Mr. Ken Cone, Sonya, Deonte, Carla & all of his staff go above & well beyond any expectations I have ever had. From the first encounter with Mr. Cone & his staff I knew we had made the right decision without a doubt. They handled our needs with the upmost respect and concern. There is no comparison to Mr. Cone & his staff in my familys opinion. We will forever be grateful to Cone funeral home for handling our fathers arrangements and services in such a professional as well as personal approach. I would refer anyone who is needing a little extra love & care at a difficult time to Cone funeral home. They far surpass anything our family couldve ever expected in such a difficult time. We are forever grateful to Mr. Cone and his staff. They are definitely a step above!!

I am appalled by the careless errors Cone Funeral Home has made of Tina Hall’s final arrangements. Continuous, inexcusable errors, Consecutively ! I really feel for the Clemons family. Please think twice before using their services. I do hope Cone Funeral Home compensates the Clemons family for their negligence, and publicly apologizes. By the way if you read her obituary, Tina’s mother is still alive, contrary to what Cone Funeral Home misprinted repeatedly. A continuous lack of attention to detail. It’s a shame I had to put one star to post this review. I think they need to change their response.

I have been to a couple funerals at Cone Funeral Home and both times I’ve been taken back on how the deceased looked. I’ll never forget the things that I seen today with my friend! Absolutely breaks my heart.

The Staff was amazing. Service was very smooth and relaxed. Facility was clean and well done. The biggest thing for me is that my deceased Father looked extremely natural.

The service here is to die for.

Cone was one of two funeral homes recommended to me. After checking both online, I found that Cone Funeral Home was extremely nice and significantly less expensive. When I actually went to the funeral home, I found Mr. Cone to be sensitive to my needs and thoughtful and respectful of my wishes for my mother. He outlined the options for a funeral in Texas with him actually transporting the deceased himself and for cremation here in Bowling Green, both without being pushy or trying to sell me something more expensive. Both options Mr. Cone outlined were considerably less expensive than other funeral homes, and the one for the funeral was about $10,000 less than I had been quoted from a funeral home in my hometown in San Angelo, TX. As it turned out, twelve hours after I had made arrangements for my mother, she passed away. Mr. Cone and his associate came in the wee hours of the morning to our home and transported my mother, all the while being reverent of the situation and our loss. He left a white rose on my mothers pillow. This funeral home and the folks who run it and work in it remind me of an old-timey small town ambiance. I would most definitely recommend them.

Directors and Assistants were very professional and they attended to the needs of the family and visitors. The entire establishment was thoroughly clean with comfortable. The viewing and funeral services were orderly and timely. M. Hockersmith

The people that run this place are awesome. The owner hired me and had to let me go because times were though but I wanted to work there forever. Ive seen them bend over backwards to help customers pay and plan for a funeral. They do all the leg work you cant figure out and are all about what u want and how to make it happen!!!! I was proud to be part of something like that even for just a short time. The personal attention to detail will have you supported through a rough time like no other home in this city I promise! Call em day or night if u dont believe me. Youll be glad you did. (Maybe tell em Marty sent ya so I Can earn brownie points for the next time theyre hiring ) I miss this place it was/is heaven sent
