I received no service whatsoever and extremely bigoted treatment from their company president Mark. When I first spoke to Mark the day before, he continued asking me questions as if he didnt want to provide me service to my home, despite me repeatedly stating to him Im a first time home buyer and do not know how to operate a fireplace. On the day of the appointment, I received a text from Mark stating his staff would arrive between 1250-110pm. At approximately 115pm, I received another text message from Mark claiming they came by, rang the door bell, and left after 5 minutes. Mark then told me to call the other company. My door bell never rang and I had been awake for 3 hours waiting for their arrival. When I texted Mark back with this information, he never responded back to me. I WONT endorse such a bigoted company.

This is a great company. Justin came out to my home a week or so ago and installed a new pilot assembly for my gas fireplace. He was very professional and polite to me and my wife. He is very knowledgeable about his work. You can tell he really enjoys what he does. If you are I need of repairs to your fireplace give them a call and ask forJustin. We wish we could give 10 stars.

From start to finish the experience was great. Mark communicated very well and explained the entire appointment process. He took the time to understand my issue. Justin and Nick arrived on time and repaired my fireplace in a jiffy! The work was thorough and clean. Definitely a good choice.

Pellet insert was installed today. I am extremely satisfied. It is hard to find workers who are conscientious these days. However these men did an excellent job. Install looks fantastic and they took the extra time to make sure I was familiar with the new insert and answered all of my questions. Superior customer service!!!!

I am becoming increasingly concerned about how much more difficult it has become to reach someone. I have strong odors emminating from my stove after I had then clean it. This type of communication access is very alarming. I now have to try to reach out to another company to ensure my family is not in danger.

Justin came in today to work on our chimney, he answered all of our questions and concerns . He is knowledgeable,very professional and still nice at thesame time. Our chimney is working perfectly well. I’m glad I chose this company.

To start, Mark is incredibly knowledgeable about chimneys and gave us a through report. I appreciated the time he took to walk us through what the inspection would consist of. Unfortunately, the customer service side of our interaction after the inspection was incredibly disappointing. The technician that completed our Level II inspection gave positive verbal feedback, complimented the flue, and indicated to myself and our realtor that the chimney could be brought up to code if the smoke box was parged. Two and a half days after the inspection, we reached out because we had not received our report. Mark indicated that they were still working on it because of the abundance of problems to the chimney, including the flue. We were caught off guard to that response because of what we had been led to believe by the technician. Mark suggested that I did not hear his technician correctly and he would ask his side of the story. All and all, it took Mark 3.5 days to get us a report. While I appreciate that the report outlines the true problems with the chimney, the poor communication, technician-owner contradictions, and lack of timeliness would discourage me from recommending Master Pellet Stoves in the future for someone looking to have a new chimney inspected. They seem as if they would be great to use for routine maintenance.

Masters Pellet Stoves is one of the most professional companies I have dealt with. Mike answered all our questions and provided referrals. Mike made the buying and installation process very easy. The Masters Pellet Stove Team came in and were very careful about the carpeting and making sure everything was covered. They explained each step of the process and did an excellent job explaining the wood pellet stove. The price was excellent for the pellet stove we bought. I would recommend Masters Pellet Stove for a fast and professional installation.

Edited Update: The owner issued a full refund for a negative experience I had. Im adjusting my review based on his responsiveness once he understood the situation. My one suggestion for people considering Masters is to be SURE if you use them for a service repair to check the stove before they leave to make sure the task got accomplished. I appreciate the owners attempt to salvage our poor experience.

The owner is responsive. The techs know what they are doing. The prices are super competitive for quality machines and services. It doesnt get any better.

I spoke with Mark about some issues I had with our wood burning fireplace. He was professional, capable, honest and helpful in every way. Even though he could not help me with the issues I had, he looked at our inspection report and referred me to a service he knew could help at a reasonable price. I highly recommend him if you are looking for quality help with excellent service!

This review is about 18 months overdue. Great to deal with, great at the install time, great continued service and great at preventive maintenance. Every person weve dealt with has been very polite and phenomenal with kids. Thank you for being a great company.

Great service! Called to get a price to fix a pellet stove and within 3 hours they were out and the stove was fixed! Might I add for a very good price.

Our fireplace hasnt worked in 8 years. Justin came on time and had it working within 3 minutes!!!!!! He cleaned everything and was able to refurbish the outdated fireplace remote. THANK YOU JUSTIN!!!!!!
