Installed a new french sliding door in my kitchen. Very professional and reliable. Work was performed on time and of good quality. The clean up was so superb, it was like they had never been there. My new door is a beautiful addition to the home.

Be wary of any company that goes so far out of their way to TELL you how honest they are vs. a company that actually demonstrates it. Ive had nothing but problems since my first experience with this operation.A discount advertised and offered but then circular confusion about what is really being offered, missed appointments, promises of a callback that didnt happen...And the relentless email advertisements once they get your contact information! Ive hit the unsubscribe button repeatedly and finally - out of absolute frustration - emailed Integrity Home Pro directly - they promptly apologized, blamed it on the email vendor and promised to personally take me off the email list. Well, another promise unfulfilled as Im still inundated with their email solicitations filling my inbox.There are a ton of quality contractors in the DC/VA/MD area. My advice is to do your research and shop carefully. After all the nonsense we luckily didnt sign a contract with this group and avoided the issues others have reported here.

My garage door seemed to have a mind of its own, opening and closing when it was not suppose to. So after calling the first company I found I was happy with the results I received from Integrity Home Pro. They came within a couple hours of being called, and knew the issue right away. They had to align the garage door rails and it was fixed. They were very honest and price was very fair! I now have a fully functioning garage door thank you Integrity Home Pro!

Recently Integrity Home Pro came out to remodel our two bathrooms. They also both painted and repaired drywall in the lower and upper hallway, and added a couple of new doors (two sliding doors in the lower hallway, and a new hinged door upstairs). Their work was very professional and the results were way beyond our expectations. We were amazed at their attention to detail. For example, the painting was done to perfection, and the tiles in the upper bathroom were cut precisely to the shape of the bathroom ceiling which wasnt quite square. Robbie who supervised the three man crew kept us appraised of the projects progress each day. They truly treated our home as if it were their own home! I wish I had time to go into all the minor cosmetic changes and updates they made to our home at no charge. We especially like the light over the bathtub. It is both functional and beautiful. It was provided at no charge. Thank you Robbie, D. J. and Joel for a job that exceeded our expectations! We are truly thankful for all three of you. Oh, by the way, they were also very polite, and respectful, and did a thorough clean-up every day. You truly applied the Golden Rule to our home.

Hi, Integrity Home Pro did an awesome remodel for my family and I.From the initial visit with the owner Danny Peterson for planning and design, to the start of the remodel with Robbie Stubbs and his crew.I cannot recommend them highly enough. They did a large remodel in the upstairs of my home, to include a new kitchen and bathroom and an addition. Integrity has done many different improvements in my home over the last 15 years. I would not hesitate to call them for any future needs.

We have used Integrity to do several home improvement projects to include our roof replacement, complete kitchen remodel, custom front door replacement, basement door replacement, and more!Most recently they completed a remodel our master bath to include turning our cruise ship shower into a beautiful custom shower thats a joy to use, installing new flooring, replacing our old builder grade vanity, mirror and lights transforming them into beautiful space! Warning!! This is not an honorable company to deal with. Regardless of any contract you might sign with them guaranteeing their work, BEWARE that they do not honor it. They dont go by the golden rule , as they claim too. Shame, Shame Shame.We had hired Integrity Home Pro to remodel our bathroom, install a new shower, install a new wall surround for another bathroom, install 3 new toilets, install new flooring in 3 bathrooms ,install a new front door and storm door, etc.The shower pan that they installed some time ago, developed stress cracks in it and water was seeping thru the base. This shower had a lifetime warranty on it and Integrity Home Pros contract had a 10 year guaranty on the labor. This was quite a big expense that we paid for and expected them to honor the warranty.I talked to Danny Peterson , the owner, and sent him pictures. He then claimed that something dropped on the floor of the shower which caused the cracks.( That did not happen). I had a different bath professional come out to my house to look at it and he verified that it had been improperly installed and that is why over time it had developed stress cracks in it.Mr Peterson finally came to look at it and again he tried to blame the cracks on something else instead of honoring his warranty. He is very difficult to deal with. He said finally that he would talk to the manufacturer and that he would contact us the next week. He did not call us back so after 3 weeks , I contacted the manufacturer and they sent someone out to look at it and they saw the stress cracks and had a different company install an entire new shower free of charge under the manufacturers warranty. They were so nice , efficient and easy to deal with. Had I not tried to contact the manufacturer myself I would have been stuck having to pay for a new shower (between $9,000.00 to $11,000.00) or not having use of that shower. Being on Social Security, I would not have been able to pay that. In my view, Integrity Home Pro is a very dishonest and terrible company.As far as the other work that they did in our house there were many problems as well such as....They didnt give us what we had requested such as a storm door that had the screen and glass all in one that you could raise up in the winter and down in the summer, instead they installed one where you have to remove it completely for glass for winter,(which is quite heavy) and the screen for summer. We had to buy the one we had asked for and pay to have it installed by someone else . Had to throw away the one that Integrity Home pro installed.I had requested high toilets and they installed lower ones.The new sink was rusted around the pop up and they claimed it was just putty. Its still rusted.The light they installed in the bathroom was cheap and rusted very badly. etc.Over all this is a very sleazy company to deal with disguising itself as a righteous one and using psalms from the bible to fool you in to thinking that they are honest. Shame on them!!!!!!

