work with! My washing machine broke and they arrived within 24 hours of me calling in need of repair. They luckily had the part on the truck so I was back up and running within 15 mins. Not only did they save the day for my washing machine but also helped with an issue I was having with my dishwasher. Ive had experiences with a number of other repair companies in the area and Appliance King is by far the best. They will now be the ONLY company I call for my appliance repair needs.

If you have a Bosch Appliance do not use this company. They charged me for a misdiagnosed Microwave repair and gave me ridiculous repair cost to do the work. I used their diagnosis; since I paid for it; and went with a less expensive authorized repair company. They ordered the part and came to fix the issue finding that part was not the problem and now I have to pay them again to come back. All because these guys misdiagnosed my problem. So much aggravation; the least they can do is return the money they charged for their misdiagnose. Called them but they did not care to remedy anything. Be aware, they inflate their part and service prices. make sure they are knowledgeable about your appliances and check their prices well before using them.

The technician, Ryan Moore, came at the scheduled time after advising us of his coming 20 minutes before, as promised. He immediately found the cause of the problem : our sink garbage disposal had been changed two days before by somebody else and the new one was not properly installed. Ryan fixed it and everything is now fine. Charge was reasonable. Our previous contact with Appliance King of Americas head office to organize the repair was also professional and courteous. We are fully satisfied and highly recommend this company which we did not know before and which we selected from Angies list.

Absolutely impressed with everyone I spoke with and especially with the technician, Joe, who repaired my refrigerator. Joe was professional and cordial. He explained what he found as the problems. He had to make a second trip after picking up a required part. I read many reviews, this Co. had the most and best by far.Called their office on Thursday, a service man was here on Friday. AM, called ahead, and on time. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, easy to understand, and took his time to make sure his diagnosis of the problem was correct. He corrected the problem, was very honest, (could have sold me a part), did not. That was the definition of excellent service !I know the difference, I am a retired home builder.I hope I dont have to, but if necessary, will quickly call them again, and request Jason.

This has been the year of appliances! Weve had many issues this year with multiple appliances. Each time weve called Appliance King and theyve been excellent. Between repairs and purchases, theyve been there to walk us through the issue and resolve it quickly. I love that theyre family owned and their customer service is AMAZING, which is hard to find these days!! I know that I can trust what they advise. Joe was our most recent problem fixer who came out the other day. He was on time and so sweet. He went above and beyond to repair our ice maker, all while working in a house full of crazy kids. Jordan was very determined to find the source of the small leak in our dishwasher. Unfortunately, after thoroughly explaining the cause of the leak to us, and searching for replacement parts, he found that the unit is too old to be repaired. He was very pleasant, respectful, and knowledgeable.

I read all the great reviews, but I definitely feel that I was overcharged. The estimate was short and vague and I assumed there were more parts included to fix the entire issue (my fault for not confirming my thoughts). The singular part for a retail consumer is $78 at whirlpool.com and much cheaper at other online outlets. Appliance King charged me $367 to replace it. The technician was great, but it took him all of 5 minutes. It just snapped in. I know there is overhead with any business and I in no way expect to pay the cost of a part plus $20 for install, but to be charged almost $300 for a few minutes of labor and few minutes of diagnostics on a part that costs a commercial company far less than the retail price of $78...seems really high. I called the office to confirm that it was the right price for just the singular part and they confirmed it was. I feel ripped off :(

First, Id like to say that I was referred to Appliance King by another repair company I have used in the past who does not work on Fisher & Paykel, so thats the first indication that my experience would probably be good.My service tech, Jordan, was very professional, polite and knowledgeable about the dishwasher I have in my RV. He ran it through tests and made sure it was running perfectly before he left.He also told me about the warranty for the work done by his company. The scheduling and sales staff are friendly and very helpful and we scheduled the repair for the very next day. Ryan the technician was on time and great to work with. We received same day service following our refrigerator shutting down the night before. The serviceman Jordan contacted us to give us his arrival time. He quickly diagnosed the problem as needing a new control board which he did not have on his truck. Jordan was able to order the part through GE and returned later the same day to install it. I have used Appliance King several times and they are unmatched in service. This time, we had Jordan come to our home to fix our washing machine. It wasnt filling with water and there were numerous possibilities for the underlying cause of the problem. Jordan was TOTALLY determined to find the cause and spent a lot of time analyzing every part. Once he cleaned up the sensors, the internal tubes and hoses, and other technical stuff ... the machine was restored. He was AMAZING. Our icemaker wasnt working properly. Their tech Jordan came to our home to fix it. It wasnt fixed on the first visit but he came back until it was working properly. Jordan was calm, courteous, professional and persistent. He kept at it until it was working properly. Luanne in customer support checked on us until we told her everything was working properly. Joe came to check out our cooktop because one of the burners wasn’t working properly. He was upfront with us that the repair would cost nearly as much as it would to replace, which stinks but I appreciate that he looked into it for us. We had water condensing in the food compartment; this has happened before and another company replaced the door gasket which solved the problem for a couple of years, but lately the gasket wasnt sealing properly. I bought a gasket and installed it, but it still wasnt sealing properly. Vincent from Appliance King re-installed the gasket, and found the real cause of the problem - that the refrigerator was not properly leveled (the floor is not completely flat) and the frame of the refrigerator itself was distorted as a result, something the previous technician missed completely. The door now closed properly and seals completely. No more condensation. Good job!

