I dropped off my computer on a Thursday for repair for overheating when playing games and paid an initial diagnostic fee of $20. I was told it would be until Monday when they could look at it, and I said that was fine. Tuesday morning I received a call to let me know they ran tests and havent pinpointed the problem yet. I called back Wednesday afternoon and I received the same exact information, meaning they hadnt looked at it again in over a day and a half. By the end of the day Wednesday, they called back saying they hadnt used the whole diagnostic fee yet and could run more tests or I could come pick it up. Considering a diagnostic fee covers 1 hour of work, and that told me they hadnt even spent 1 hour with my computer in an entire week so I picked it up on Thursday. I took it home, looked up some videos on what the problem could be and FIXED my computer in 30 minutes. What I could do in 30 minutes, these computer experts couldnt figure out in 1 week. Please avoid for computer repair... you will not get the attention you deserve.
