Do not come here! They are very rude even when you call. I have always used Jackson Hewitt and recommend them. A friend told me she liked professional tax service. Mike Hays is who I was directed to. He was in a rush to leave, sent for a check instead of direct deposit, and was just very rude. Still decided to cash the check there for convenience. On top of the fees they already charged it was $221 to cash the check. I agreed to it but still outrageous.

A friend recommended we make an appointment with Susan R. Which we highly recommend. Professional, kind, and efficient, Susan is amazing. Even with the pandemic occurring within days of our appointment (last season) we were pleased with their service.

Gotten taxes done here last 2 years, both times saved a lot of headache and got me extra money I wouldnt have know I was owed! Mike Buser is a great help.

I’ve been getting both my business and personal returns done here for several years. I’ve always had a great experience and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

I at first recommended them because what happened wasnt their fault as described below (I originally posted on January 27, 2021) but Im changing it because of what I just found out I was charged.I found out yesterday I was charged $269. Last time I had my taxes done professionally, less than 10 years ago, it was $60 something. Granted, I shouldve asked about the fees beforehand and didnt, but that is way, WAY too much! The person who served me was polite and professional, but I think the charge is outrageous. I usually do my own, but I was trying to get the 24 hour deal as I needed the money quickly. Ill do my own from now on.Also, their bank charged me $90 something to direct deposit my money. Ive never heard of a bank doing this. (Its Republic Bank of Louisville).(1-27-21 original post)Im saying yes because the woman who worked with me yesterday was very professional, courteous etc and what just happened to me is not their fault so I dont want to give them a lower rating. However, I want to caution anyone who used to go to the Quick Cash section of this place, and got your money the next day no questions asked, you cant necessarily expect the same thing here.I just found out I was not approved for any advance of my tax refund for unknown reasons. It was guessed that it was because I hadnt used their services/bank before but said Id get a letter. Ive been out of Bowling Green almost 8 years and didnt know Quick Cash closed until I tried to go there for this.I dont understand why they closed because it was a big help to a lot of people like myself. And with the delayed refund due the EIC, and now this year the IRS isnt even accepting returns until February 12th, I was really counting on this.When I started filing myself, Id have my money direct deposited in 10 days but the last few years it was taking about a month due to that EIC delay the IRS put on refunds.Now Im going to have to go get a payday loan to cover bills I had to pay and not enough out of my last paycheck to pay them all plus groceries, gas etc. Im paid on the 10th and 25th of the month. So, just be aware of this if you used to go to Quick Cash and get your money the next day, it might not happen here 🙁 but again, the people I encountered here were very kind and professional.

Went to them last for 2015 taxes and they messed up filing. Several months later I had to go back and get my tax return amended. Filing for 2016, Im having trouble filing because of this.WOW, 2 years later and we were told by the IRS that the amendment was never done....When I had to get it amended the owner acted like our taxes being messed up was no big deal. In 2016 they gave us so much trouble getting our previous information we needed to file out taxes elsewhere. Im reporting them to the BBB today!
