While the service advisor that I worked with was ok, when I first arrived I witnessed her and another service advisor argue about scheduling services for people on Fridays as if that was a cardinal sin. The guy service advisor was very unprofessional and he even acknowledged that he didn’t want to have this conversation in front of customers, but the reality is he did! And, he continued to yelled at the lady service advisor that was working with me. She stopped and continued to engage with him. Unfortunately, my expectations was low to begin with given my previous experience with the dealership and even more unfortunately they seemed to deliver an even worse experience. This would not have been tolerated under my watch and real leadership! If you’re going to serve our community, please do so with pride and excellence!

This place.😡 Dropped moms car off for a recall. Come back..look where they parked it? What if simeine hit her car? Othwr cars had to squeeze by her car because it wqs left in a driving lane not a soace. Got the manager and fussed about it. He got the service person and he was full of excises on why it wqs crowded and had no place to put it. We had words about this? Dont know how ling that car was sitting in an open driving lane. This is laziness as well as not beimg aware of vehicles that are beimg moved. Last time we will be at that dealerahip.

She was very detailed in the work that was performed on my car and my upcoming needs in the future based on mileage and what was noticed during the inspection. When I arrived the service advisor let me know the wait would be 3 hours which was fine, but I actually waited almost 5 hours. Once my vehicle was done it took someone another 15 to 20 minutes to let know it was done. The vehicle also wasn’t washed through the car wash. What made everything worst I arrived during the morning hour people after me were serviced and completed before me. Also, I was only person left in the waiting room. It would’ve been nice to hear apology. I only came for oil change and was quoted the wrong price.

The transaction was smooth and the fastest I’ve ever been in and out of a dealership. The customer service from the other staff was good as well. Dylan was awesome! We, family of 4 with 2 small boys, came in to purchase a car. Dylan was professional, friendly and just provided all around great customer service. He was dedicated and saw the whole process through..he didnt become less attentive after he made the sale. Also, we purchased a used car so it wasnt as big of a sale as a new car but we were treated awesome by the whole staff.

I took my Nissan Rouge to get serviced and the staff was great. They welcome me although they were booked for the day Ms. Sharon was very helpful and nice she took care of me. Tom was great as well with all of the information he shared about warranty’s. I would recommend this location if you ever want great business and great costumer service.

The sales rep was very pushy. He knew I was returning to purchase the car, but was only concerned with the sale. The car was not detailed, had been sitting on the lot a long time. It was hosed off but there was dirt caked in the truck, gas tank opening and even in the spoiler & grill. Ive called to speak to the sales manager to arrange a detail with no response. The finance manager was great!!

My car will stop at a stop light and would not moved. After 10-15 minutes it will eventually start up again. Take the car to Nissan of Bowie to fix the problems 08/14/2021. Auto body shop reported they check the car “comprehensively”. Came back to pick up my car, oil was not change, sparks plugs was not change, fuel filter was not change. Nothing was done to my car and I am still experiencing the same problems. Highly suggest that you REVIEW the service ticket BEFORE YOU SIGN it at checkout for accuracy of the vehicle issue or problem given to the service advisor at check in ,The service repair customer service not up to standard. I was passing through the DMV area and My suspension control arm cracked in half. I initially went to Nissan of Bowie to buy the part to replace through another mechanic. I ended up showing a picture to Davin in the service area of the part. He ended up asking me for my VIN number and then he had informed me that the part was defective and that they would replace both arms for no charge. I literally started crying. I am from New York and He got me taken care so flawlessly.

For beginners their repair/customer service rep design is poor. Only your Service Rep can tell you whats going on with your vehicle. On 2 seperate occasions they were unable to determine the issue with my car. 2014 was a known wiring harness issue. Only fixed because family worked at the Nissan plant in Mississippi. 2021 steering rack/ECM failure, replaced ($5700) still not fixed. Im now the happy owner of a 5 series BMW.

On July 29th in the evening my husband and I brought my Nissan Rogue to Nissan of Bowie to have a tire repaired and add a new hub cap. I normally take my car to Nissan of Glen Burnie but decided to go to the Bowie location since it’s closer.On July 30th instead of calling me (the owner and primary number) my husband received a call that I needed new breaks and rotors. When my husband called to inform me I knew this had to be a mistake. I just took my car to Nissan of Glen Burnie 2 weeks ago for an oil change and full inspection and my breaks and rotors were in excellent shape.I immediately called Nissan of Bowie and requested to speak to a Service Technician. He spoke with the mechanic and they agreed that I did not need breaks and rotors right now and that I would be good for a least another year. They had not done the work yet so I told them I would like to wait. The service technician said great and they would only repair my tire and put on a new hub cap. They said my car would be ready in 15 minutes.When my husband went to pick up the car he learned that they did the break and rotor work anyway. FOURTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS later they completed work that I did not request after we agreed they would not do it. They offered a small discount for “our troubles” and I am beyond livid.Not only did they do work I did not authorize they did work that Nissan of Glen Burnie said did not need to be done. It’s frustrating that they would be try to get over like this and I will be disputing with my credit card company.I WILL NEVER BRING MY CAR HERE AGAIN! I don’t believe they can be trusted and I would not recommend them.

