I needed to be fitted with an air cast for my ankle. Every place I called, including the doctors office, only carried a universal size cast, which didnt work for me because of the swelling. When I called First Step, the technician told me to come in and she would try to fit me. She took a universal size air cast and sewed on extra velcro with their industrial sewing machine. IT WORKED!!! I could tell she takes her job seriously and was determined to make it work! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Thank you, Thank you First Step, especially the sweet technician. My ankle feels better already! I highly recommend them.

Extremely rude and uncaring staff!! The owner told me on the phone about 5 times on the phone he did not have time for my situation. This place absolutely does not care about there patients period. I never thought a place in business helping people would treat me the way I was just treated and talked to like I was nothing!

I’ve never seen a company in this type of business not have a true compassion for there patients like this place. Very unfair owner!
