I would actually give it a -5 stars if I could. I am huge on customer service. I feel that people in customer service that don’t have a desire to perform customer service related duties should not work in customer service. It’s just that simple!Here’s what happened:I followed the instructions on the website to book and find out more information about the venue.Someone followed up via email with rates and stated there was a strict policy surrounding vulgarity.I followed up and asked if someone could call to clarify and answer further questions about the venue.I was told that “If I was unsure about the meaning of vulgarity I needed to look elsewhere.”I replied and stated that the tone of the reply came across a bit rude. I, in turn, thanked them for replying DESPITE my request for a phone call to further clarify and ask other questions about the venue.It’s such a nice place, but their customer service is trash. Take your money elsewhere as I was told!

This banquet hall was updated a few years ago and has a nice big bar, very large dance floor and room to seat maybe 300 people and still have it be reasonably comfortable. Plenty of parking and reasonably priced, definitely worth checking out if you are planning a large event.

Recently renovated. Great hall for larger events. Good sized dance floor and well staffed.

Was a bad odor for weeks in the front lobby and restrooms. smelled like sewer backup issues or problems. hopefully its been fixed.