I was very pleased with the workmanship of Integrity when they installed our kitchen countertops. They arrived promptly and completed the installation in just a few hours. They cleaned everything up and left no messes. I love the granite I picked out and the installers matched the pattern up so well where the pieces meet that you don’t even see a seam! Danny walked me through the whole process and made me feel at ease. Would highly recommend this company.

I couldnt be happier with the job that Integrity Golden Rule did on my kitchen. They redid my flooring throughout, knocked down a wall to expand it and make it bigger, painted it and placed my appliances where i asked them to. Ben arrived on time and provided an estimate for my mothers roof. A date was scheduled for repairs and to repair approximately a dozen window screens. The work was completed by a polite young man on schedule and she was very pleased!

My designer from Integrity created such beautiful bathroom in my condo. The designers were very helpful with showing us all the great designs and materials that we could use in our tub and determining the perfect layout.

The estimator just came by my house to inspect a leak in my sun room roof. He showed up right on time and was very pleasant. Four years ago I contracted Integrity Home Pro to complete several projects at my home – convert a screened-in porch to 3-season room, replace a bay window and replace my front door & matching screen door. The work was completed efficiently and professionally. Products, installation and personnel were first-rate. The job site was left each day in a neat and orderly fashion. Danny and all support staff were a phone call away. The porch is a favorite of everyone who visits my home, and they always comment on the high quality and fine details of the work. So now four years later, the front screen door handle wasn’t working properly. A single phone call to the office brought Danny here to take a look. He immediately ordered a replacement handle. It arrived in a few days and he installed it right away. Awesome customer service! The responsiveness to this warranty issue is yet another reason why I’ll choose Integrity Home Pro for any future home projects.

Weve needed this work done for a long time but it wasnt until we researched Integrity, met with their representative David, and read and watched the many reviews, that we decided to go with Integrity. The work crew was prompt, professional, courteous, and left the work area neat and clean. Our family members and neighbors all agree that the job performed by Integrity was top notch! If we could give this company a Zero we would. We have been trying to get our roof repaired. They started on one day. The next day no shows to do their part. They installed a new roof and left the dry rotted wood underneath. They were supposed to return this week to take up the new roof to remove the dry rot then install the gutters. Of course, we are still waiting. We have contacted the owner and he has not returned our calls or emails. In addition, their roof prices are excessive although on the home advisor site where we found them states a complete roof for $7995. Also, they created stains on our siding then tried to clean it with an oily substance. Once our HOA sees this we are referring them to Integrity Home Pro. Please if you value your sanity and your home roof, steer clear of this company. Whenever they show, we will not be certain if the dry rot has been removed and will have get a home inspector to check it.

