For as long as I can remember, my mother has wanted to open up her kitchen and do a complete remodel. This past summer she decided she was going to do that. At 85 years old, she felt she had waited almost too long. She hired the contractor and the work began the end of August, 2018.The contractor she hired was not experienced in the fine details that needed to be applied in a job like this. It was slow moving and inadequate, to say the least. In October, 2018, my mother had to be admitted to the hospital for breathing, heart, and stomach issues. During that time, she allowed me to take over the kitchen project. I fired the first contractor and hired Roemers to come in and finish the job. They actually had to start over completely, because most of the first contractor did was not correct or up to code.Every aspect of detail Roemers put into their work is amazing. They truly transformed the kitchen and my mother is very happy with the results.The owner/operator of Roemers found out about how much my mother had paid the first contractor and thus, discounted the work his contractors completed. I cannot give this company enough praise; they do amazing work with care and humanity; not something you will find a lot of in this world anymore. We just had the inside of our house painted. The living room, dining room and family room. The painters were on time, efficient, clean and did a wonderful job. In fact that is the best experience we have had with painters and painting our house. Would absolutely use them again.

This is the best experience I have had with a roofer and I have had my roof replaced 5 times. They get on top of things and deliver what they promise. They contacted the insurance and got everything approved, brought the materials and got everything replaced in one day. The price is very reasonable and they are open to negotiation. I highly recommend this business to roof and remodel. They have also roofed and remodeled some of my neighbors houses and they were very satisfied; actually one of them recommended Roemers Remodeling and Restoration to me.

These guys were amazing. We requested an addition of a half bath to aid in the selling of our house. The first buyers to enter our home after the remodel purchased our home. They were professional, flexible, and did an amazing job on the home addition. I showed a Pinterest photo and got an almost identical match to my request. I wanted just a simple remodel update and ended up with a stunning retreat bathroom! Roemers advised along the way providing wonderful workers to complete each task needed and explaining steps involved which was important to me as I love to be involved and be the painter decorator! I appreciated the book, for ease of access to every person and was able to text if there was an issue and would receive an timely response. This place is a joke.They took my insurance money and Ive been waiting over a year for cabinets. They told me it was vacation time and didnt have an body there to install. Im getting ready to file charges on this company. Look somewhere else for cabinets. These people dont know what they are doing.

The Roemers team remodeled my kitchen this spring. I live in an older home with lots of quirks. We bought a home that was in need of a major overhaul. After interviewing 5 contractors, Roemers was the only one who followed through and submitted their bid on time. When the other firms couldnt even submit a bid at agreed on time, we were skeptical of what else they wouldnt follow through with. We felt very comfortable with Kyle, and chose Roemers based on their timeliness, can-do attitude, and price. Many people warned us that remodeling generally takes double the budget and double the timeline you initially start with, but this wasnt the case with Roemers. Kyle and his team worked very hard to help us stay on budget and on timeline, with a smile on their face the entire time. They gutted our kitchen and master bath for complete remodels, as well as replacing our roof, redoing a smaller bathroom, painting the entire house, and various other smaller scale projects. We could not be more pleased with the end result, and would trust Kyle, Dustin, Mike and the whole team with any other future renovation needs. They are a great example of how integrity and attitude make a huge difference in the success of a renovation project.

Had a tree fall over and crush my chimney causing roof damage along with the chimney being destroyed. Roemer was quick and efficient when it came to the work. Along with that you cannot even tell that a tree ever hit the house. Great work. Use these guys. Period.

Kyle and Dustin brought a team to our house in Owensboro, KY and turned our screened-in-porch into a sunroom. It was a huge room and they completed everything in six days (including my last minute change of plans). They are a very hardworking group of guys and worked late several nights just to ensure the job would get done on time. Great work and we are very pleased with everything! I got my 4 estimates to repair a leaking roof. The first 3 were so called professionals with low ball and an outrageous quotes. Thank goodness I went for a 4th. It was Roemers Remodeling and Restoration. I chose them due to the fact that they actually believed they knew the source of the problem. They did and fixed it with their professional staff. Take it from someone who has built hotels, restaurants, houses and town homes (who is to old to do it now). Hire these guys for any job they wont do you wrong.

I was experiencing a roof leak and I called Roemers to check it out for me. Kyle Roemer came out and inspected our roof and determined that we had hail damage that I was not aware of. We filed an insurance claim and the insurance adjuster confirmed the hail damage and Roemers was given the approval to replace our roof. Kyle worked with us through the entire process not only replacing the roof with upgraded shingles but the gutters and downspouts as well. The work was performed in two and one half days and looks great. The installation crew was professional in their work and cleaned our yard of all debris. Kyle has assisted me after the installation with a couple of items and has been very helpful with any question or concern I have had. Based on my experience I highly recommend Roemers Remodeling & Restoration.

5 stars and two thumbs way up for Roemers Remodeling and Restoration! My first experience with Roemers was in December when they replaced my roof. Kyle is guided us through the process of selecting new shingles and worked well with our insurance company. This winter, we suffered a huge roof leak in our sun room (separate roofing from what that they had replaced). Roemers came out in the middle of a snow storm to check out the damage and once the snow had melted they came out and tarped the roof. Soon after, they repaired my sunroom and installed new floors. They are super nice people who do great work at a reasonable rate - all around I could not recommend them more.
