I could not recommend a place any higher than Romans. Super customer service, work and for me, the most important part is that they are honest and up front with you. First time I went there I had an old weedeater (10 years +) that pooped out. they told me they could probably fix it for $70 but Id be better off just getting a new one...so I did. My next visit was something thats not their regular work but they still got me in and fixed it. I drove in there with my medium duty truck (old Penske truck with 24 bed ) and I needed my lift gate repaired. It had quit working and none of the truck places I usually go to do that type of work. Turned out it needed a solenoid replaced and the wires that were connecting it were all just a bump away from breaking in one spot or another and leave me stranded when I would need it most. The guys got all that fixed up for less than I expected it to cost and I was back to work the next day. My last visit there was a few days ago. I needed some parts for a riding mower thats also a dinosaur 🦖. Since I didnt have the mower with me they printed out and explained to me what could possibly be wrong with the break and the other part that I needed they explained to me how to fix myself vs ordering a new part. They dont make money of explaining but its just the character of their business and that exactly why I will always recommend them and always take all my equipment to them for repairs

Ordered a new Husqvarna mower from them. They kept me posted on when it would arrive and delivered it promptly to me. Chris delivered it and went over everything about the mower and explained in detail. A super person. We were so pleased with him. I brought my zero turn mower to have it repaired it runs and cuts better than when I first bought it. They do a great job and also there customer service is great. Will always do business with Romans Repair.

Constantly over charging for repairs. they perform repairs without contacting the customer and expects the customer to pay when they didnt agree on the repair. Their actions show they are not trustworthy.

Romans has repaired my lawn equipment on a couple of occasions. Both experiences could not have been better. Excellent work with quick turnarounds, very friendly and professional; what more can one expect from a business? On both occasions they came to my house to pick up my equipment and delivered it after the work was finished. Both times the price for their work was very reasonable, especially considering the pick up and delivery service. I am glad to see that at least one person to whom I have recommended Romans Repair Center has left a 5 star review. Simply put, Roman and company are the best - I highly recommend them for all of your lawn care equipment needs.

Use my power washer on a regular basis around the house and out at the farm. Tried to start it this year (2020) but my oil case was leaking. Took it there for repair; my wife and I agree that it has never run better!

Took my lawnmower to get fixed here and the owner was very knowledgable with my issue, was able to fix it for the lowest price in town! Definitely will be taking all of my other small appliances if needed there only from now on. Thank you.

Romans Repair Center great place, great service. There is not one person there that treats you without respect and a smile. I also visited the two business next door. One is a laser engraving place run by a man named Raymond the place is called Bowling Green Engraving. He has all kinds of stuff in there. I think I will go by there around Christmas. He shares a building with a guy named David who has a phone business. He repairs them and computers. He won best repair business in Bowling Green in 2018 so I guess he is he has a paper clipping proudly displayed in the waiting area of the building. The name is Quality Tech Solutions of BG. Happy shopping everyone.

Got some advice

LAZY....that is the best word I can use to describe the staff at Romans I called looking for some Cushman parts, than wrote an e mail, then followed up with another call. After an extended hold was told the part was not available. So I asked for the part number and she said she did not have it. Then I asked how did you look it up with out the part number and she said she did not have it. I told her I guess you are too lazy to look it up and she hung up on me. Great job Romans . I called a real dealer and got the part I needed. I have been in the business for 45 years and this outfit is a looser.

Absolute garbage service. Was directed to them by Jet for warranty repair of my milling machine. Total of 3 on-site visits (and 1 no-show) over 2 months for them to replace a bearing - once they came out and took apart my mill without bringing all of the replacement parts and another time they installed my speed gauge in reverse. We noticed a couple of months after their last visit that the problem was still persistent and they sent another tech out (4th visit), except they started another work order and my warranty had expired by this point, so had to pay out of pocket for the same warranty repair. 6 months after this last visit, were having the same exact bearing problem.Save yourself the money and time wasted calling them repeatedly to find out when your part/their repair guy is going to show up.

Good service

I have been taking my Gravely mower to both the BG and Glasgow dealer from where I bought it which are one and the same owner for the past four years.The service that Chris did on my mower is the first time in four years it got a real full service. I won’t bad mouth the other company on this review but Roman’s has ALL of my business going forward.The response time during 4th of July holiday week and the work performed were beyond my expectations. Chris even delivered my repaired and serviced mower on Saturday the 6th and it looks and runs just like brand new.Great Service and response much appreciated.

I brought him a scooter to repair and he acted like I didnt know what I was talking about (simple repair needed a speedo gear)

If you have any other option, dont go here, worst customer service ever. Counter person does not know or care if you get the help you need or not.

I wouldnt recommend taking anything there. They are rude and give you the run around. They pretend to fix things. Our items had to be taken up there twice and it still isnt fixed totally and they are very expensive.

They are the best when it comes to small Engine repair

It took them five months to fix a line trimmer. FIVE MONTHS. And when it finally came time to pick it up, the one they gave me wasn’t even mine. If you have to go here because of a warranty I’m sorry. Otherwise go somewhere else.
