Frustrating experience as a new patient with this provider, not a new hearing aid user. Doctor failed to get basic background information from me such as what hearing aids I’ve had in the past and what worked, what did not work for me in the past. I went there only to try the new Lyric hearing aids free trial which she adamantly discouraged me from trying from the start based on minimal information her assistant collected from me. Her trial pair of hearing aids didn’t work due to an issue with the hearing aid equipment, not an issue with my ear. I spent about 20 minutes convincing this woman her trial hearing aid was broken, until she finally agreed. Waste of time if you are looking for someone to LISTEN to your needs, if you know what you need already. If you are a first time hearing aid user, please shop around with different audiologists before buying in. Do not recommend.

Dr Ometz is an amazing professional with a great manner in caring for her patients, The receptionist/office staff Aisha is a pleasure to work with with as well. Hearing Professionals really took the time necessary to help me understand my new hearing aids, adjust them to me, and make sure I was very familiar with their use.

I called your office at least 10 times today with no answer received during business hours. I had a procedure done on 7/3/2017. Before I went to your office you stated that you were in contract with Cigna however, Cigna has not paid zero dollars for my claim due to the name /tax ID that you have submitted my claim with its NOT in contract with Cigna. Cigna has left you messages for you to submit the claim correctly and you have failed to do it. I also have made you aware of it with zero results. Please have my claim processed under the tax ID that you have a contract with Cigna so that my claim can be processed correctly. If no action/resolution is taken I will escalate my case to Maryland consumer protection and division. The amount billed to Cigna is $150.00 service date 7/3/2017. Please assist and resolve.

I think hearing professional having hearing problems because you call trying to schedule appointment nobody answers. I called several times and left voicemails but nobody is answering
