I took in two watches for new batteries today and got fast service with a smile as usual. A few years ago, I took in some old gold things and they bought them for cash based on weight. I have had old rings sized and loops put on pendants to hang on a chain. They are always friendly and knowledgeable and fun to chat with.

Earlier in my life, I used to think, “If you need jewelry, go to a jewelry store. And any store will do.” The thought of a personal jeweler seemed unnecessary. I started coming to Waddington jewelers with my wife and now I understand that not all jewelers are the same. And that having a relationship with your jeweler is important. I’ve never had a bad experience at Waddington jewelers. I consider Ben & Jen as friends. They are helpful, knowledgeable, and caring.

I had 2 pearl necklaces made into three. one was mine and the other was my mothers. Jen created three beutiful necklaces for my daughters . They loved them and it is really special to my daughters to have. generations of mothers love. Jen also work hard to get them done before the wedding of one of my daughters. so thankful.

Everyone was so helpful in assisting me with the redesign of my wedding ring set for our 30th anniversary. They even ordered a few sample rings so I could select the style I liked the best. I couldn’t be happier with the service and my rings!

I bought a custom engagment ring at kay jewelers in BG it had some solder marks and tool marks when I picked it up I asked the manager at kay to fix them its brand new why does it have marks on it? so they sent it out and it came back with the same marks this went on another 6 times with it being sent out and coming back each time taking a month or longer that last time I got it back they had polished the band down to 1/4 of what it started at it still had the marks on it and they stated the ring is now junk and should not be worn as it will break and is no longer able to be paired with a wedding band or fixed ....this is my engagement ring what do you mean you destroyed it shouldnt you replace the band you ruined ..their only option after speaking with their corporate office was for me to purchase another band they would take off part of what I paid for the first band as a trade in and I would have to pay the remaining $730 dollars for my new band as my band currently isnt worth anything and $75 dollars to transfer the stones and since my warranty/ extended service plan was now used I would have to purchase a new one at $250 dollars ...completely distraught i left the store to think about it on my way home I decided to stop at Waddington jewelers and get a second opinion they offered to add gold to the band and remove the marks or transfer the stones to a new band if I purchased a new band from them for free or solder my existing ring to a wedding band to strengthen it after deciding to keep my original ring due to my husband designing it and sentimental reasons I purchased a wedding band and had them soldered together they had my ring LESS then a week and were able to remove ALL the marks thicken my band and solder them together its ABSOLUTELY Gorgeous and completely mark free for $45 dollars they fixed my ring and they DID NOT offer or sell me a service plan just stated we stand behind our work for a lifetime !!!! I was SO VERY IMPRESSED with the friendliness of the staff the selection and choices I was offered to repair something I didnt even buy from them I would recommend them to anyone buying jewelry COMPLETELY ABSOLUTELY OVERWHELMING PERFECTSERVICE AND AMAZING CRAFTSMANSHIP !!!! I cant say enough about how wonderful this store and all of the staff are

I have gotten my wedding ring resized here, purchased a watch for myself, purchased watch batteries, tie clips for my kids, and have had my wedding band repaired after a tine holding the main diamond broke. All repairs are done in house and your item doesn’t leave their store!My husband had taken his gold wedding band in to have Jen work her magic on it after he had gotten his arthritis under control (we had purchased a hinged band for him, then it was too big once his arthritis was under control), and they held it for over 3 plus YEARS until my husband got it resized. They also carry inexpensive silicone bands for folks who have active jobs and can’t risk catching a finger in a moving machine (looking at you, mechanics and farmers and those with active hand jobs).Very knowledgeable staff. You’re likely talking to one of the owners when you go in, so you can trust their expert opinion.Buy from your local Bowling Green neighbors!

Ben and Jen helped my husband and I design the perfect ring using my original diamonds. The process was so smooth, and the end result is still my favorite piece. Since then, nearly every jewelry gift I have received has come from their shop. They also gladly repair a very sentimental bracelet every time I have an issue with it. We bought our wedding bands and an Ohio State watch from Waddingtons last year and I LOVE being able to tell everyone who compliments my ring and watch exactly where I got them from. The ring we found for me was perfect and I know we were very lucky to find it since it was designed by Jen, so it was quite possibly one of a kind.Ben and Jen do such a great job at their store, they have lots of great products and it is a very welcoming atmosphere. I also love all of their little events, such as Ladies Night.

Very Poor Quality!! Waddington Jewelers is not the place to go if you want a custom ring! My ring fell apart and now I am paying twice what I paid the first time just to have it fixed! I have had nothing but issues and do not recommend this store to anyone!!

I took an engagement ring to Waddington to be resized. The ring was white gold (dipped in Rhodinium for the silver finish). Though the size was correct, the finish was taken completly off the ring. We didnt notice while how yellow the ring had become until we arrived at home and compared it to other jewelry. I would have thought the jewlers knew enough about the alloy making up the ring and that they would have restored the finish back to its original finish. I was disappointed with my experience at Waddington.
