They dont pay you for what you know or your years of experience. They have you waiting for long periods of time without any updates regarding your start date. I applied a little more then a month ago bout 7 weeks ago and I havent even started work all you get is you have to complete this or that.

My experience huh,,,,,,, this place portrays itself as a provider for young adults and elderly with special needs, I have been extremely disappointed with the service here they have no way to deal with children or adults that are high-functioning ,,,,,,,,,so if your child or young adult is someone that can sit for long periods ,,,listen to music play for no reason at all ,,,,,,,,,not really be mentally stimulated ,,,,,,,,basically being corralled into areas like cattle then this is the place for you I have had my young adult at this Center for going on I dont know maybe 40 days at this point and you would be shocked at the amount of things that have not gone the way that they said that they would go and its short. I wish that I could give it no stars but that was not an option

Hopefully theyve cleaned up, updated environment and are now FOR THE CLIENTS by ALL MEANS.

Reasonable place to work!