Joseph was my technician and he did a wonderful job diagnosing the issue with my dishwasher. The fix happened to be quick, but he stayed to thoroughly examine the dishwasher while running. His advice regarding maintenance, other eventual repairs and associated costs was extremely helpful. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

I cant say enough nice things about Appliance King. I needed a new washer and dryer and had been unsuccessful in finding one in stock with guaranteed delivery. After waiting over two weeks for a delivery from my favorite big box store and finding out I would have to wait at least another two weeks I found Appliance King. When I arrived, I thought my GPS had brought me to the wrong place. The appearance is unassuming, but the representatives that greeted me and helped me couldnt have been better. They offered me a few options, verified they were in stock, and gave me a good competitive price. When I politely asked if it could be delivered in a day or two, they said that that afternoon would be more convenient for them. Wow. By 5:00 PM I was running my first load of wash. The gentleman who delivered the units, Jared, was exceedingly nice and careful. They were great all around. I know that the next time I need an appliance I will go to Appliance King first. Thank you to everyone who helped me that day. I am exceedingly happy.

Joe was here to try and fix my older washer and dryer. He could not do it so I bought a new set. Jared was the installer. Both men were extremely pleasant and professional. I would go to Appliance King again. Diane from whom I bought new appliances was very patient and helpful with me as well. I had an issue with my washing machine and although it was not serviceable for a reasonable cost I felt very comfortable with how they handled it. Lightening struck right beside our home and knocked out most of our appliances. Appliance King turns out to be a family run business and that is one of two GREAT reasons to use them. Great! I called to have an old stove repaired. It was my great fortune that they had a like-new Electrolux Induction stove for sale. I bought it, instead of repairing mine. The young man who delivered and installed it was the very model of what one would expect and hope for in a service technician. Clean uniform, knowledgeable, polite, competent, and did the job in a workmanlike manner.

The guy was pleasant I give him that. You quoted me $600 or buy a new washer. You knocked over my hamper, complained about my outlet , didn’t put the screws back in place took them home with you and had to bring them the next day. You could have said I don’t have the parts to fix it but quote a ridiculous amount of $600. I called Florida Appliance guy said wire harness for water valve was loose charged me under $100 bucks!!!!!!!! Washer up and running !

Their technician Joe walked in exactly (after a call that he was on the way) on time 10am the next morning after my call for service. He checked out the machine and knew exactly what the problem was. He had a spare part on the truck and start to finish was here less than an hour including all paperwork. RECOMMEND!!!!!

Like many Samsung double door units, our ice maker stopped working. Many vendors will not even work on these units due to the complexity. Vincent and David did a magnificent job fixing this unit in a very timely manner. I was impressed with their respect for our home and attention to detail. I have no reservations using Appliance King again, I was impressed with their follow-up the next day to verify everything was working properly.

My husband and I have found appliance companies service to be shotty here in South Florida. Appliance King of America was quite the opposite. We called them on a Monday and they were able to come service us within 2 days where other companies were only able to accommodate us a week out. Specifically Joseph was our technician. The service Joseph and his company Appliance King was spot on. Joseph accessed the problem, ordered the part, and returned to repair our dryer in 2 days. Joseph knew exactly what he was doing, was polite, thorough and professional. We found our appliance repair company and will not being going elsewhere when and if we have a future appliance repair need.

APPLIANCE KING is a top notch repair service. I had an initial issue with them which they quickly and effectively addressed and fixed. They ordered parts and fixed my built in refrigerator. We knew our washer was on its last leg. The tech Ryan came and almost immediately identified the problem and sadly pronounced the washer DOA. He explained completely what had happened. Immediately I was thinking about the Pandemic and how I had heard horror stories of appliances taking months to come. Ryan assured me and told me to call Diane in sales and she would help. Bottom line... we have a new washer coming within a week! Jerod brought our brand new washer in. He was wearing a good fitting mask. He hooked everything up and went through all of the bells and whistles. We were extremely happy w the set up! We had some additional issues with our oven and thanks to Joe, were able to cook again! Appliance King also honored their warranty and Joe even fixed a few wiring issues as well. Thanks!
