After breaking down on the I-65S and being from out of state, we felt a bit stuck until our tow truck driver recommended Musser Motorsports.Having a European car, its not always easy to find someone willing to work on it. Not only did Jason (the owner) fit us in on a Friday, he also was able to diagnose and fix a persistent issue with our car that no one else locally had been able to.Jason and his staff were very knowledgeable and kind, turning around what could have been a really rough day for us.

My boyfriend and I were headed to Myrtle Beach, SC when our car ended up breaking down on the highway in KY. I ended up finding this place by doing a google search and gave them a call. Jason was very helpful even over the phone. Once our car got towed to this shop, it was about 4:45pm, the shop closes at 5pm. As soon as the car was off the wrecker Jason got to work. He quickly figured out that it was most likely the fuel pump. We thought for sure we would have to cancel our hotel that we had booked for the night in Tennessee, but Jason worked some magic for us. He called several places to see if they had the part he needed for my car, mind you, this was a Saturday evening and most places don’t stay open late for things like that. After we had almost given up hope, Jason came up with a solution.. he was able to find a shop in Nashville, TN that had the part, the only problem was that Nashville was about an hour away. He found someone who would drive to go pick up the part, and drive it to to him at his shop in KY. Jason knew this would take a while and since we were basically stranded, he drove my boyfriend and I to a local bar so we could hang there for a while. He stayed at his shop til about 9:30 pm ON A SATURDAY just so we could get back on the road and enjoy our vacation. To say Jason went above and beyond is an understatement, he literally saved our whole trip! We appreciate this man more than words can express. It’s nice to know that there are still good people out there who genuinely care about others!

I had a last minute emergency happen on a Saturday afternoon. My vehicle would not shift into gear. I called this place as I was a few miles away and asked if they could get me in. Jason said “Oh yeah, no prob, just come straight to the overhang”. I thought my transmission was going out (since obviously I got it into gear to drive vehicle to the shop). We got there and he was able to order the part, have it delivered, and got straight to work. Jason and his mechanic stayed after the shop closed to get the work done. It was the linkage cable and pin to the transmission. With three kids and being an hour and a half away from home, their work does not go unappreciated or unrecognized! Jason was fun to talk to, professional, and personable. He even played with the kids and let them play video games. I will be back if I need work in the Bowling Green area. They aren’t kidding about small business being the best work!!! Go see Jason!!!!

I have been going to Jasons shop for years now, and plan to only go to his shop for many more years. He is a very honest mechanic that always has his customers best interests at heart. Through the years I have been at the shop he has always been considerate of my budget and has explained every option throughoughly to me when I have had some car problems. When one car was constantly having problems he was very honest and told me I should really be looking for a new vehicle since I was having my current one at the time serviced so frequently and he didnt think the car would last much longer. I really appreciated that, because I feel almost any other mechanic wouldnt have cared as much, he even talked to me about what I should be looking for in a new vehicle and inspected each car that I had considered buying. It has now been months since I have purchased my new vehicle that he inspected and it has still been running great.This shop ALWAYS goes out of the way to help their customers.

We were on a tight schedule heading from Michigan to Georgia stranded on a Friday night without a hope and prayer to get my truck fixed fuel tank was leaking. I hit them up on Friday night Saturday morning they had me in and out in a matter of hours with a great price to boot. I had to have everything in my rear end replaced, also my brake lines and transmission lines. They got my truck done quickly and done a great job. It is very hard to find a mechanic that is trustworthy and does a good job, but I have to say these guys did do a great job and they will have my business in the future

Very super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable owner that I spoke with! Had lots of information to give me about the quality and future expenses to expect from my car. I was worried Id have to get new tires but was reassured that would just be extra and unnecessary costs...he could have gotten tire sales out of me for just not knowing any better but that doesnt seem to be the kind of business theyre running. He simply patched up my tire and said wed keep an eye on it at future oil changes. My Dad was a mechanic for years and its nice to feel like I have someone looking out for me again! Thank you!Side note: if mask wearing is something youre passionate about you are not made to feel weird at all for wearing a mask. The owner wasnt wearing one but hes also probably working outside and within 6ft unlike in the office where you pay. I felt like I had to point that out as that can be a make or break thing for people these days. But I will say -- you wont find anyone nicer or more helpful even without the mask so choose wisely. And Im sure if it was something you felt worried about he seems like the kind of person to wear a mask to appease his clients -- thats the vibe I got anyway.

Fantastic friendly people. Some of the cheapest labor in town, and they wont charge you a fortune if something takes a lot longer than expected. I had them do a custom exhaust and it came out perfect.

