I have been with DCs office for over 20 yrs & cant say that I have ever had any issues. Friendly, knowledgeable staff & they get it done.Recently I needed some extra help with my situation & Cody was great! In a moment when I really needed a little compassion (that now days is unheard of), he was the best! I highly recommend Cody or any of DC Clements agents/staff!

I just recently switched to State Farm when a friend suggested I contact DC Clement’s office to inquire about insurance quotes for myself and son. Ginny is so nice and helpful. I explained to her what kind of vehicles we have, and what type of coverage we needed. She emailed the quotes to me on the same day I inquired. I compared my previous insurance policies side by side with State Farm insurance. With State Farm insurance policies my estimated savings should come out to around $420 a year. If you are looking for lower rates with great coverage I highly recommend you contact Ginny at State Farm. The switch is easy.

I have nothing but praise for the D C Clemet Agency and State Farm Insurance. I have been buying auto insurance for over 53 years and have never had the fantastic complete service that they offer. When my grandson was in an auto accident that was not his fault and his car was totaled, he reported it to D C Clement Agency and in less than 24 hours, they got him a rental car to drive. Then, they got the estimates for him very quickly and paid him fully for his car less his deductible until his claim was finalized. Then they proceed to get their money from the other insurance company. That is excellent customer service. I have had similar situations before in past years and never this quality of customer service. They also saved us hundreds of dollars in premiums over our prior insurance company. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

Theyve helped me any way they could from a tragic car accident my mother was taken in. They hired a great lawyer in 2011 to take the case when my moms estate was being sued, they will do whatever they can to help. They even helped me when I couldnt afford to make full payments.Theyve ignored accidents on my record that werent mine. My speeding ticket didnt affect my premium. The discounts are amazing and Ive even checked the competition. 2015 and beyond, they are top notch.

I called 3 times to speak to a agent they did not have the professional courtacy to call me back,I asked to transfer to a new agency and they did not try to talk me into staying,also,they fired my last agent in july,and did not notify me of any change..

Terrible experience. I have had dc clement for 3 years. Just recently payed my bill for February and then 6 days later they remove 2 of my 4 vehicles from my policy without telling me .I drove these 2 vehicles all month with no insurance . then I found out they were removed when I had a flat on interstate and tried to use my road assistance. I was refused assistance . I called the office while on the side of road and I was told by Mr Clement himself that he had no idea why they were removed and he couldnt reinstate them at that time. When I asked why he couldnt help he said it wasnt fault and hung up on me .I called several more times for answers the next day to eventually being told they would call the police if I called back. I have filed complaint through state farm but have not to this day been explained anything and I have not received any refund on the remainder of my policy. I have since cancelled my other two vehicles and homeowners and have went to All State. I have also not once been apologized to for my inconvienace. Just hateful and defensive comments from Mr Clement himself.
