Convenient location but terrible customer service and constantly broken pumps.

I purchased the $8 touch free wash twice in the past month and neither time did it do an undercarriage wash. After the second time I went inside to notify the clerk it wasnt working and he acted like he didnt believe me saying only that theyve had no complaints.Ive also purchased the $10 soft touch wash which did a brief undercarriage wash. The dryer time is only like 45 seconds for this wash which is hardly enough time to dry even half of my small vehicle.I wish this has station had better customer service and a better car wash because it is the closest to me.

Paid 10 for a car wash and the dryer didnt come on. I parked afterwards and went inside to inform the manager. He first tried to tell me if I got soft touch that they didnt dry. Then try to tell me for $10 but it didnt dry. He then asked for my receipt which I showed him. He finally ended up saying that the dryer isnt supposed to draw your car completely. So there I was in the parking lot driving my car with a beach towel I had in my trunk for 15 minutes. Save your money and do it at home. BTW when drying it I noticed the entire back end of my car was still dirty. Wasted $10.00 to wet my car.
