Appointment was a little late but I’m happy with the product. I would recommend them to others.

I had my car tinted last August 13. The tint on the rear of my car was not done well, it had a lot of bubbles and marks where the tint did not stick. I was also charged an extra $10 because of two small panels of glass on my car, when I was advised that tinting was for $99 for a sedan.Also, the technician did not take care in cutting the tint. My rubber seals on my windows all have cuts on them from the knife used to trim the tint. I have attached photos of my cut/sliced rubber seals and the rear glass of my car.

I worked with Thomas to get my windows tinted on my truck. I called day of to schedule an appointment and Protint DMV was able to accommodate me. The service was good, quick, and the quality of the work was also good. Thank you Thomas for a great experience!

I wanted my windows tinted as a gift to myself, I went over because I got the voicemail when I called. Thomas was able to service my car immediately & I got a hand detail car wash after he was done. I had my tint installed April 20 by Thomas ( I believe). It was hard to get in contact with him initially, however, he returned my call and set up an appointment. I was skeptical at first, but he was very professional and assured me my car was in good hands. I dropped my car off and within 1 and half it was ready for pick up. He allowed me time to walk around the car to inspect it. Everything was fine. He instructed me to wait 3 days to roll down the windows and about 10 to wash (I believe). I waited until May 2 to do the post to see if I would have any bubbles or scratches that I missed upon pick up. NOTHING! Everything still looks good. He even gave me a complementary car wash. I highly recommend and the price was reasonable. The only reason for the 4 stars was because no one was available at the shop during the working hours when I initially tried contacting on both Thursday and Friday, however, Thomas made up for it with the quick same day service Saturday.

Service was quick and easy. I had my VW Jetta tinted, I didnt notice a bubble that was left when they finished, so I returned the next day. Thomas got the bubble fixed in less than a minute, didnt even have to get out of my car! Highly recommend, good prices, good service, good tint.

Same day service. Took about 30 minutes to do the front two windows on an SUV. Some very small bubbles on the one window, but you have to really be looking to see them. Overall good job.

Today 6/30 at 2:30pm I went to this shop trying to get a price on something specific the guy there actually came outside wanting to fight because I couldnt hear him though the clear glass door asking me wht did I say after asking him what his problem was he slamed the clear garage door in my face like Im not a customer its unbelievable to think u actually work for a company that advertises professionalism and have this guy whos probably having a real bad day actually want to fight a customer over something so simple and because of him pro tint will not get my money for such unprofessionalism

I had previously gotten my car tinted at their Capitol Heights location and received nothing but excellent service. I am glad to see that same service has been carried over to the Bowie location. They have unbeatable prices for quality tint that even includes a lifetime warranty. I always recommend them to my family and friends.

DO NOT COME HERE AND GET YOUR TINTS DONE IT WILL BE A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I got my tint done here and it was a waste of money I have air bubbles everywhere lint or dust between the tint and the window every time I call Thomas and try to set up a time for him to redo he says that they only do tint redos on Wednesdays and Thursdays after I’ve explained to them multiple times I’m in the military and I cannot come up here on a Wednesday or Thursday because I’m stationed in Norfolk and I have to work his response is call me when you can come on one of those days

I brought my boyfriends car to be serviced with tinted windows, Thomas was very efficient and professional. My appointment was scheduled for 10 AM he was there at 9:30 waiting for me. He took the car in at 9:30 and gave me an approximate time frame of one hour and 15 minutes, literally in one hour and 15 minutes he was finished and he gave the car a wash!! Highly recommended !!

Got my car tinted there a while back because it was affordable. I recently got my tint redone at a much better shop with higher quality tint, and the guy working on the car showed me that the last person who did the tint mustve used steel wool or something of the like on the rear windshield because its all scratched up. If youre not looking directly at it, youd never notice, but at the right angle in direct sunlight you can see all the little scratches all over my rear windshield. Save your money. Go to a reputable shop that uses actual quality materials. Also, the tint they put on the car they told me was 20% but when I had it redone the new shop metered it and it was actually 15%. The fact that they dont even know the percentages of their own tint alone should be enough to have you be weary of visiting this place. Of course, I wont be back to have tint done on any of my other vehicles.

Had my new Maxima done here and really needed somebody to do the tent on my windows, they did all 4 side windows and back window for a great price, needed a good job done and they made my car look even better ..thanks alot,saved me from traveling to D.C.very close to my house in bowie....WONDERFUL JOB.

Opening times on google and Facebook are very misleading. States they open at 8am and I get there and call and they open at 9am. I could have slept in today after having a long work week in the office. Will take my business elsewhere. Fix your time on your social media page and google so that you won’t mislead prospective customers.
