Thankfully, I havent experienced any damage that I have had to file a claim for but when/if I ever do I have complete confidence in Jamie at State Farm. He has been amazing and so patient in helping me with vehicle insurance. Soon he will be helping me with house and life insurance! Everyone I have talked to at the JR Wade State Farm office has been exceptional. I will recommend them to everyone I know. I feel genuinely cared for and know that when I need help they will do all they can to help.

The office staff is so personable. Reach out for special occasions like birthdays, but also are the first to reach out if you’ve had a accident. Never fail to remind us about updating grade in order to keep the good student discount. Great job to you all!

State farm was good to me. They got me setup with full coverage on my brand new car for only $15-$20 more than what shelter was charging me for PLPD on my old car. I had a quote and insurance cards in less than 30 mins. Highly recommend

They took really good care of me when I had a car wreck that wasnt my fault. I was rear ended and it totaled out my vehicle. Then we found out the other vehicle didnt have any insurance! State Farm took care of all my bills and handled my claim very fast for me provided the coverage I carried on my vehicle. But they made sure everything was handled and that I had what I needed to start over vehicle wise and get a new car.

We have multiple policies through JR Wade State Farm; they are all very helpful and responsive during times of need. I was a former KY Farm Bureau customer, but since we switched we have saved tremendously with State Farm. Susie Skaggs with JR wade has been my insurance representative for the last several years for all my insurance needs. I had to leave a review because again I am beyond satisfied with State Farm. I have been a State Farm customer in NC between 8-10 years. Cancelled about 4 months ago due to giving the car to a family member. I moved to KY a month ago and was given the car back and needed to put insurance again on it. I called JR Wade State Farm here in KY and spoke with Hugh Brooks who did an amazing job to get me even a better price and quote then before. We had been with previous insurance company over 20 years and rarely heard from them unless I needed them first, since June we have been extremely happy we have teenage daughter and they approached me they thought they could help save us some money ! I did get on this ladies nerves and I could tell got frustrated with me but I mean tu oi know this stuff not me thats why I keep asking to go over again because insurance is crazy frustrating. I did my homework and they are the better company for me. Renters with them for 500 deductible 30gs was under $15 (multi discount) another company same renters benefits was over $50(multi discount as well)...
