Never rent anything from this particular home depot. Normally they charge a half a day after 5:00 in the evening and theyre charging me for a full day because they said I had it for 18 hours which means that I could have been using it during the night at 3:00 in the morning. In addition to which they were rude they were crude they didnt care at all their manners are atrocious they should be fired!!!!!

This review isnt related to the entire store but mores specifically the lawn mower repair service. When you have 1 person working on lawn mowers and the dont worth the weekends that spells disaster. I have been waiting for my lawn mower to be returned for a month. Calling to speak with a rep gets you a response of the parts have been ordered. If you sell lawn mowers. How quick are you to repair them? Clearly getting you lawn mower in and out isnt their idea of customer service. Having on one repair guy whos also off on the weekend tells me that business is good and the needs of the customer isnt a priority.

It was a great experience, until I returned the truck and they checked to see if I had topped off the gas tank. I took the truck from Bowie to BJs (right behind home depot..) then Crofton. I stopped on the way back put 2.63 cents in gas then I returned. They swore the needle was not quite at full, but when I initially took truck I checked and needle was in same position. I know this may sound ridiculous, but I felt like they were implying I was being dishonest. They eventually gave up and gave in to my situation but, it never had to go that far.

This Home Depot has some excellent employees, like John in the tool rental department. I always find what I need here or at least come out with the information I need to get it.

The staff are usually hopelessly uninformed. Its almost like theyre just retail workers with no experience in their given departments. Ive gotten wrong information from staff members on drill bits, concrete, faucets and hammer drills. There is one guy who is always very helpful. The guy works in tool rental. Hes an older short bald guy. Hes given me correct information every time.Oh, and the singing clerk at the front is annoying and unprofessional. And have fun telling the solar panel salesman youre not interested every single time you visit.

My experience at the HD rental department was very efficient today. I got the chain saw thay o wanted to remt in a timely manner. The attendant started it for me, checked the gas and oil, and also pointed out the controls on the machine.