We hired Integrity Home Pro to replace part of our roof that was installed poorly from our original builder. The job was done, but very poorly at first. Even after making some adjustments to make it better, it was still so poor that we agreed that we needed to start over.When planning for the re-do, they stopped being responsive to email and phone calls. I finally told them that Id need my deposit back so I could go hire someone else to fix it. It has been 3 weeks now and they have still not responded. Be wary of this company, they do not stand by their guarantees.

Danny and his company, Integrity Home Pro, have completed several projects on my home over the last several years. Not only were the Windows Great, The installers were very Friendly and the way they cleaned up was as if they were never here!! I had to replace some and all it took was a phone call to INTEGRITY HOME PRO and I had them in a week! This kind of Customer Service is what will keep me A INTEGRITY HOME PRO Customer Forever!

Danny is the best, its as simple as that. Hes replaced our roof, our doors, our windows and is working on our kitchen. Danny understands and honors our budget and has guided us in setting priorities for the never-ending rehab of our aging tract home. He has also bailed me out of a few emergencies. Like when a tree limb punctured the roof during a tropical storm and when I removed our fireplace flue in a DIY project gone bad and ended up with a big hole in the roof right before a rainstorm.

Danny has done several projects for my parents and former neighbors and when I ventured into my own home ownership I knew I had to atleast call Integrity to come out for my first project! I needed new windows (desperately) and I had another company come out first who I felt were super expensive and also pressured me to commit right then and there which I wasnt ready to do. Danny came out, was super helpful and informative and there was zero pressure for me to make my decision right then (although I did). The installation was done quickly, the guys were professional and on time, and my new windows were (and are still) beautiful! They are definitely my first stop for future projects!

Made appointment over 3 weeks ago to repair roof leakage and drywall.They confirmed the appointment several times via email.Then, the day before the appointment, they cancelled saying the job was too small. How do you know that unless youve seen it? Now I have to start over with another contractor. Very unprofessional and not worthy of the name integrity.

INTEGRITY HOME PRO installed a new garage door in my home in 2003. this new door had to be cut through brick as there was not a door in this place prior to my extensive renovation. INTEGRITY HOME PRO was terrific and the door, installation, their work crew were fabulous and we couldnt have been happier. About six years later I notice the rubber seal was falling off the bottom of the door due to age and wear so I called INTEGRITY HOME PRO to ask about ordering me a replacement part since this was to the garage, it was important to have a good seal in place. I was shocked when a week later the owner, Danny Peterson, was at my front door and said he was there to replace the rubber gasket. I had a surprised look on my face and said I was waiting for a callback as to how much the part and installation was going to cost. Danny told me they stood behind their products and installations and he was there to replace the part himself FOR FREE!!! I told him that INTEGRITY HOME PRO was the Nordstroms of home improvement companies. In a thousand years I would never have expected a company such as INTEGRITY HOME PRO to install an expensive door and then stand behind their product due to natural wear and tear!!! Now thats how you describe CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Way to go INGETRITY HOME PRO - I am a customer for life!!! Its no wonder that you are successful in this competitive business!!!

Your installers were very professional. The work site was maintained in a very neat and clean manner. The work was performed quickly and very professionally.

Avoid this company! They deliberately book your estimate weeks away to appear as though they are rather busy but they arent busy - they could literally do the job within days. They wont do the job though. They wont give an estimate. You can waste weeks waiting, looking at all their junk mail trying to sell you things, receive all their spam emails with their special discounts and promotions, walk through the job requirements - literally take time off work for their appointment. You will even receive a thank you card in the mail - ALL of this is pointless because they wont give you an estimate! Apparently $20k+ cash isnt enough for them to bother with. Seriously, just avoid this company.

I called them to come out to give me an estimate on some work on my home. They asked for some information from me and I provided it. After waiting intently for over a week so that I could get a price back to my insurance company and move back into my home, I recieved a call where they refused to provide me with an estimate for no apparent reason. That is not integrity. They kept me waiting and then kept giving me excuses why they couldnt give me a price. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or owner, i was denied.