Ive Transmission trouble from the car since we bought in 2016. The Transmission finally went up in 2019. It was going to cost almost $6000K for a Transmission and other services. No! So, I tried to trade the car. The salesman Ron and I played a lot of phone tag. I finally had to get a car and bought a Lincoln. They paid off my car, towed it, and I got 0% interest on my new 2020. Better than anything offered at Nissan of Bowie.

I has an appt at 3pm - I arrived at 2:30 and my vehicle was taken back right away. I sat there and watched it sit for 45 min. I then asked why it was sitting there- the attendant went back and then the technician started it - I told them when I arrived to check the gas in my tires and make sure they were not low - I watched through the window as my tires where rotated - pressure was never checked. I ask again to verify - they said they did - when I left and every day after by tire light has come on showing my gas low in 3 tires and over in one. Very disappointed - will not return

As of 10 minutes ago, I have received 3 calls from Nissan of Bowie asking me if I want to sell my car back (the car that I am financing after trading in a previous car that I was still financing). The answer has been no and the answer is still no. No means no. I have a job that requires me to drive to different locations throughout the county, and sometimes the state. I do not want to receive another call asking me if I want to sell my car back.

I contacted Nissan of Bowie about a Nv200 SV van, They didnt have the SV model in stock, but said give them 30 min to find one. I said ok, and in about 20 min later my salesman (Moose) called and said he found a SV model with the options I wanted. I have to admit this guy went all out to make this sale. He beat an Est from another dealer and had the vehicle in Bowie within 24 hrs. I would highly recommend Nissan of Bowie because these guys know how to treat a customer.

I bought a car at Nissan of Bowie recently and had a great experience! Jamie in sales was wonderful - he helped me find the right car and guided me through the process. He helped make a big purchase a little less intimidating! He was also incredibly calm and patient when I was anxious to make such a big decision. Tom in sales was great as well; he had a very calm demeanor and was very knowledgeable about both the cars and his job. My car also had some repairs that needed done that were included in my sale (window was chipped and part of the paint job needed repair). Itsy, the manager, was absolutely stellar. He explained the process, answered my many questions, and made the repairs happen promptly (and gave me a loaner car while it was being done). The work turned out great, I was very happy with it. This is my first Nissan I’ve even ridden in let alone owned and it’s a solid car - great gas mileage, smooth ride, good steering and brakes, I really enjoy driving it. Overall, I had a great experience buying a car from Nissan of Bowie and would absolutely not hesitate to go back to them in the future.

This have to be one of the worst deals ever committed by a professional establishment. My sister purchased a 2017 Lexus from this dealer. They didn’t have the car inspected before the sale of the Lexus. They do the car to her for $23,800 and had the car advertised for $22,414. They placed pics of he trade in on car gurus with her tags before even completing the sale. They made her drive back up to the dealership just to tell her they can’t do the inspection. The Finance Officer (Sales Rep) lied and force her to drive to Nissan of Bowie for nothing. They set up an appointment and told the Nissan dealer in Lexington Park, Md to just past the 2017 Lexus. Very unprofessional and disorganized group of people. Will never recommend the dealer to anyone ever....

The whole sales experience was wonderful especially the service provifded by Product Specialist Dennis Moose Fonger. Moose was completely knowledgeable on all facets of the Nissan Murano that I was interested in purchasing. He explained and demonstrated all features of the car. It turned out that the dealership did not have the specific Murano model that I wanted so they searched local dealerships and found one in Virginia. They brought that vehicle to their dealership in Bowie, MD. Moose guided me through the purchasing process and had the vehicle prepared for me when the paperwork was completed. Moose made my sales experience truly wonderful.