I never feel as though I’m being taken advantage of or talked down to. Jason thoroughly explains what the car needs done and what I can do to ensure the longevity of my vehicle. He also has the best prices I’ve come across in town! I had major side wall damage to my back tire that 2 other shops “checked” and told me I was safe to drive on. One look at the tire from Jason and Dennis and they weren’t going to let me leave without assurance I’d get it fixed immediately. Not only did they take me into the shop and show me the crack forming from this gouge in my tire, but they had me feel the difference between a normal tire side wall and mine. I’m by no means a mechanic, but even I could tell the tire wasn’t safe to drive on and it was an accident waiting to happen. Rather than have me wait for a tire to come into the shop, Dennis GAVE me one of his used tires and asked for no compensation in return, just to ensure my safety. That is not only true customer service, but it’s an act of kindness to show how much they value their customers. It wasn’t about making money, but ensuring my safety. For that reason and many more I’ll be back for all of my car care needs.

Best auto repair shop in Bowling Green! The customer service and efficiency of this shop far exceeded my expectations. Jason was friendly, professional, and attentive. Won’t take my vehicle anywhere else. Knows his stuff, super nice guy and won’t take you through the cleaners. There aren’t many people who are willing (and have enough competence and common sense) to work on a hybrid vehicle, but Jason and his crew is one I don’t second guess at all.

Great experience! We were traveling with a boat in tow 2 hours from home when our truck started giving us trouble. We stopped for a late lunch and called Musser Motorsports, Jason offered to stay late on a Saturday to help us out. Once at the shop they were helpful getting the boat unhooked, ran diagnostics and took a look under the hood only to find it was a simple wire loose. Quick service reasonable prices and to top it off honesty. We were back on the road less than an hour from the initial call.

The guys at Musser Motorsports are practically miracle workers. Jasons the kind of mechanic you build a rapport with; he shoots it straight with you and you know he knows what hes talking about. Hes also willing to work with you if youre somebody like me who hangs on to an old car for too long. Ive been going to them exclusively for years because of their quality service and quick turn-around time, but just recently my car lost all of its oil and its engine locked up mid-drive. I was certain my cars whole engine would have to be replaced, but when the guys there checked, they were able to find a dislodged oil filter causing the problem. I was preparing to finally take my car to the junkyard, so as far as Im concerned, they brought my car back from the dead. Sad to be moving out of state and no longer go to them for all my services! I have known Jason for many years. Since I am a girl who knows nothing about cars, I ask a lot of questions every time when I go to the store. I need to change 4 tires and brakes, my Mercedes-Benz 2012 recently also had some unknowing problems. So yesterday, I took another 2 hours to go to the store. Finally he suggested that 4 airbags may also be changed one after another. Is a big sum.At the end I asked him whether his suggestion was to change the car or repair the car. Even if he didnt make a cent for me for two hours, he finally suggested that I change a new car. So I want to say that he can really give good advice from the customers point of view, instead of seeing customers who dont understand cars fooling them. And he is very professional.

All in all BEST MECHANIC AROUND!!!! Was able to do a task that other mechanics said was impossible without breaking the part in less than an hour. Most definitely will be bringing my car to him for now on. Also dirt cheap oil changes. Would trust him to do anything on my car with all fair pricing. Show the love give him wonderful business.

Ive always been told when you move to a new place you need to find a good mechanic and a good dentist. Musser Motorsports was recommended to me over a year ago because they are fair and have reasonable prices and Ive been able to see this first hand. I dont know where youre going to find a dentist, but this is the only shop I trust my life with.

I highly recommend Musser Motorsports. My vans rear drivers wheel came off as I was driving down I65. An unfortunate but preventable accident. Preventable because all four wheels were serviced by Big O Tires in Elizabethtown, KY the morning of the incident. Less than 100 miles up the road, 3:30am in the morning, the van starts to shake, rattle and roll. I get to the shoulder of the road, a single mother with 2 sleeping kids, scared of the dark and lost on HWY 65. I call for a tow truck. The first 3 companies would not come out due to the time of day and no highway marker in sight. The fourth company Burtons Towing found me and highly recommended that I have my car towed to Mussers. It was the best recommendation Ive ever received. Jason the owner was responsive and considerate of the ordeal my family had just faced. He came and picked us up from the hotel at checkout time. Got us some lunch-Tacos, my favorite. Give me priceless advise on how to choose an auto repair shop. And also helped me to negotiate a portion of the repair cost for Big O Tires. The best part of the service I received from Musser Motorsports was that he came in on his off day, Sunday, to complete the repairs. His care and kindness saved me additional time and money. We found this to be a very friendly small business. We just called and they worked us in. They informed us of what was wrong with the truck and gave us options of how we wanted it repaired.
