I am in foster care and I like it but has some down sides but I am still taken care of.

Im completely biased, but SAFY is a great therapeutic foster care agency and outpatient mental health services/counseling service!

They are a caring company that cares about their foster families. The best part is that they come to you for some trainings and for half of the thearpy sessions. They have monthly Foster family get togethers. Their on call system and placement system are pretty aweful though. But that is not at the fault of the individual offices but as a company as a whole. You have to call an on call center then wait for someone to call you back, unlike other agencies where you call the on call person directly. And the placement system is also a centralized system so there is little personalization with the placement team and the office staff dont really know what is going on with placement which leads to a detachement.