Service department is not good. I bought a van from this dealership in 2018. Today 2/17/21 I brought the van to the dealership to check the heating system because it started making noise. I scheduled the appointment for 5:30, I was running late and got there at 5:40, but called ahead to let them know I would be 10 minutes late. I drive 45 min to get there and they tell me that only a TECH can look at the heating system and that the TECH had already left for the day. I say ok and pull my car out of the garage. I had told the person who scheduled my appointment that the heating system is what I needed to get checked, yet I did not get a TECH when I arrived.I talked to the general manager (Mike Morelli)he tells me there is a TECH there and that he could pull him off of another job to look at my car. At this point I had been there at least 30 minutes.They charge $100 to look at the car if the warranty does not cover the repair. I asked if the heating system is covered by the warranty, the general manager had no idea. I have also asked the manager of the service department warranty related questions before about my windows and he had no idea if the warranty covered the problem my windows were having.It seems no one that works there can give insight on warranty questions.So instead of risking paying $100 for them to look at my car and the warranty “maybe” covering the problem, I left and I will get another shop to fix it.If you buy a car from this shop, you may want to get it serviced else where so you don’t waste 4 hours of your day.

This dealership quite easily might have single handedly convinced me I dont want a car- at least from here. I will give them this: there were plenty of cars to choose from and the team was nice and fairly helpful. Now, youd think, following that there was a sign on the door, stating that all employees and customers must wear a mask at all times- that people would follow that. Instead, while every customer was, every employee had either no mask on at all, had it under their nose or hooked under their chin. In their office with no mask I can understand, but when you insist on riding in a car with my family and I? Put your mask on. You are breathing on my mother. I enjoyed the hospitality of everyone but my salesmen. I cannot stress enough the lack of professionalism Mark carried throughout my experience. His mask never met his nose, and was hanging by a thread. Let alone that he knew nothing about the car I was driving, then yelled at my family when we asked questions about it, AND misled us about the price by close to two thousand dollars. I understand Letting the car sell itself but you cant tell me what model Im driving? Do better. If youve read this far, I promise you- had I known, I would have gone about this very differently with someone else. Lack of professionalism all around. I had to talk to 4 other people to get my questions answered.

As always Ishmeal Clinton made the process amazing. He answered all my questions to ensure I get everything I asked for. He made sure that I was safe by letting me know to make sure I stay 6 feet apart. He eased my mind and made me feel safe, during this pandemic. Let me just say I do not really care to visit dealers. This is my first time visiting a Nissan dealer since purchasing a used Nissan Juke a couple of months before the 2020 pandemic quarantine started. I had my cars oil changed via express service. I was pleasantly surprised at the service techs curtesy, attitudes, and Nissan convenience. And mostly, I LOVE that I could watch my car in the bay from the waiting room. That was awesome!!! Thanks!

I was up here visiting from Florida and needed a oil change on my 2020 Rogue. Was presently surprised when the cost of a full synthetic oil change was only $52. Thats cheaper than anywhere. (my dealer in Florida charge me $87 for same thing. I also had them rotate the tire while they had the car on the lift. While they were doing that they found a nail in my tire which they fixed for free.Thank You for great service at a great price!

I had made an appointment for Saturday with salesperson Steve Black at 10:30am. By the time I pulled into the guest parking spot, Steve greeted me and walked me in. I told him the details of my now-previous car that I was financing, my finances, and what I was looking for in a brand new car. Steve walked me through the steps and took me on a test drive in 2 cars that he felt was best for my situation and I drove out with one of those 2 cars. Steve introduced me to some colleagues in the service department. I believe that Steve got me the best finance deal that best met my needs and customer service that I could ask for. Thank you!

September 1 2020 I received an email from Nissan of Bowie stating the 2020 Nissan Sentra car was fine. After two agonizing week without a car. After two weeks of suffering as a single mother without a car. Dawn Criste response on September 14th 2020 on google and Cars reviews that it was an “issue with the compressor”. September 15th 2020 2:07pm Dawn Criste left a voice message of 1 minute 36 seconds apologizing for the mix up. Mix up? How can you get the car mix up? When I specified which car I was talking about.Came online, read a response review from Dawn Criste again saying “found NO issues with vehicle”. The brand new 2020 Nissan Sentra that was TOWED to the dealership on 08/31/2020. Dawn Criste also mentioned that the staffs at Nissan of Bowie have spoken to me several times. The last time I spoke with someone from Nissan of Bowie was on September 1 2020 and I have the recording to prove it.And I am being threaten to pick up a car that have compressor issues? How do I know if you truly fix the compressor issues? You guys have been lying for two week now. Nissan of Bowie is trying jeopardized me and my children lives.This is pure discrimination because I am a female who don’t know about cars. Nissan of Bowie knows the brand new 2020 Nissan Sentra have issues. That’s why they keep going from nothing is wrong with the car to compressor issues and now to back to no issues with the car.I will continue to update on social media( IG&FB babytom81 and rita tomlinson) until this matter is resolved by Nissan of Bowie.Rita Tomlinson
