I had a poor experience with this company. Received a call on Monday that my shipment was in and they wanted to arrange delivery. I called back on Wednesday to confirm Friday delivery. It never arrived on Friday, so I called near the end of the day Friday to see if they were still coming. Was told, there was a mix up and my shipment was scheduled to be returned, however, theyd intercept it and would deliver it Monday. Called on Monday again as it never arrived. Was then told they returned my shipment. I dont recommend.

Dayton Freight has been delivering to our warehouse for many years. The level of professionalism and friendliness of their employees is step ahead of other companies. The terminal manager, James, in Bowling Green, is also very helpful with any questions I have. I would definitely recommend using Dayton Freight.

One of the ridiculous experience had with this company for delivering the freight to my location. They dont know even before loading for delivery that what kind of and how heavy delivery they are delivering today which they are not even prepared for. Manager James is just a ridiculous rud behaving guy I talked to.

Delivered on time no issues.

We have a very long drive way and it could not accommodate a tractor trailer. Dayton Freight is very lucky to have Tony, from the Bowling Green facility...he was AWESOME....Could not ask for a nicer, harder working guy than him. We are in the midst of building and have ordered many items online. We can only hope that Tony is our guy for every delivery. If you are lucky enough to have Tony as your delivery guy you will notice the difference from every other delivery service out there.
