Worst experience I have ever had with h&r block I have ever had in the whole 7 years that I have been doing my taxes with them they refuse to help me when I walked in the manager was so rude to me that I took my paperwork with me and walked out because I felt so uncomfortable and all she did was take one look at me and I guess because I didnt suit her liking that she was going to be rude and I had to call there today and they still refuse to help me and all I need is the fax number for Illinois department of revenue but no worries next year Ill be taking my business elsewhere and Ill be sure to tell all my friends to change as well due to this bad experience
