We have worked with On Target multiple times and every time their service, professionalism and punctuality always impress! We have had them clean rugs, clean grout and clean and restore a water leak that had mold. They took care of everything start to finish and are always quick to communicate and follow through. I would definitely recommend!

I remember taking the plunge when On-Target was new and proving themselves. They have ONLY gotten better with their services! I have two wool area rugs and have always had inside big dogs. On Target picked up my rugs, cleaned them BEAUTIFULLY and brough them back to the house. From the beginning of the first estimate to the end of the service, they were on time and always efficient. They took the time to explain services that would be provided that day and asked if I had any questions about anything. My rooms look better now than they have in years. The whole house smells great!! Our carpets are nearly 15-20yrs old and they look like new. We had a large ink stain that is completely gone. I will be a repeat customer and will highly recommend them to others in the future.

I’m in the process of moving and had a ripped up section of carpet upstairs from a cat. I called and Denton promptly set up a time and date, and showed up on time the day of. A few weeks ago I was having a conversation with some friends about getting my carpet cleaned at my house. Both of these friends had used On Target Cleaning services before. Well, lets just say I am a happy customer.My wife and I were ecstatic at how nice and plush our carpet looked when they finished. It looked like I have new carpet. They cleaned five bedrooms and two large rugs. They also applied a scotch guard and deordorization afterwards. I have used two other big name carpet-cleaning companies in Bowing Green, but these guys left us totally satisfied (I cant say that for the other two). We have two children and three dogs, which means our carpets take a beating on a regular basis. Our yellow lab, who is older, cannot seem to hold her bladder like she used to and has accidents during the night or when we are not home. Ive tried all the home remidies to remove odor from carpets, unfortunately all these do is mask the smell not elimate the cause. I then called On Target to come in and clean my carpets professionally. I was very impressed with their friendly and knowledgeable staff. My carpets looked new again, the odor was gone, and best of all the dry time was amazing! I will be using On Target or all my floor cleaning needs in the future.
