35 dollars to cut a white guys hair? Outrageous. I went there thinking they would be good but I will go back to great clips for 15 Everytime.

Been coming to this shop for years. I love the Genbook appointment booking system now that Im a working professional. Definitely cuts down on waiting times and allows you to get on a nice consistent cut schedule. Skillz has that classic home barbershop community feel that is essential to me. Theres a full house of skilled barbers, and dope decor to set the overall vibe. Youll probably get a good laugh in, a good discussion, learn something new, and get a crispy cut all before you leave. Ive always had a spot to park, and the location is convenient. Gutta is my go to, if youre looking for a consistent go to barber you can definitely find one here.

10/10 atmosphere very friendly, and very professional. Have had a hard time trusting haircuts since gentlemens choice shutdown but i think i have found my new go to at Skillz! Yall cut hair for a living but turn down walk- ins. I get everyone has a life but staying 10-20 mins past closing to do your job and maybe get another customer shouldnt be a problem. Articulating that your not going to do so should be simpler. Im all set on this place✌

By far the BEST!!! barbershop in town.. No long waits make your appointment online Or just call and schedule an appointment.... They also do walk INS very clean atmosphere.. This is not a 10 minute haircut Barbershop either they definitely provide the best quality hair cut service in bowling green PERIOD !!!!! Im always nervous going to a new barbershop, but I was needing a haircut bad and the picture portfolio was the best I’d seen online from anywhere in BG. I came in as a walk-in and waited maybe 1 minute before Chase got me in his chair. Easily one of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten. Incredible attention to detail. I can tell he takes pride in his work. Very nice guy too. Will definitely be back.

I scheduled an appointment for 4:30 PM on the 12th with Armin. He texted me at 3:22 PM the same day saying he would have to reschedule the appointment. My son had graduation the next day, so I couldn’t reschedule. I asked if there was anyone else that could do it, and he said no one was at the shop. It seems there are issues with cancellations last minute, as my friend also had this happen to them with a different barber. It seems they may have taken down the negative review left on Gen Book May 10 about a barber not showing up whatsoever.

Angelo Bailey got these kids heads right. He is personable and patient. I was referred here by a current customer and she was right. If you want your hair to look tight then this is the place to go.

I have cut my own hair for 20 years. I decided I wanted to get a professional haircut so I sent an appointment with Jeremy. He introduced himself asked what I wanted and got to. He is a professional, a very nice guy, engaging without prying. He put on his mask and gloves which to me was a sign of respect during the times we are in. I am not a barber and have never been trained to do the job and he cleaned up my mistakes and gave me one of the best haircuts I have had in a long time. I highly recommend this visiting here for a great haircut. The place was clean and has a very diverse atmosphere and was a kid friendly business.

First time customer through a referral of a friend but I couldn’t tell you how the cuts are because I didn’t even get one. Booked an appointment a week in advance for today at 12PM. Showed up early and sat for over a half an hour and never got called to the chair for my haircut. Turns out the guy who was supposed to cut my hair wasn’t even at the shop at all. This shop also apparently charges a $15 fee if you miss appointments which I’ve never heard of in my entire life. Won’t be attempting to book again.

Skillz is by far the best all round barbershop in the area!! Jeremy is an outstanding guy who runs the shop to the best of his ability. He also is one of the best barbers around. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Keep up the good work!

Horrible service on my walk-in from a guy named dish, everyone else in this shop has a good personality and are good people, but unfortunately one bad apple spoils the tree I won’t be back thanks to Dish. The place looks clean and nice, but I wish they would of had some customer service experience. 1st time in, my son went, someone told him they might take care of him in 2 hours. I was in the car, I went in and sit down waiting, absolutely no one asked me if I needed help. I was waiting, then after 2 hours pass, one of the guys ask me if I was waiting for someone. I’m 10 years old and writing this review because I went in and one of the employees tried giving me a haircut and told me I had lice my brother came in and was shocked we went home and then the hospital to confirm lice but I didn’t have any so they were basically discriminating my skin because it is bad and they were so rude to my mother calling her a bad mother and calling her blind bad parenting and much more and last even though they told me I had lice I didn’t and they tried making my brother pay 70-100$ for walking in with my bad skin

Cool place but too much. seriously though, they take way too long, people have things to do. I don’t have time sitting on an uncomfortable bench listening to nonsense and then when it’s time for my cut that takes 20 minutes, ends up being 45-60 minutes long.

Jeremy (Gutta) and the whole staff are the best around Hands Down!!! The only way I know to describe them are they seem to be Barber Assassins straight from the ancient city of K’un L’un!!! Instead of the sword these skilled warriors weapon of choice has and always will be the majestic clipper and straight blade!!!!! I am convinced even though It cannot be confirmed that these guys operate within the realm of the ying and the yang!!! I also have an anonymous source that has confirmed these guys also trained blindfolded alongside Tibetan Monks blindfolded as they with supernatural precision shaved the head of ancient Monks with the Onyx straightblade!!! If you need a cut or anything else this is where it’s at!!!!!

When I came in I immediately felt unwelcomed. One barber walked over to another and whispered something to him while both looked at me. The second barber finally yelled you have an appointment?. I said no. I didnt know I needed one. They said I didnt but didnt act welcoming or offer an idea of when I might get in or how it works. I eventually just got up and left. Hair cuts looked good. The customer service is poor.
