These guys are excellent. Honest, professional, thorough. Very careful around your home. Very neat. Very courteous. Financing options are REALLY good and units are priced right. It was nice to see the first gentleman who came out do everything he could to fix my unit. When that wasnt possible they were great in explaining all my options. I went with Direct Air after reading all of their reviews and theyre pretty spot on. They do a very good job, an honest company and it was refreshing to see a company treat you as though they want to do business with you. Too many of the other guys arent shy about treating you like you need them. That never happened with Direct Air. Great guys!! Absolutely recommend

I should have called these guys a long time ago instead of wasting my time and money elsewhere. Manny (manager) was very responsive on a Sunday afternoon and had a new unit at my house in no time at all. Wilmer, Rojas and Ian showed up and went to work right away. Like a well rehearsed dance team, they had the old unit out and the new AC unit installed and running in no time at all. The weather was unforgiving, but that did not stop or slowed these guys down a bit. Its winter time in my house although its over 90 degrees outside. Once they finished up and made sure everything was working, they cleaned up everything and ensured that I understood how everything worked. Thanks for a great, professional job. Im very happy and satisfied with the unit, price, installation and the professional approach of the manager and employees. Thank you Manny, Wilmer, Rojas and Ian !!!!

3 days after closing on my new home I found out that I needed a new AC unit. Juan came out and literally guided me through everything that was wrong. He was so patient, kind and understanding. He even took pictures so that I could see what he was explaining to me. I must have asked 50 questions. My experience with Juan, Manny, Kevin and Wilmur was top notch grade A service. I also got a phenomenal price for a in attic installation. Couldnt be happier with their service, professionalism, patience and of course the amazing job they did. I would recommend this company to friends and family!

From the looks of these reviews, and what I experienced? These seem to be fake reviews like fake news. Some seem legitimate, however most are up talking a company that from my understanding went under. The past management was incoherent and incompetent. The workers did a cheap job, had to be at my property multiple times to either, correct the misinstalled components or to repair a lamp/sprinklers they broke, did not know this was direct handyman too. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! Good riddance.

My wife and I were out of state during the heat of summer when our air conditioning unit stopped running and needed to be replaced. Direct Air Conditioning came to the rescue. They were very professional and willing to work with us (from a long distance) and with our son who was available to work with them locally. In a short time they took care of everything--getting the necessary permit, installing a new Trane unit, and connecting us with interest free financing. The whole process was very smooth and we are very happy with our new ac unit. We are even seeing lower utility bills now! We highly recommend this company.

After the Costco sub contractor stopped servicing my area, I chose Direct Air to service my 4 ton dual stage Lennox and signed a service contract and had my initial service after installation. Direct Air never came for the next 6 month service and after calling to remind them, I found out that they no longer service the area either. My 3rd HVAC Company I finally got it right, but find out that Direct Air also never did the math to make sure all the ducts, vents and return added up correctly so the system could run properly. The return air was very undersized so the system was sucking water up into the coils because it couldnt breath well (think bad snorkeling experience where you get water in your tube) this would have eventually burned out the motor and generated lots of repairs over the life of the system. I wound up adding two more return air vents to make the throughput numbers work. So I consider myself lucky that Direct Air no longer serviced my area!

Incompetent and shady. I wanted colder air.First, the person said it would be a $75 fee to come and inspect the ac for problems. They said If there were repairs, the fee would be waived.Richard came to help and seemed at least nice enough. He checked the refrigerant level and looked at the air handler inside. At one point, he was doing things to the air handler that was causing sparks to fly out of it.I had hooked up a new thermostat which was apparently incompatible with my unit ( richard could not make this work ). In the end we pulled it off the wall and that was the fix. 10 seconds. He was here for less than an hour.He kept looking at our apple products while he was inside. He asked me if that was my lexus next to his truck. He then tried to charge me $185. I balked. He said, how about $140?.I called the office and they would not tell me what their hourly rate was. Its all set by how much they feel like charging you. Hide your valuables! and call somebody else.

Updating my review as these guys have gone above and beyond making everything perfect. Cannot thank them enough for their efforts!Original Review:I selected Direct Air to completely replace two A/C units (compressors and air handlers) in my home. The sales guy was very personable and seemingly knowledgable. Their price was on par with other quotes Id received and work was scheduled and executed quickly. Sadly, I volunteered to remove the hedges surrounding the pad where the compressors sit in order to make the installation easier; however, the workers paid no regard to the crack-snap-popping sounds under their feet and they crushed the lines to four of my sprinkler zones. Worse, not a word was said and the damages went unnoticed. As such, when the sprinkler system ran, it impacted the lines and elbows going to the sprinkler heads with sand and dirt. In the end, I had to have much of my yard dug up to fix the sprinkler system. After a bit of communication with Direct Air as the scope of the issue was investigated and repair costs determined, I submitted only one of two bills to remedy the damages. Direct Air remitted an arbitrary amount significantly less than the bill I submitted and promised the balance would be mailed at a later date. Of course, no check was ever received. Next came the county inspection, which we failed on the first go and it took several emails and calls to the Direct Air office to understand what next. Lastly, in the upstairs A/C zone, a damper system was disabled with the new system installation. Unfortunately, one of the bedrooms was hence staying ten degrees warmer than the other rooms. Direct Air sent someone to relocate the return vent in the affected room; however, this did not remedy the situation and we are still sweating at night. Finally - here is the thing that makes me want to give Direct Air only one star - there is *no* follow up whatsoever! Guys - where do the filters go? Why do my thermostats keep showing a white screen and require me to power cycle the entire A/C system to regain temperature control? What is the preventative maintenance requirements to ensure maximum life of my units? You cashed the sizable check I gave you, left chaos in your wake, and I am still not sure how to program my thermostat or perform basic care for my systems.

Juan did an amazing job and pointed out health hazards that needed to be addressed. Gave me good pricing for the job at hand. Would highly recommend them.

Weve had a few electronic issues with a new Trane unit but Directair has the best team around! Everyone who works there go out of their way to respond immediately and keep you comfortable and informed while performing diagnosis and repairs. Our unit required a couple of days to completely diagnose and get the proper replacement board from Trane to install. Directair supplied us with portable units to keep us comfortable. Manny provides complete support to his team, Jorge with awesome communication and Juan provides incredible customer service and system knowledge. I can highly recommend this company, not only for their precise removal and installation of ac units but for their obvious commitment to standing behind the products they sell and completely stepping up when there is the inevitable issue with the modern, high tech units. Manny told me this unit would save over $100 per month off our power bill and he was correct. Pays for itself over time. Keep up the good work!Stuart Brennan
