Roosevelt is fantastic. I needed an insurance policy to close on a home in less than 24 hours, and not just regular homeowners...it was a funky one that he had to go out and take photos and everything, and he pulled it off for me.Ive never received such top notch customer service with a smile in my life. Great advice too - would recommend over and over and over.

Miesha was so helpful. With getting me set up for a new purchase of a Harley Davidsons. I needed proof of insurance and she jumped right in and started helping me. Very polite young lady she is a very good asset to the company . Please make sure she is recognized for this . It was a pleasure talking with her also very well mannered.

Ive been with Roosevelt Elivert since I got my first auto policy, and Ive had nothing but positive interactions with his team. Ive had multiple auto policies, condo owners, and homeowners insurance with them now, and even though I no longer live in the area, I wouldnt switch to another agent.
